Lake front serenity and views

1 bedroom 1 bath lake front condo tastefully decorated yet cozy. Walking distance to downtown Port Clinton restaurants, bars, The Jet Express and shops. The complex boasts many amenities. including but not limited to private beach, large pool with hot tub, playground and grills strategically placed around the complex.
Please contact (calls or texts) me with any questions you may have. There is a queen size air mattress in the bedroom closet for your use. There is a 4-person limit to renters.
There is no smoking allowed in the unit, if a parking pass or pool pass is missing after you leave, there will be an $80 charge per pass. To enter the pool area, you must have wrist bands and the key fob. No pets please.

The room was perfect! Clean, comfortable and loved the personal touches and amenities that Maggie provided!Location was excellent! We walked to the Dockside Grill every night for dinner because they had great food, great service and right on the lake!!Pool and hot tub were amazing!!Maggie was always available & attentive to us!!CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK!!

Spectacular views of Lake Erie. It provided great views of all the vibrant activities including a sail boat regatta. It was definitely worth taking the short drive from Cincy.

Wonderful stay

Check in was easy. Communication with owner was easy and response was quick. The unit is nicely decorated as seen in pictures, comfortable and amenities to make us feel at home for our stay of 8 nights. Would rent from Maggie again.

Great location

Great location on the lake. Beautiful sunsets. Close to restaurants for dinner. Condo was fully equipped, plenty of room for the two of us. No hairdryer, was weird, only thing not included. Would stay again.

Review

The location is beautiful. Very relaxing to watch the birds migrate over the lake. The condo would need more lighting. The bedroom really needs a light fixture, the one lamp in the room was all the way on the other side. The only bed that there is, is smaller then advertised and the only second sleeping option is an air mattress that you would have to blow up yourself. Also, something I was not aware of there are steps to get in and out.

Great Location - Nice Condo

Very nice stay at the Condo. You can walk to Bars, ,Restaurants and Jet Express to the Islands. Condo was clean and comfortable. Our host Maggie communicated the check in and out instructions a few days before. Yes, we would stay there again.

Good location

Location is great, love walking to downtown. The view is wonderful, however we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside the unit as there was work going on and it was dirt, so that was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoying the lake view right out our back door. We didn’t find out about the work until a week before the trip, which it was supposed to be finished, however I wish we would have known work was occurring at the complex when we were booking so we could make the decision if we wanted to book there. The condo needs some TLC, and a good deep cleaning.

Cannot beat location

It's going to be hard for me to stay anywhere else when I'm in the area now that I've been here. Organization of cupboards and drawers is a little haphazard but that's the only negative I have to say. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen is a bit small but the other rooms are good size. You absolutely cannot get a better location in the area. It's only a couple steps out the back door to the break wall and lake. The complex has a private beach and pool right next to each other with patio chairs in between. It's barely a 5-minute walk to three bars with live music, two buildings from Doc's Beach House, and barely 10 minute walk into downtown. With that being said the complex is not rowdy at all and very family-friendly it seems to be. The pool and beach for the complex are a good mix of adults lounging around having a drink or reading and kids playing.

Port Clinton Trip

The condo is right on the lake with a beautiful view. It was comfortable. Just a few things that people should be aware of. It is on the first floor but you go up a set of stairs and down a set of stairs to get to it. Also the grass is torn out of the back as they do some repairs. It is a mess in the rain.

Gorgeous view

The cutest condo. It was updated and decorated nice. Everything you might need was in there. We loved taking the folding chairs out and sitting by the lake while the kids fished from rocks. Very nice pool and beach area. It was a perfect getaway.

Beautiful place!

Overall this was a perfect getaway and such a beautiful serene condo. The only drawback was the construction work they’re doing right outside the back door which caused a dirty, muddy mess. We couldn’t even sit outside to enjoy the lake view.

Peaceful and serene

Perfect view

Great place to stay. You can not get any closer to the water than this. Bed was super comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that the condo needs more or brighter lighting, it was rather dim in the condo even with all lights turned on.

This property was amazing!

Amazing! Perfect location! We walked to Docks, Jet Express, downtown for the live music. Communication with Maggie was great. She responded to my messages very quickly. Originally was going to stay for 2 night and extended our stay twice. This place is a gem. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

We had a great stay in this condo. Very clean, first floor easy access to beach, pool and very nearby parking. We would love to see a larger bed in the bedroom, but otherwise it was great! Hope to stay again in the future!

28th Anniversary weekend

Property was awesome. Only issue was we were on the ground floor and the people above had a child that thought their condo was a playground and kept us up most of the night.

5 stars are not enough for this property. The host had everything we needed, and things we didn’t know we needed until we were there. The parking was great, easy in and out to go explore town. I was absolutely amazed at how close to the lake it is. The host even made sure there were chairs to sit in outside. The private pool with hot tub was definitely 6 star worthy. Having been to Edgewater Park, the private beach was great. It was very affordable for a nice three day escape. The town of Port Clinton and Put in Bay were wonderful. We enjoyed plenty of fresh lake Perch, and other local fares.

Perfect Port Clinton Location

This condo was exactly as described. Lake Erie is literally just out the back window. My husband and I loved that we could walk to the Jet Express and to the downtown. We also walked next door to Dock's Beach House for dinner and drinks. My husband and I agreed that this is a primo location that also has a pool and a beach! We will return!

Convenient condo with a great view

We enjoyed our 2 nights at this condo at the Waterfront allotment in Port Clinton. It was really nice having direct access out the back patio door and the view of the lake was lovely. We enjoyed walkong over the drawbridge to downtown as well. You could not ask for a better more convenient location in Port Clinton. The two downsides to this condo in our opinion was the fact it is advertised as have 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 common area with a queen bed. We assumrd since it says it sleeps 4, that this meant there was a sofa bed in the main living area. We tried every which way to figure out the sofa and finally messaged the owner who was very prompt to respond but informed us that it was in fact just a normal sofa. So our 15 yr old son just slept on that, which was fine for him, but if you plan on taking a second couple or two kids with you this of course could be problematic. Had it not said there was a second queen and sleeping for 4 people we would have brought a blow up bed for our kiddo. Also we felt the condo lighting needs some help. The lighting is very cute but it is quite dark in the unit. We felt the ceiling fan would be better suited centered in the living area, a light hanging over the table, and some recessed lighting throughout would help. Mind you, I am a Realtor and my husband a remodeing contractor so we tend to notice these things. Overall we felt the condo was nice enough for a few day getaway.

Great stay very clean and nice condo … the only thing it says it sleeps 4 but there was not a pull out sofa so we had to buy an air mattress
