Esta hermosa casa de pueblo de propiedad privada tiene 6 dormitorios y 6. 5 baños. Fue completamente reconstruido en 2010 y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, un dormitorio extra tipo loft, sala de juegos con mesa de billar, mesa de ping-pong y air-hockey. Cuatro balcones, terrazas amuebladas al aire libre y muelle de pesca privado con luces subacuáticas.

Disfrutarás de impresionantes puestas de sol mientras asas en la barbacoa o pescas desde tu muelle privado. La playa está justo bajando la calle ya solo 3 cuadras de distancia. Tus pies se hundirán en la arena en 10 minutos si caminas y solo 2 minutos si conduces

Esta increíble casa de vacaciones también incluye numerosas comodidades para sus salidas a la playa, tales como: bicicletas de playa, sillas de playa, tablas de surf y otros juguetes de playa para divertirse en la arena. Para aquellos que prefieren divertirse en la bahía, tenemos kayaks, cañas de pescar y equipos de esquí acuático (esquís acuáticos, rodilleras, wakeboard, tubo remolcable). El muelle tiene un muelle de pesca de 25 pies con luces subacuáticas que atraen todo tipo de peces por la noche. El muelle puede acomodar un bote de 25 pies y viene preparado con tacos y parachoques. Para aquellos huéspedes que no traen un bote pero desean disfrutar de actividades de navegación y pesca, también ofrecemos un bote de alquiler para la bahía. Pregunta por detalles.

Con más de 4,000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, este enorme condominio de 4 pisos es perfecto para familias grandes o grupos que desean ahorrar $ y permanecer juntos bajo un mismo techo. Con 6 dormitorios y un altillo, esta propiedad tiene capacidad para 20 personas en camas reales. No hay sofás cama incómodos ni literas empotradas. Este es el alquiler de vacaciones ideal para reuniones familiares y pequeños eventos. Everything was very good for the most part. The kitchen was well stocked and met all of our needs. The room arrangement was also excellent. The family game room was awesome and our seven kids 6-13 had a great time, although the air hockey table wasn’t fully functional. The faucets were corroded from the hard water and one of the kitchen nozzles broke off. The family members who were in the king beds did not like the sheets, they didn’t fit will, were coarse and slipped off the mattress easily. Overall this place met our needs and expectations for a rental. Thank you from our family for a special weekend

Great place for a fishing group!

This rental was even better than the description implied. The unit is massive with plenty of space for a group to enjoy. The dock is very useful for a fishing trip, house is well maintained and in a quite area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our annual SPI fishing trip

We have stayed there several times we love it. It’s convenient never had a problem with the owner or the host really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to SouthPadre.

Very nice property!

Great location on the bay side of the island. Unit was furnished, decorated and appointed better than any VRBO that we have booked. 2 car garage was very nice to keep 2 large SUV’s out of the elements. The only potential drawback is that stairs are required to enter the unit and to access the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay yet again!! Plenty of room for the whole family. Love the large kitchen and dinning table. The game room and fishing off the pier was so much fun!! Loved our stay and will be back!!

Great Property

This was a great property. House was beautiful, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location was great. The bay was beautiful and we loved the private dock. We caught lots of fish and played in the water.

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful deck with dock on the water. Well appointed, everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer was handy. Bikes, fishing gear and recreational gear. Great location.Clean and comfortable. There were 4 couples and we each had plenty of space for privacy. Host was readily available throughout booking process Highly recommend

Excellent place to stay in South Padre!!

Had a great time and will definitely stay at this house again! Everything available for swimming, sitting on the beach or just hanging out in the house. Love the view from the balconies! Close to shopping and food ! Teenagers love riding the bikes that are available Excellent communication with the owner!

My family and I were amazed by the attention to detail. They location fantastic. The house is huge! The owners provide even beach toys for the children. This is an absolute must stay. My family decided to make this an annual trip at this rental property!

Better than a pool

The house was in a great location and we really enjoyed the bay side of the island. Spent hours fishing from the dock, swimming and playing games. Great place for a group to stay. House needs some minor repairs but overall it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of beach toys. Thanks for sharing your home.

Excellent location and house

Three families enjoyed this condo for the week with our teenager children...13 of us total. We had a wonderful time. Klaus was very easy to work with and extremely helpful. We did rent the boat for the week as well and it was truly enjoyed. Thank you!!!

Comfortable condo

The kitchen was incredible and so well supplied. Fishing off the dock was so fun, and we had a delicious speckled trout dinner. Few little things need fixed. Fan in one of the bathrooms. Bed covers old, kitchen chair uncomfortable. Overall great condo.

Great Property

We were looking for a place that had plenty of room for our family vacation. We had 12 children ages 0-17 and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was amazing. You didn’t have to drive far for anything. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Also, the fishing was great right off the deck. There was every thing you could need for the beach in the garage. We really appreciated the owners quick response for the times we had to call him. Everyone had a great time.

Amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! Being directly on the bay with a spot to keep our boat, but only a 10 minute walk from the beach was perfect! We fished right off the dock day and night and caught several fish, crabs, and even two sting rays! The house itself was perfect for a big group. The game room was a blast, the porches to sit on and watch the sunset, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and more to enjoy! The amount of bathrooms was a huge plus for a group our size. Walking distance to several amazing restaurants. Our favorite was Viva! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Location, Location, Location!

Wow! Such a special find! Our extended family ages 7-75 enjoyed our 4 night stay in October. Mornings were spent fishing and kayaking right off the dock. As the afternoon warmed, we walked 10 minutes to the beach to enjoy crystal clear warm waves. But, we made sure to be back to the condo for some of the BEST sunsets we have ever seen! Kids kept entertained with all the fishing action. Game room was a bonus and enjoyed by this not fishing! Our group of 16 all had plenty of space and the layout kept sleeping areas quiet. Bed were very comfortable. We appreciated all the decor. 3 refrigerators was a huge help. Ower was very responsive and patient with all our questions. Thank you! We hope to return!
