HURRICANE UPDATE: We are open and accepting visitors again after Hurricanes Helene & Milton. Anna Maria has worked tirelessly to bring the island and businesses back, and the vast majority of businesses are open again! Some landscaping will need time to regrow so currently landscaping may look different than in the listing pictures.

Come enjoy this beautiful, perfectly located townhouse in a small, upscale Gulf-to-Bay community! With a stunning view of both the gulf and bay from the decks, it's an ideal location to truly relax and experience all that Anna Maria Island has to offer!

The townhouse is just 100 yards from the famous 7-mile stretch of white sandy Anna Maria beaches. The bayside has a scenic dock where you can enjoy fishing and wildlife viewing. Several restaurants, shops, bars, a marina, and historic Bridge Street (“Anna Maria's Hotspot") are all within walking distance! The unit is located directly in front of the heated pool, hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Three bedrooms makes it a great place for a family or couples to enjoy the magic of Anna Maria Island! The unit is equipped with everything your family may need to enjoy the amazing location, including beach chairs, a stroller, high chair, cooler, beach toys, beach towels, and a beach wagon to carry it all.

In addition to being so close to the beach and the bay, one of our favorite things about this townhouse is the short walk to great restaurants, bars, shops, live music, and activities!

*This townhouse has two sets of stairs (bottom floor is garage/foyer, second floor is main living space and half bath, third floor is all bedrooms and two full baths).
*There is an outdoor security camera attached to the top deck overlooking the main driveway.

The hosts were fantastic - very communicative and helpful. The house was perfect, as pictured and described. The unit is directly across from the pool and hot tub, which was convenient. Right across the street from the beach, walkable to restaurants. There were beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and wagon to cart everything to the beach. They’ve out of everything! We had a great time.

This townhome was wonderful. We stayed 10 days, and enjoyed the short walk to the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen! There is so much wildlife in this beach-manatees, stingrays, birds I’d never seen before, and tons of beautiful fish- great for snorkeling! We spent some time on the bay dock, and saw a big stingray that came up to the visit! The place was beautiful and well-stocked, and the pool and hot tub were stellar and maintained often, so we knew they were clean. The tiki bar was about a 7 minute walk from the townhome, a good stopping point on our way to bridge street restaurants and bars another 10 minutes away. It was a very dreamy vacation, and the owners were very friendly and responsive. Thank you!

Thank you Chelsea and Ben for a fantastic week in your place! It was a girls getaway and we cannot say enough about your place! It had everything we needed and more! Being that close to the beach was great! We would definitely book your place again in the future! The only suggestion we have is adding more of the small shelves in the master bedroom since you cannot fit side tables in that bedroom. Otherwise, nothing else needs to be changed! We love Anna Maria and very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and totally met our expectations. We loved it so much we booked the condo for our 2025 trip. Communication was great and the property manager and owners were very responsive.

We can’t wait to come back!

This was one of our best rental experiences yet. Shortly after check in we were contacted to make sure we didn’t have any issues checking in. We were greeted at the condo with a bottle of wine and nice card from the owners (thank you!). The location of the community on the island is perfect, and the location of the unit is even better! With little kids, it’s nice being so close to the pool for potty breaks and quiet at the end of the complex. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Great for family with teens

The property was better than described! Everything was very clean, well stocked, perfect for our week stay. Myself, husband, mother, father, teenage daughter and friend all stayed! Great vacation stay!

Condo was very clean and just as described. It included lots of extras for added convenience - beach chairs and toys, fishing gear, well equipped kitchen, etc. The views were nice and it is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this property! This is our second time staying in this condo. My daughter and son-in-law rented this unit a few years ago and we fell in love with it. I decided to rent it this May and had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway!…seriously

Even better than advertised! Great location, literally steps from the beach. Unit is very clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely well stocked with all essentials. On-site pool is well heated. Property owners are extremely responsive. Can’t say enough great things about our stay!

Fully equipped, perfect location, very comfortable

We stayed with our family of 5 (3 kids ages 8,6,4) and had the best week. The townehouse was exactly as listed if not better. It was larger than the pictures made it seem and fully stocked with everything we needed for a full week at the beach. We were most impressed with the location to the pool, the space, comfort of the beds and rooms and all that was available in the kitchen and garage. For a family flying in without too much with us, this listing had it all! Easy walk to the the beach, shops, dinner, ice cream and trolley stops. Our kids had the best time and so did we! We hope to be back in this spot soon! The owners were wonderful to work with giving us updates on the house and island following hurricane Ian and providing very detailed check in and out directions. Thanks so much for a very memorable vacation!

We loved the attention to detail. The rental was super clean.

Beach charis, wagon, cooler, towles linens a fully stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved staying here. We had teens and they loved being so close to the beach and riding the bikes. The only regret was that we didn't have car and we should have rented a golf cart. I tries but was told they get rented out months in advance. So next year I'll be sure to rent the golf cart ASAP. But this was not the fault of the owners, our mistake. This was our first trip to AMI and we are definitely coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We are a family of four (we have 3 and 5 y/o daughters) who moved to central Florida about two years ago to be closer to family. We quickly fell in love with Anna Maria Island and ended up spending most of our weekends here. We spent so much time here that we started looking for a vacation home and were very fortunate to acquire this amazing unit.

We want every guest to discover the Anna Maria Island that we have come to love and enjoy. Our goal is 100% guest satisfaction.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Bradenton Beach is the perfect old Florida town. There are amazing restaurants, bars and beaches all within close walking distance. The unit is less than a 15 minute walk from the wonderful shopping, dining and live music at Bridge Street.

Unlike the other gulf islands, large resorts are not permitted on Anna Maria Island, so the area is calmer, much less crowded and more family friendly. Finally, the world famous Coquina Beach is just down the road for excellent swimming, snorkeling, hiking, biking, etc.

We really liked this unit because it's directly in front of the pool, spa and grill. Guests can sit on the extra large deck with the other adults and keep a close watch on the kids in the pool.
