Contact us for more details! Private pool open for 2026 season March 15 thru December 1, 2026 (weather permitting). Brand new construction in 2021, six bedroom home in Ocean Lakes; A quick three minute walk to the beach access. Private pool open for 2025 season thru December 1, 2025 (weather permitting). Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee, hot tub with outdoor television, tiki bar, spacious living areas for the entire family. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Also included; enjoy the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short four minute walk.

Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent built in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room. Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter refrigerated drawers. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and cozy ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families vacationing together.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
Minimum age of 24 required.
Outdoor security cameras that record video and audio will be in use during your stay. Located at: Front door, driveway/carport looking toward Pampas Court.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pool and hot tub are well-maintained and a nice touch when you aren’t able to swim in the ocean. It’s only a short walk to the beach and not overly crowded. We had one noisy neighbor that would be outside well into the night however, the house is well-built and you couldn’t hear them once inside. The property managers were very responsive and easy to connect with through text. Would definitely stay here again.

Met our needs. We are familiar with the area and knew we wanted this specific area. Spent majority of awake areas out door. Never yes outdoor shower. Had someone’s old toys stores there.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This property was perfect!! We had all of the items that were on our must have list: a pool, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, three King beds with en suite bathroom, and space specifically for the kids, including 1 pre-teen. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space, layout and cleanliness! We will certainly be favoriting this to return on our next Framily Vacation!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this home for the weekend. Everything was so clean and tidy and the pool and hot tub were in great condition. We ran into one small snag with the grill and they brought us another immediately. Fantastic experience - would rent again.

Paradise Beach!

Absolutely perfect house with great pool and hot tub! Spent a wonderful week such a short walk from the beach. Everything is brand new in the house. We were 7 adults, (34-70) and 6 children, (1 1/2 - 11). Fabulous family week!!! Highly recommend to everyone.

Great house for a multi-generational family vacation

The house is roomy, well-equipped, updated and very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property. The beach is a 6-7 minute walk. The only caveat is the amount of stairs involved—both in the house and access to the beach—which could be a problem for an elderly guest. It was not a concern for us.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home! We recently stayed at this amazing beach house in Corolla Beach, North Carolina, for our ONoWojo OBX Family Vacation 2024, and it exceeded all our expectations! Our large family, including kids and adults, had an unforgettable time here. The house is immaculate, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous. Every room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our group of nine, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The proximity to the beach was fantastic – just a short walk, and we were on the stunning sands of Corolla Beach. We spent our days enjoying the sun, sand, and surf, and our evenings on the spacious deck, taking in the breathtaking views and sunsets. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for our family, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The adults appreciated the peaceful, serene environment, which made for a truly relaxing vacation. Overall, this beach house was perfect for our family vacation. Absolutely amazing stay!

This property was above and beyond my expectations. The house was very large and extremely clean! My family and I felt right at home. When it was time to check out, no one wanted to leave, the home is that comfortable . We absolutely Loved our stay!

Lovely home

We had a lovely time away as a family. We were so thankful to be able to check in earlier than 4pm. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Host was very responsive - we had an issue with the door lock and we got an immediate response. All of our conversations were by text and responses were very prompt. Beach access was just a short walk and the steps weren't so bad for our 77 year old. We enjoyed the pool, it wasn't huge but it was great to have. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

Perfect getaway for a family vacation

The home was just as described. It is modern and contains everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The number of queen/king beds and full bathrooms was a huge plus for our extended family with a lot of couples and young kids. It was great to have the pool and hot tub to jump into when we didn't want to venture the block to the beach. Though it was a very easy walk to the beach. And the grocery store was only a mile away. The neighborhood is pretty busy but that didn't bother us at all. Really no complaints!

Good visit to OBX

This was a yearly multigenerational family trip. Hasn't happened for 2 years because of Covid. Like to be near the beach. House is 1-2 short blocks from beach. Plenty of bedrooms. worked out great.

Roomy house.

The house felt more spacious than the pictures provided. It was very well equipped inside and out. The pool and hot tub were clean and there was plenty of seating and space to relax both in the sun and shade. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. There were dirty towels and clothes left behind from previous renters and the floors were not cleaned well. They offered to send cleaners back which was nice but we cleaned it on our own instead. The smoke alarms went off several times throughout the week which was very tough having little ones with us. Apparently they are sensitive to humidity (hard to avoid near the beach) so we couldn’t use the lower level door of the house and it was quite a pain. Otherwise the location was great and easy access to the beach. Neighbors are close but that was never an issue for us.

Amazing vacation with friends!

We had the best time! The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, great water pressure, even on the 3rd floor, great backyard setup - pool, hot tub, grill, tiki bar, tv, has plenty of spare toys/chairs for beach and very importantly, an outdoor shower. We were a group of moms with younger siblings, chaperoning (from “afar”) a group of older teens on beach week. The house is a short (less than 5 min) walk from beach access. The neighborhood was great for morning walks. You’re not far from groceries or shopping/activities (approx 1 mile in each direction). The Sunday to Sunday rental helped, in my opinion, to avoid terrible traffic. The owners were in touch often to make sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars all around, highly recommend!!! My only advice…this rental is not suitable for anyone with difficulty on stairs…there are stairs everywhere! In the home and to the beach. Also, you arrive to a completely bare pantry…bring ALL the condiments you may need, including coffee filters or K-cups! Again, amazing home, great spot, highly recommend!

Loved this clean house!

House was pretty new and in wonderful condition. Plenty of space for teenagers to hang out in the basement and by the pool. 5 minute walk to to the beach and neighborhood is close to both grocery stores and shopping. All around great house and location

Decent home.

We enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful. The house was spacious enough. Only issue was the second floor air conditioner was broken. They came to look at it Friday and stated they'd be back. They didn't come back until after I text them on Saturday and said I guess the a/c isn't going to get fixed. The communication was poor is all and it was rather hot on the second floor. Thanks for letting us rent it

Spring break good times

We had a great time, the heated pool was def worth it. Super close walk to the beach, clean and all beds were comfy. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding and runs and we found this lake with turtles! The kids loved it all.

Nice beach house

The house is lovely, new, and fresh, with everything you might need. The beds were great. The beach is only about three blocks away and, while there are steps over the dunes, there's no need to make your way across hot sand to get to the beach. The one drawback is that the houses are very close together, so we had several neighbors with music and yelling loud enough for us to hear inside the house with all the windows closed.
