Looking for a nice bayfront condo on South Padre Island! Marlin Arms #8 is ready and waiting to accommodate you!
This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is located directly on the Bayfront. Amazing Bayfront views! Marlin Arms Condominiums is a bayfront condominium complex situated in the entertainment district. This condo is steps away from South Padre Island's restaurants, bars, and retail shopping. Guests will love the amenities this condo has to offer. The fishing pier is a fantastic place to spend quality time while fishing for trout, redfish, flounder, and snook. Rental guests will love cooling off in the tropical pool area facing the Laguna Madre Bay!
The interior of Marlin Arms #8 is nicely decorated with coastal decor. The living area is large and offers two separate seating areas for guests to relax and wind down.
The wall mounted flat screen tv is perfect for watching tv shows and other entertainment. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping accommodations for guests. The dining area is located off the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 5 plus there is additional bar seating for 3 more people by the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and backsplash. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils so guests can easily prepare a nice meal!
The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated.

One great feature this condo entails is multiple bayfront balconies! There is ample seating outside on the balconies to watch South Padre Island's famous breathtaking sunsets.

The condo also has onsite coin laundry for guests to use and free WIFI!
