This sumptuous house-chalet of + 300m2 designed by the architect is in the heart of the forest on 3300m2 of land. You will discover the Bella estate with its breathtaking view of the Church and the CAPCIR mountain range. You can also see the Lake of MATEMALE between the fir trees of the forest of the Domaine.
This family chalet has been completely renovated summer/autumn 2022 with all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable holiday. The estate today is functional and pleasant to live in, a few minutes walk from the shops, the village of the slopes, the Angléo balneotherapy area / Bowling..., Discover the world of authenticity and tradition of wood-clad chalets with the addition of the cocooning equipment of the modern chalet.
You will go up (for Bella Snow) to the Haut de Chalet by a staircase at the back of the house.
You will find 6 comfortable bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Top of Chalet "BELLASNOW" all comforts, + 170 m2 on a plot of land of 1000M2 set in a wooded setting that guarantees tranquility, ideally located a stone's throw from the LE LIARET slope (The chalet is located on Avenue de Balcère 2 min walk from the shops)
You will access this top of the chalet by passing through the staircase located at the back of this imposing building. The entrance opens onto a ski room as spacious as it is functional. You will then arrive on an open kitchen with central island, following a large living room composed of a dining room, a large living room and a reading games area with its JOTUL stove. The living room has large windows that allow you to have a magical view of the Capcir mountains, the lake and the village. The terrace of more than 55m2 gives access to the land and the fir forest.
It has 4 beautiful bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet. And upstairs 2 dormitory rooms under the roof with a shared bathroom equipped with a toilet.
