Courtside Paradise by Sandpiper | Near Beach
This thoughtfully designed villa checks off all the boxes on the vacation checklist: a modern, updated, bright, open space floorplan with a private, quiet, relaxing courtside location and tasteful, new décor. This two-bedroom, two-bath villa offers a large balcony for entertaining and relaxing. The balcony features ample seating, a small grill, and courtside views of the nationally recognized Seabrook Island Racquet Club.
As you step onto the property, guests will find a small screened-in porch with comfortable seating, a large ceiling fan, and a TV, creating an ideal place to sip your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy an evening cocktail.
Inside the villa, a bright, airy, open floorplan features a dining area, a stocked coffee bar with a wine refrigerator, a kitchen, and a living room area. The coastal kitchen features new quartz countertops, modern appliances, a garbage disposal, ample serveware and cookware, and counter stool seating.
A comfortable entertaining area offers visitors an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool. Off the kitchen area, this space features a new area rug, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large-screen smart TV, a vintage record player, a separate desk space, and ample lighting. The living areas are perfect for relaxing after a long beach or pool day.
The master bedroom has a large, plush king bed with a new mattress. Guests will find ample closet space, dresser space, his-and-her sinks, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, blackout curtains, soft lighting throughout, a bone inlay accent table, and a comfortable chair.
The guest bedroom also features a king bed. The bathroom off the hallway connects to this bedroom, allowing guests to convert it into an ensuite bath as well. Having the potential for two master bedrooms in this villa is another appreciated and sought-after feature of this unique space. This bedroom includes blackout drapery, a Juliet balcony, a dresser, closet space, a chair, ample lighting, and coastal décor.
In the laundry area off the main hallway, a full-size washer and dryer offer guests the convenience of doing laundry within the unit. A self-inflating AeroBed air mattress is stored here and can be easily set up in the living room area to accommodate an additional two guests. This villa comfortably sleeps four guests in beds and up to six guests total.
• BEACH: 2.0 miles down the road. A small cooler is conveniently provided for your beach and pool days. • CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the Seabrook Island Club is optional. Digital Amenity Cards are available for purchase, offering access to the Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. • POOL: Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included. Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the purchase of an amenity card. • OCCUPANCY: Sleeps 4 guests in beds, with an air mattress available to accommodate an additional 2 guests, allowing for 6 guests total. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Parking is available in the dual carport and driveway, with additional driveway parking for multiple vehicles. • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles, gas-powered and electric, are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 2-vehicle maximum limit. • CHILDREN: Children welcome. • PET POLICY: Pets are welcome with a $200 fee per pet. • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR2025000494. • ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. The villa features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker is on site. Feel free to bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use the provided Keurig K-cups. An assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners is available.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. This property is strictly allowed a maximum of 2 gate passes, and LSV golf carts count toward this total.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

It was wonderful. My main grievence:The list and amount of check out instructions were essentially pick up our child from school. As someone who paid the amount of money it was per night it was factually senseless to expect the guest to do all of those chores. Please remember that for the cost per night it’s not reasonable to at least 6-8 checkout things to do. If you want to own a property you’re more than capable of assisting the maid or pitching in on cleaning it. It’s really that factually simple. There is no reason it should be up to the guest because it negatively impacts the experience
