Location, location! This apartment is in a Classic building in the middle of the flower market. Amazing views from all 5 tall windows, close to everything, surrounded by shops and restaurants. My first visit in November/December and the weather was beautiful. The apartment itself is nicely appointed, the kitchen is well equiped. Some things needed atención, such as a couple of broken drawers but this did not prevent us from enjoying our stay tremendously. Highly recomiendes but make sure to book well in advance.

What a great location and well-appointed apartment. Working with Delia was very easy, and she promptly responded to my questions. Once you walk out the door, you are in the fabulous world of Nice and a block away from the beach! We were a group of three adults and enjoyed what the apartment had to offer - two bedrooms and two baths. The apartment is furnished with quality equipment. There are food shops and bakeries very close to the apartment. What was especially delightful was the outdoor market offering fresh vegetables, cheeses, and many other things right outside the front door. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would go back without question. Enjoy your stay.

Excellent location by the promenade; the suite is spacious and modern; full kitchen; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; and washer/dryer.Beautiful views of the Mediterranean and a short walk to many restaurants and shops in Old Nice.It’s a 3 storey walk up the stairs with no elevator.It’s a lively neighborhood at night so be prepared for chatter, laughing etc into the night.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

A very enjoyable stay. Centrally located, lovely spaces, the quietest AC imaginable, and views for days. Dalia was very responsive. Lots of action nearby- can be a touch noisy but with AC and earplugs, slept perfectly. Be aware of the multiple flights of stairs. Difficult the first couple of times but then they helped with balancing the overeating.

Our host provided the most warm welcome on arrival and was able to explain all the details of our apartment very competently. They also gave us some local tips for eating out, car parking services, as well as market supplies for eating in. They remained easily contactable and responsive when needed.The apartment was beautifully presented, good size bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms making it an ideal place to stay for us as two travelling couples. Kitchen was great with all needs covered. Lounge area had an amazing view over the water, as to the dining area.We will certainly look to recommend to friends visiting and also if we return in the future from Australia.

Two Couples - Fantastic Location

Two couples stayed at this place for 5-6 nights. It was amazing. We’re in our 40’s-50’s, everyday a market outside on the street below. Restaurants everywhere, beach is literally one min away. Airport is 20 min. Beds were comfortable, everything you need. Stairs were no joke, but we didn’t mind. Easy trade off for the view and the location. 100% recommend.

As good as it gets!

Quite certain there is no better location in all of Nice. Literally on the main strip, but high enough that your room is quiet and cozy. Steps from morning markets, day/night restaurants, clubs, and beach clubs. We had the most unforgettable trip. Delia was very responsive throughout the booking process, and met us on check in day to make sure we were settled. Can't recommend this property enough.

Nice is nice

The wonderful hostess greeted at the door with some desperately needed prosecco and delicious socca- just the thing to start our trip off correctly. The view is great, the AC effective, the beds comfortable, and the washer/dryer priceless. The stairs are real- manageable, but not for the faint of heart or those who overpack. Great location, and surprisingly quiet given the action below on the Cours Saleya. Just steps to the beach. Highly recommended!

Great view! Great location!

I came with my husband and my sister and her husband. We had an incredible time. It was a comfortable arrangement. Two great bedrooms, two bathrooms with two toilets. Great water, pressure and hot water. Great air-conditioning. But the best part about it were the views and the markets out your front door. Plenty of restaurants to eat at! Maybe we bring earplugs as it gets a little rowdy at night.It is not for people that have any medical issues. There are 79 steps to get up to the apartment, but it’s totally worth it if you can make it!! Highly recommend it! Delia was a great host!

Old Nice is the Best

We came to visit Monaco and Cannes as Nice is in the middle. If you want a quiet place this is not. Cafes & Bars till 12:00. The Apartment, Markets and Shops fabulous. "No elevator" to 3rd floor.

Great stay in old nice!

Amazing location near market, restaurants/bars, beach, train stations, etc. super accessible to other towns nearby! It was a little noisy at nighttime if you slept with windows open. Overall great time for 2 couples to stay at.

Perfect Nice intro!

One of the nicest VRBO properties! Dehlia, the host, was responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect and the description did not lie. The set of stairs going up was not an issue unless you have someone with health issues. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again should we return to Nice. Thank you to Dehlia for a wonderful vacation!

Great proximity to promenade and market

This small but clean two-bedroom apartment was delightfully close to a beautiful outdoor market and within short walking distance to all of Old Town Nice. Host Delia was super helpful and responsive. Little bit of street noise on weekends.

Visit to Nice

The property is gorgeous inside! Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Delia was a great host. The location is ideal to see old town and walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was our first time visiting the area and it was perfect place to stay to see the main highlights. We took the train to Monaco for a day and that was very easy to do. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic, spacious and clean apartment in a perfect location!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Azur Hideaway! The apartment has been newly renovated and provided all the perfect essentials needed to make our stay comfortable. The daily marketplace right outside our door as well as the numerous restaurants to choose from was so cool and super convenient! Location location location was the best. Center to everything! We had a rented car so we parked in the nearby parking structure which was super convenient and inexpensive when paid ahead. Would highly recommend this place and will be staying again on our next visit. Be prepared for lots of stairs to the 3rd floor, but for us we didn’t mind the extra exercise with all the delicious food we had been eating:) Thank you Deliha! Absolutely loved your beautiful place!

Recently renovated apartment with fantastic views. We loved its location in Old Town right at the market and near the water. Only downside side is that you need to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor

Fantastic stay in Nice!

Our family (two adults and two kids- 9yo & 3yo) really enjoyed our time. Proximity to amazing restaurants and daily farmers/craft market made our trip memorable. We frequented the beach and collected seashells, despite the cooler weather. Renting a car from a nearby car rental (Sixt) made a day trip to St Tropez and Cannes very doable. And it was walking distance (20mins) to the train stop and we got to spend a night in Monaco, while we left our stuff in this apt! The two bedroom apt is spacious and well equipped. The manager was responsive and understanding when our flight got delayed coming into Nice. The 3 flights of stairs gave us a workout but we’d def stay here again! Be aware that there’s a late arrival fee (to be paid in cash), which was listed in the details of the listing but one that we missed until the day we arrived in Nice.

Lovely and comfortable flat, great location, friendly host

It was an excellent home base for us to explore Nice and the Cote d'Azur region. All 5 stars. The flat is very comfortable and well-appointed, with great sea views. It's in the heart of "old town" -- most of which is dedicated to pedestrians -- and close to the shoreline promenade and beach. Good bathrooms, bedrooms, and comfy beds, and a nice living room. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and everything you need for cooking and eating, and right downstairs is the Cours Saleya market with fresh produce almost everyday, plus all the restaurants and great food available in old town. The host (Delia) is great -- friendly, communicative, and responsive. You should note that while the flat itself is very modern and clean, it's in an older building, and there are 60+ well-worn steps to your door -- not a problem for us but could be for some. Also, the location has great nightlife on the street below, with music and revelry into the early hours. The flat has thick walls and good windows, so the noise is not too bad, but you will still hear it most nights.

Location is wonderful. Host was absolutely fantastic. On the weekend, it is a little noisy due to location on the strip. There is a great view of the sea and close proximity to food, market and entertainment. We highly recommend this rental. The host goes out of her way to accommodate. This was a superb experience.

Fantastic rental unit

We stayed in Nice just a few short days. It was my husband and my self, along with my sister and her husband. The location of this rental unit could not have been better. FANTASTIC location. Tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself seemed newly renovated. You do have to walk up quite a few stairs to reach the apartment, which could be tough for some visitors, but I appreciated the extra exercise after eating at all the delicious restaurants close by. Delia was nice to deal with and helpful when I had asked questions. I would definitely stay here again! I only wish we had more time.
