The most popular feature of this villa is the open deck with incredible views that span the ocean and the club. A pair of chaise lounge chairs and high top dining table with seating for 4 provide ample outdoor living options. Watch as dolphins and pelicans frolic in the gentle surf.

This Atrium Villa has an inviting open floor plan with ocean views visible from multiple sliding doors leading to the deck. Upon entering, the fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, custom walnut cabinets and stainless appliances. There is counter height seating for 6. A 42" wall mounted HDTV with cable and Netflix for your viewing.

The master bedroom is on the left with queen bed, 28" HDTV, and en-suite bath. The master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. On the right side of the property is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with en-suite bath, TV and sliding doors to the deck. This bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower and hair dryer. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is available for purchase with this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

ys prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
