Delightful property with unparalleled access to Old Town and the beach. Wonderful charm to the building - my daughters loved the miniature elevator, with well done updates to the interior. Clean and modern. Perfect for a family or small group. Management team is exceedingly helpful and friendly. 10/10, would stay here again!!

Great Location and Great management

Amazing location in the heart of Nice. Management team was excellent. Property is in on an ideal street, but the rooms are quiet at night for sleeping. Everything was clean and modern. Would stay again without question.

A gem of a find in Nice!

Fantastic stay for three nights prior to a cruise. The property looks exactly like what is posted in the photos so no surprises there. Monika the property manager is a delight to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Place in Nice

Great space and the host Monika was outstanding. They provided all of the necessary amenities and even more than expected. Great location near everything as well. My family and I loved our visit to Nice - you cannot find a better place to stay with better hosts.

Excellent stay, recently remodeled apartment that was as presented. Fantastic location in old Nice that was walkable for our time there. All amenities worked great, beds were fresh and firm, and the A/C kept cold.Once we got a rental car, we parked at public parking that was about 300 meters away - so heads up that you do not park right at the building and the entrance to the building is off of an old street that is more of a promenade area. That said, it got very quiet by 10pm as it seemed all of the stores and restaurants were already closed. We would stay here again without hesitation!
Old Nice, this is about 3 minute walk away.
This promenade is on the other side of the next door building. You can see it from the unit.

A wonderful experience

The ideal property! The owner was alsovery accommodating to the difference between check in/out times and our flights! She allowed us a late checkout and baggage storage even though it wasn’t easy for her to arrange it! Also it is the absolute BEST location to see the city on foot! Everything was perfect and next time this place is out top selection

Best of the best!

We stayed for 3 days and were very happy with our choice. The appartment has a very good location just in the centre, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Everything looks like brand new. The beds are comfortable, nice blankets with duvet covers, good pillows, blackout curtains. The kitchen has more than everything. The bathrooms are very clean, excellent shower, every detail is thoughtful. We had a very good time.

I could have moved here!!

We loved the location, the apartment, and the amenities. The team was great to work with as well. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was steps away fro promenade des anglais and in Vieux Nice. The mattresses were so wonderful we wanted to bring them home. The kitchen was well appointed and the washer/dryer was very convenient. Really, it could not have been more perfect.

Monika’s apartment is tastefully decorated, every detail is impeccable, and the ocean view is lovely. She met us at the entry and was so gracious to show us around the apartment and answer any questions. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and all linens are luxurious. Anything you may have forgotten you’ll find in the vanity drawers-toothbrush, razor, q-tips, etc. The best part of the apartment is the walkability to everything. It’s centrally located in the heart of all the shops and restaurants, and the Nice flower market is just steps from the entry. There’s also a parking deck literally next door to the apartment, which was wonderfully convenient. I can’t say enough about this lovely space. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

The apartment location is perfect, walkable to the market, lots of restaurants and we had views of the water from the back balcony. We were a group of 5 adults, the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were a perfect fit for us. There were plenty of bath and beach towels for our use as well. The size of th apartment ensured we all felt comfortable in our bedrooms and the family room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the clothes washer and hanging clothes dryer, were easy to use. We put the clothes on the balcony and they dried beautifully. Monika and Aya were great communicators, everything we asked was answered quickly. Monika even arranged our transportation from the train ( we had 5 bags). The apartment is secure and the building was quite beautiful. Hopefully we will be back to Nice and can stay again. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
