Visiting family

This was our 2nd stay. The hosts were very accommodating for our last minute booking, arriving early before the predicted snow on the I70 mountains. The house is perfect in every way, and so convenient for our visit to family in Delta.

Highly recommend

Our stay was perfect for our family coming to visit. The kitchen was the best, fully loaded, didn’t need to bring anything! The hosts were super helpful and check in was as easy as it can get. Can’t wait to stay again when family visits.

Great place to stay!

This was a super cute fully renovated older home that has charm and ALL the things you need for a comfortable home away from home stay. The backyard was a fun spot to hang too with horse shoes, seating and a garden ready for picking for amazing salads. So many thoughtful details that made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time we are in Delta!

Peaceful retreat

Our stay at the Grand was delightful. The house was conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The house was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed during our time there. Would love to stay there again if in the area.

We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful house!!! Attention to detail can not be matched! Even down the thoughtfulness of water bottles waiting for us in every room! The house was warm and welcoming and made us feel like home! We will DEFINITELY stay there again!!

black canyon and national monument

Our family stayed at this property while visiting Colorado National Monument and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Perfect location for access to all parts of these attractions. Walking distance from downtown Delta. Home is clean and well-maintained. Owners responded quickly to questions/concerns during our stay.

Family Wedding

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Delta and were very pleased with the clean accommodations, supplied with all the necessities we needed as well as extra amenities. Cameron was super helpful guiding this “newbie” to the Vrbo experience and very gracious in the process. Our family highly recommends this lovely home for your stay.

Perfect home base for our western Colorado motorcycle tour

We were 4 adult men staying here for our motorcycle trip around western Colorado. This stay was just about perfect in every way. The host was excellent with communication before this trip began answering all our questions. When we arrived we were welcomed with a personal note and snacks ready for us. Parking outside the property was easy and there was lots of street parking available as well. The home was clean, prepped with everything we needed, and plenty of extra towels. The backyard was clean and an amazing place to have a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. I will say the twin beds upstairs and the shower/bath are definitely better suited for kids or teens, but we made it work :)Also worth mentioning is that the check in and check out process was easy and exactly how a vacation accommodation should be handled. We were happy to help with the few things needed to clean up as we exited, but we so happy there wasn’t a large list of requirements beyond the basics of picking up after ourselves. Thank you for the amazing stay. We would absolutely book again if our travels bring us back to Delta, Colorado.

Summer Trip with Grandkids

We visited with our grandkids and their aunt. The house was perfect for our needs with two bedrooms up and master down. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. Backyard was a pleasant retreat where we spent most mornings. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and easy walks to downtown and a neighborhood park. The kids ended most days Cleland park. Delta is about an hour from Grand Mesa, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Colorado National Monument and Ouray or Telluride. Our hosts were very gracious and answered any questions that we had. We had a great stay!

The perfect space in the perfect location!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful space during our stay in Delta for a family reunion. The home is comfortable, stylish, and filled with everything you need. The hosts were great at communicating and thoughtful in their design of the home. It was a peaceful place with beautiful design, in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk to town and great suggestions in their guidebook. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer/dryer was a great bonus. Additional towels, a cooler, and games for all ages were the icing on the cake! The backyard was a beautiful place to enjoy our morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was really clean. We will re-book here again when we come to Delta!

Wonderful stay!

Stayed here and worked great as a "base camp" for exploring Western Colorado. It was even close enough that we took a day trip over into Utah to explore Moab and Arches NP. The house was very well appointed. Greatly appreciated that they had lots of "little things" that made the stay that much easier for us (laundry soap, water bottles, stocked kitchen-appliances and gadgets, etc). Seemed to be very well thought out for all those "wish I had this" moments. Loved the decor, was very clean and seemed to use the space well. Backyard was super cool - sad we didn't get to utilize it more (unseasonably rainy when there and we were always out adventuring/hiking). It was a beautiful space with nice seating, horseshoe pits and grill - could see this being a great space to hangout w/the right weather! We had a slight issue with the batteries going dead on the front door keypad one evening-fortunately we were already inside the home. Cameron was on the ball with getting someone out to fix that next morning. Great communication and prompt service to resolve! All in all, would definitely recommend if you're looking in this area! Less than 2 hours to explore Ouray, Telluride, Ridgway and more. Less than 2.5 hours to Moab/Arches. For your morning coffee fix, highly recommend Moca Joes off main street! Great coffee, fantastic service! There's also a great breakfast place next door - Clyde's. Can't go wrong there either.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Everything about this home was perfect! The hosts are amazing and have thought of everything! Activities for the kids to keep them busy, the most comfortable beds and bedding, and a house stocked with many essentials that save you time and money. We are already thinking about our next stay there! Located within walking distance to the cute downtown. Just perfect!

Beautiful old house, completely refurbished. The house is very nice inside, is well appointed, and has good amenities. Everything was very clean and the hosts were quite thoughtful. They get it. Nice back yard as well and the house is in a good location. Would absolutely recommend.

excellent location

Proximity to downtown is excellent; a number of Delta's best restaurants are a 5-7 min walk from this quiet neighborhood. The spacious porch with lovely natural light, desk, and office chair was perfect for a family member who studied nightly for a continuing ed class at nearby Technical College of the Rockies. Owners are very competent hosts.

Great location, great accommodations

This was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting both the North and South Rims at Black Canyon of the Gunnison - right in the middle of the two entrances. The owners were so kind & thought of everything. Snacks when we arrived, coffee, condiments, plenty of towels, a horseshoe pit, just to name a few. The house was updated and so cute! Plenty of room for our family of five. Would highly recommend!
