Welcome to your home in Western Colorado!

Families, couples, singles all are welcome to enjoy the cozy, warm modern rustic vibe in this spacious house. The living room has a conversation/game area and a space to sit in front of the remote control-operated fireplace and TV. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for baking or cooking. Enjoy 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, plus 5 living-room futons. Plenty of space for everyone! In the fenced back yard, enjoy a large shade tree and tent gazebo.

The space
Located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently right off Highway 50 - Main Street - the house is centrally located to everything you'd like to do, whether locally in Delta or across Western Colorado. You'll be walking distance to Delta's downtown business district where you can find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, parks and walking trails. More regionally, you're in a great spot to day-trip to all the beauty and attractions you'll want to see. Gunnison Gorge National Park, The Black Canyon, Wineries - all of it is an easy day trip from this centrally located property.

The house was clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and then some. Has everything you need for a week long stay. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome hosts too!

The house worked great for our group. We needed to use the futons and pull out bed, and found padding and extra sheets. The host left out some welcome snacks and a nice note. The property worked great for our needs.

This house was perfect for us visiting family in Delta. The grandkids loved the bunk room. There were a lot of helpful extras such as water bottles on the nightstands, a welcome card, a few laundry pods for emergency loads of laundry, nice chairs in backyard, chalk for kids to play with. The house was very comfortable with a king bed and bathroom suite, and a queen bed. We very much recommend this as a place to stay in Delta.

Great for a work stay with pets

Hosts were very communicative and seem to truly care about their property. The home was clean, well stocked with everything you could need was there in addition to a fenced in yard which was perfect for our dog. We would absolutely stay there again if my wife ever had to work in Delta again.

Wonderful Colorado stay

Overall excellent experience! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had, and were very accommodating. check-in was a breeze, property was clean, orderly and very comfortable. Highly recommend, will stay again if we ever go to Delta in the future.

Perfect for us!

Our daughter was getting married in Delta. We stayed for the weekend and had the rehearsal dinner in the backyard. It was beautiful. Cam was so accommodating and friendly. The house and backyard are beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything Cam!

Cute and Clean house with western theme. Host provided everything and more for our stay. Close to downtown. A little too close to Highway 50 for us, a lot of trucks and traffic noise. Over all a great stay

We loved staying there! Everything was clean, it was well decorated and the beds were super comfy! We especially loved that there was an information book about the area! It was very easy checking in and out!

Family Wedding

What a wonderful home. The beds were so comfortable, the showers wonderful and the environment was perfect. You not only allow dogs but welcome and accommodate for them. Thank you for have blankets to cover the couches and dog bowls and treats. Loved the snacks and the special touches. We will be back again!

Well appointed

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Each room had good beds but we only stayed in the master king which had a wonderful bed. The towels were plush, dishes and silverware were plentiful. This home was in a neighborhood that was pretty quiet and convenient enough to gas and grocery. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We will stay here again if in the area.

Amazing Time

The property was just as advertised. It accommodated our party of 11 easily and was kid and pet friendly(though we left our dog home this time). We were delighted with the condition of the place, thick soft carpeting, delightful decoration and a huge amount of kitchen items, even a salad shooter! There was a drawer with everything a traveler could need, from bug repellent and sunscreen to batteries and toothpicks. The host left a bottle of wine and snacks. I would highly recommend, and stay again without a second thought.

Wonderful Spot for My family Trip

Great house with a big backyard. My dogs loved having some room the run. Very clean house. We loved the treats and water bottles they provided and will definitely rent this house again.

We'd Stay Again

Plenty of parking. Great layout. We loved the large master bedroom and closet. Lots of little extras that were fun or handy. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
