Riverside Shores is located at the Shores condominium complex, sharing 600 feet of sandy beachfront on East Grand Traverse Bay. This Airbnb is close to everything that the Traverse City area has to offer: amazing beaches, professional golf courses, more than 2 dozen wineries, great restaurants and fantastic shopping! Also located just minutes from the horse shows! This second floor, quiet creek-side condo features vaulted ceilings and a large deck. Short walk to access shared beach!

We are here to make your stay feel like home - feel free to contact us with any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Michigan!

Guests have access to the whole condo during their stay.



This condo sleeps 4: 1 Queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 Queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 flat screen TV's and a full bath with the sink and mirror separate. The kitchen offers a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a stove.

Please note that pets are strictly prohibited by the resort.

This condo is part of “the Shores” - a condominium complex sharing 600 feet of sandy beachfront on East Grand Traverse Bay! Bring your beach towels and enjoy the beach just steps from the condo.

There is a beach bar and Blue Sky Rentals is located right on the beach and provides convenient boat rentals during the summer! We recommend calling ahead to reserve your boat or water sports equipment.

Great location

The location was perfect for attending the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. The unit was very clean & in a quite area. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, Location

Quiet and convenient

The condo is nicely appointed in a quiet area near a creek. Easy walk to the beach. In a convenient location with easy access to Grand Traverse Resort and Traverse City. Near great places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The host was great!

Excellent Accommodations and Location

We enjoyed our stay. Walking to the beach. Groceries close by. Traverse City short driving distance. Easy to get to everything we enjoy in the area. Condo was perfect, very clean, kitchen was outfitted for meals, bed comfortable. Would go back again.

Everything We Asked For

This stay was everything we wanted for a family getaway to Traverse City. We wanted access to our favorite rockhouding locations, the grocery store and Charlevoix and this was the perfect spot. Our host was very helpful and super responsive to anything we needed. We couldn't have asked for much more.

I have stayed at another condo at this property. This one was 100% more comfortable and updated. You can watch the river from the balcony. I plan on booking again for my conference next yr.

Our quick get away!

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for, secluded with privacy and close enough to walk to the beach. Access was easy and the unit was extremely clean. No surprises, it made our quick get away easy and relaxing. The pride in ownership was obvious.

Nice Place in a Nice Location

This condo is nicely appointed and maintained, a step up from most hotel suites, especially with the lovely view of Acme Creek. It is more of a hotel room than a condo as not somewhere to live long-term. There is enough room though that the kitchen could be enhanced and the unit could be long-term comfortable for 1-2 people. Bedroom is large enough for a king, but instead has a queen and lots of drawers. Condo is on the second floor, but because of a sunken first floor it is only a half flight of stairs up to the condo. Can hear the street if quiet in condo or if the windows are open. But it is not especially loud. Balcony is nice and very private. Unit is on the end so have limited noise from other units. Not a bad walk to the beach. Kinda nice that secluded from all the beach activity. 4th of July: nice watching Traverse City and other fireworks from the beach.

Beautiful condo rental

The only issue we didn't like is that we could not get a chair on the beach or sit by the pool like we were able to in the past when the pool was open before COVID.. But it is not the fault of the condo owners. Luckily the condo owners had two chairs in a closet.

Sweet creek Condo

We enjoyed our d our stay at the condo and hitch had a sweet little stream running by on two sides. It was close to the water, water rentals and 3 golf courses. Perfect for us! Thanks.

Nice Condo in a good location

Best condo we've stayed in near the TVC area and ideally located 5 minutes from our family and not far from wine tasting and downtown TVC. I will look to book this property again.

Nice place!!

We loved our stay at this unit. Just as pictured. Loved all the natural light from the windows...beautiful fall colors! They have added an additional refrigerator (although we didn't need it). Comfortable bed and big closet. Enjoyed looking out the sliding door at the trees and peaceful creek that runs through the property.

Cute and clean!

This property is very cute and clean! Great location...close to many activities, shopping, and good restaurants. When we visit we spend time in both Traverse City and Elk Rapids, so this location is perfect for experiencing both.

Enjoy Traverse without

My husband and I came to the Traverse City area to see family, play golf, tour the wineries, and enjoy the water. This listing was perfect for our needs. July is a busy month in TC, and we came in the weekend that Cherry Festival was ending. This location is close to everything but out of the congestion you find closer to the hotels and downtown. Many times we were able to take alternative routes to avoid traffic. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for simple food prep. We ate several meals on the balcony and enjoyed the river view. Even though the complex was booked solid, there was plenty of parking, and we never heard noise from the surrounding units. If you stay here, don’t miss sunset on the beach close by! Thanks Beth for your quick responses to our questions. We will stay here again when we are back in the area!

Found everything I need here!

It is a small condo but has everything I need for my staying here. Was able to do a bit cooking for breakfast and walk to the beach. The host also reply message very fast. Also it is very very clean.

Absolutely Perfect

I stayed here for a month and absolutely will stay again! The property was everything I imagined and more. Super clean, quiet, and very well put together. Kati was an incredible and extremely accommodating host. I plan on staying here whenever I am in traverse city for work, it's just perfect!
