Lakefront beach house South of 30A!

Lakefront 8-bedroom duplex located south of 30A and only a few short steps to deeded beach access (HOA owns beachfront so no beach access issues with this rental)! The house is divided into 2 separate 4-bedroom units, each with its own kitchen and gameroom. Prices listed include both units. Great for extended family or multi-family trips. Beautiful westward views of Camp Creek Lake right out the back door. Enjoy morning coffee on the dock or rent a paddle board to explore the lake. The home is located in a gated community south of 30A with 2 separate deeded beach access boardwalks within easy walking distance (easy 2-3 minute walk to each access). Some of the amenities included are:

- private pool (heated option available for $50/day)
- outdoor showers with privacy screen and hot water
- 2 outdoor gas grills
- natural gas fire pit for cool evenings
- free WiFi
- ping pong table
- 2 fully appointed kitchens

Lovely

This is our second time staying here, each time for a week back in 2023 and now in 2025. Both times we used both side A and B for 20 members of our family. Great beach access. Great activities for the teens and young adults. The private pool is also a nice option to have. The host has always been great to communicate with. Would recommend!

I really want to rate it Very Good. The property itself is excellent for large families with the bonuses of two full kitchens and two "playrooms" for not only kids but adults. Also, the owner/property manager is very attentive, and issues are addressed in a timely manner. We were out of Wi-Fi for 4 and 1/2 days. Provider could not send out a technician until the following week. Not the owner's fault and she did contact the company to no avail. She also told us that the company is awful. Past time to get a new company. Highly recommend this property. Recommend making a reservation early, as this house is popular, for good reason.

LOVED!

We are a family of 7 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Total, 18 of us were together. This house was perfect for our needs. We played in the ocean, swam in the pool, fished in the lake, and made smores on the outside fire pit. And when it rained, the adults hung out in the screened in balcony and the kids played with the toys in the basement. No drama, no glitches, just wholesome family time!

This home was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 5 children. The location is perfect with a short walk to a quiet beach. The pool was a great place to relax in the afternoons. We would absolutely stay again!

outstanding property, perfect for a large family gathering. home is well equipped, extremely kid friendly (with games and entertainment, as well as bunk rooms. Beach chairs, towels, pool toys and floats all on site and in good condition. Very close to beach access and the private beach is perfect for enjoying all beach activities.

Great location, so many little extras (chairs, towels, etc)

We loved it. We usually stay on the beach but this year we decided To stay here. In 25 years of vacationing on 30a beachside houses, we have never had all the little extras that this house provided. There are chairs, towels,’beach toys galore, there were spices in the cabinets and ziplock baggies, soap, etc. I loved already having some things there. So so handy. We had an issue with a ceiling light and they were prompt to reply. They had so many games and things to do. Loved the grills already being tied in to propane line. So easy to use. Lots of pans, pots, and loved the Breville blender. If we needed this size house again and decided to stay off the beach we would for sure stay here.

Fall break

This is our second year staying at this property. Wonderful set up. Clean on arrival. Owner/manager is very quick to respond and address issues. Close to beach without driving. Private. Would come back again!

Perfect Large Party Rental

We were a party of 15 with ages 3-74, so a large range of ages. We had a few issues upon arrival, but they were quickly addressed. Property manager was always available for anything needed. We loved the proximity to the beach, along with the private beach area, so the beach was not ever that crowded. The house had some beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella, so really the only thing you might need to bring is a few more umbrellas. Other major highlights were the pool which is partially shaded at times (great for kids) along with the game rooms at the bottom of each duplex. The duplex is also centrally located and not far from the grocery store.

All Thumbs Up!!

All 8 adults and 7 kids in our family loved this property. This was our 12th Beach Week on 30A and our favorite house. No need to look any further. Space, amenities, neighborhood and beach are wonderful. Minor issues were addressed immediately and resolved. Already booked for 2025 and early next year will book 2026.

Great family beach trip!

This is our third stay here and it continues to be the perfect place for our large family. The space that the two units provide is great - places for some privacy and places for togetherness. Many hours spent on the porch by all and kids have a great time in the pool, game rooms, and on the dock. The access to an uncrowded beach cannot be understated! We will return.

It’s perfect for a big family- fishing dock, good size pool, game rooms, top floor bunk rooms & short walk to the beach. Easy beach access and never crowded.

Family beach vacation

This home meet all our needs of 14, 8 adults and 6 kids. Home was very clean, well stocked kitchen and air worked well. The screened in porch with 2 large picnic tables was very nice. Pool was large and clean with lots of seating around the pool or under the deck. And pool was shaded later in the afternoon by trees. Plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys. Beach towels were also provided. Neighborhood was very quiet except for a little near by construction. Not far from resturants and grocery stores. Host was quick to respond to questions and one minor issue was quickly resolved upon arrival. Only 3-4 minute walk to the beach with private gate access. Beach area never crowded. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful house and location

We rented both units of the duplex for a family reunion of 20 people. Great location close to quiet beach area. Plenty of space for group gatherings at home, both indoors and outdoors. Large dining room tables and good fridge space. A couple of issues (e.g., a loose door knob) were reported to the owner and promptly fixed. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Family Events

This property is ideal for a large gathering of family or friends. We traveled to the Alabama coast for 20+ years and outgrew many of the beach homes there. Seeking out a home in a new area was daunting, but this property exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone from 84 to 6 months old had a blast. The location is perfect and the amenities of the house are plentiful. The owners were always available to answer our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We spent a lot of the time in the pool and the private beach access just steps away from the house. The kids loved having two game areas downstairs to stay entertained. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quaint vacation spot in a beautiful destination.

This home is great for 2 families! We had our privacy but could get together on the porch or pool and in the living rooms really easily. It’s a quick walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

A Great Vacation Spot

This house checked all the boxes- plenty of bedrooms, lots of family space, fantastic pool, great fishing dock, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, & awesome game rooms for the kids. We will definitely stay there again!

Great place for multiple families

We had an awesome time! Great location with great access to the beach, wonderful pool, and nice lake right behind the property for kayaking and fishing. Everyone from our party of 21 wants to come back! Highly recommend this fantastic property!

Great Beach Week

Everyone in our group of 15, ages 5-75, loved our week at this house. The gated neighborhood and private beach were the reason I chose this home. We wanted to be away from the crowds and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The short walk to the water is closer than it looks from the pictures. The home itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need: beach chairs, pool toys, cooking supplies, and most appreciated was the ample amount of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms quiet. The large pool, hard to come by in this area, was enjoyed by seven kids. The game rooms came in handy when it rained. The only concern a potential renter might have is the amount of stairs, not only in the house but down to the beach as the dunes are fairly high. Otherwise, Kelly was immediately available when we had a question at check-in. This area of 30a is a bit quieter and there’s a brand new Publix down the street. Overall experience was 5 stars. We hope to return.

Perfect Family Oasis

My family and my sister’s family have been coming to the beach together for several years. This was, by far, our very best rental ever! Well appointed, roomy, clean, short walk to beach and situated in an idyllic setting. We will be back!

Awesome stay!

Perfect house for a large group! Plenty of beds, well appointed house with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. We had 18+ women and loved having the split duplex for privacy but still plenty of space for everyone to gather together. Great biking distance to Rosemary Beach or Seaside. Our stay was cold so we didn't get to use the back porch or pool as much as we would have liked, but great atmosphere and view. Wonderful communication from the host. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Plenty of bedrooms and garage space to spread out. Loved the giant picnic table on the deck between the two sides. Enjoyed having one side for meals and gathering and the other side a bit quieter. Nice to have a first floor bedroom for my older dad. The 2 bunk rooms are wonderful for kids and young adults. The only issue was there isn’t a separate bathroom for either of the bunk rooms. But overall a fabulous stay. Great communication with the owner. Loved the pool and it heated up well. And the dock was wonderful for paddle boarding The beach was an easy walk away. There is a bike rental place a little more than a mile away. The fire pit was nice but it was gas which meant we couldn’t roast marshmallows. But a very nice place to enjoy a crisp evening. Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent Stay

We really loved our stay. The location is perfect. It is set away from the more crowded beach areas but close enough to bike to The Hub, Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary. The beach access is less than a 5 minute walk. The property feels very private. We really loved the back yard and back deck. The pool is large and is probably at least 5.5 feet deep. There were plenty of pool floaties and a pool basketball goal. We grilled out and also had enjoyed s’mores on the fire pit. Ping pong was a big hit for our group, as well as, hanging out on the 1st floor while other family members relaxed upstairs. We really loved the duplex, as well. We could have our privacy but easily walk across the 2nd floor deck to enjoy meals together. The host was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. I definitely would recommend this property to a large group.

Perfect for our family!

We spent almost a week here with our extended family. Having 2 kitchens was nice so we could take turns cooking meals. The gameroom on each side was convenient coming in and out of the pool area. Short walking distance to the beach. Very nice gated community with some quite impressive homes surrounding. Location was perfect for us. Quick access to 30A and on the part that isn't so congested. The owner was friendly and quick to respond on text! We highly recommend this duplex for a large group!
