Great time

This was our third stay at the condo, and once again, everything met our expectations. The town and its residents have shown remarkable resilience, especially considering the major hurricane just 10 months ago. We look forward to returning next year.

Place was nice considering the hurricane situation. Ice maker did not work, no tv in one of the bedrooms and dishwasher didn't wash dishes. But other than that it was good.

Beautiful, Clean and Very Comfortable!

We just booked this condo for the week. It was beautiful and very clean!! The beds were so comfortable, too. It had everything we needed and will now be our go to place to stay when we return to Steinhatchee.

The condo was nicely decorated and the the bedrooms were great very comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs. We will definitely come again. Thank you Alyssa for letting us stay at your condo. Highly recommended!

Weekend fishing trip

Had a great weekend fishing with my son. Condo was very clean and conveniently located next to a public boat ramp plus had a dock for boat tie up. Highly recommend!

Nice place

Peaceful and relaxing. Place was well stocked. Layout is perfect for 2 couples. Nice pool. Enjoyed the great view from the balcony. Only wish there were curtains on the windows. The sun rises on the master bedroom side so no sleeping in past daylight in the comfy bed unless you have eye mask. Blinds let in a lot of light and there are small windows above those with no coverings. We were there during off scallop season so town was very quiet.

Nice Condo

Rivers Edge condos are conveniently located across river from Sea Hag Marina. Good boat slips. This condo was clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay for fishing.

Fun!

My family and I stayed here for Fiddler Crab Festival 2024 as we were set up as vendors for the festival. We enjoyed how close we were to the festival but far enough away that we could enjoy some quiet at night. Unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had some issues with the touch pad entry so it was nice that there was a lock box with a spare key. Wish the door had a deadbolt but not a huge issue.

Best location in Steinhatchee

This condo was well kept and well stocked with everything you need. Laundry soap, plenty of trash bags, and dishwasher tabs etc,. AC worked great and they even provided pool noodles. This unit also has parking under the building which not all of the units have and was a plus for us.

We have been enjoying this condo for several years. It's always very clean with we everything you'll need. Very thorough check in/ out instructions. Love the convenience of having a boat slip also. It's the perfect place for us
