House Ker Pierre-Levée 4 bedrooms close to sea and shops

This 4 bedroom house is located on the edge of the Citadel wood, 1km walk from the port and 1.5km from the 1st beach.<br>The advantage of this house is the proximity of the Port and its shops. A breathtaking view of the Bois de la Citadelle, 1st classified natural site in Port-Joinville.<br>It is recent and respects the architecture of Isle.<br>The house is comfortable and rentable over the 4 seasons thanks to good insulation and its heat pump heating system.<br>I am in charge of welcoming the boat and transferring the luggage from the ferry terminal to pierre-levée.<br><br>The accommodation:<br>  First floor:<br>- 1 large Main Room:<br>- Lounge area: 1 "Rapido" convertible sofa bed, 146 cm 4K HD TV + 2.1 soundbar + Blue Ray DVD player + 1 tempered glass coffee table and an armchair.<br>- dining room (1 large table, 10 chairs, 1 low sideboard, 1 china cabinet)<br>- Corner with 1 open plan kitchen (a fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, accessories and cleaning products), 2 stools, a stereo with local Neptune FM radio.<br>- 1 laundry room: 1 washing machine, 1 dryer 10 kg, Bosch bagless vacuum cleaner, a Karcher steam cleaner, a tancarville and a fridge-freezer, a laundry basket<br>- Next to the laundry room, 1 new bedroom (New in 2024): 1 King size double bed of 160x200 with bedside tables, 1 small wardrobe, 1 large bay window and its bathroom (shower cubicle + 1 individual sink and its storage unit)<br>- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed of 140x190 with bedside tables, wardrobe-dressing room, a flat screen TV (82cm) and a desk<br>- 1 large dormitory-type children's room: 4 single bunk beds of 90cmx190, 1 wardrobe with toys, cuddly toys + board games and a desk<br>- 1 Bathroom: 1 walk-in shower, 1 sink with a 2-drawer cabinet and a storage column, 1 large towel dryer + coat hooks.<br>- 1 separate wall-hung toilet<br><br> Upstairs:<br>- 1 Master bedroom: 1 bed of 140 cm, bedside, dressing room, 1 flat screen TV 102 cm<br>- Shower room (1 corner shower cubicle, 1 washbasin, WC and a 2-drawer unit)<br><br> Exteriors:<br>- 1 concrete terrace of 32 m2 with 1 charcoal barbecue and 1 outdoor table, 8 chairs, 6 deckchairs, 1 parasol, 2 outdoor charging sockets for e-bikes and 1 fast charging socket for electric cars.<br>- 1 car parking space<br>- 1 garden of 637 m2 with bicycle parking, a garbage park + 2 composters<br><br>The advantages of the "Ker Pierre-Levée" house: <br><br>- Baby cot + mattress available<br>- High chair and baby bath provided<br>- Reception at the boat + transfer of luggage and people by minibus to and from the ferry terminal to the rental.
