The space

This stunning one-of-a-kind property has been designed from top to bottom as the perfect vacation getaway. Many vacationers forget what it's like to entertain guests on those rainy days when outdoor activities and the beach just aren't possible. It rains a lot in Florida. With that in mind, this is the absolute perfect vacation spot. I love my children, and I love vacations but sometimes I feel like pulling my hair out with all of the "what are we gonna do next" questions. When I stay at this property my children are all around me but with this home, they are entertaining themselves. I love cooking or watching a game at the outdoor bar and kitchen while hearing their laughter and keeping an eye on them in the pool.

This listing is for 2 homes that have a PRIVATE POOL between them and a shared courtyard. The first home has a front entry with a spacious patio and egg chairs that you see represented in the photos. From there you may choose to take a left into the impressive hearth room with a full-size billiards table and sitting area. If you take a right, you will be welcomed into a very large and open living, dining, and kitchen area. This area has purposely been set up similar to a hotel lobby so all of your party can enjoy one space without feeling cramped. The perfect setup for large gatherings. In the middle of this space is an 86-inch theatre-style tv and a little further in is an impressive kitchen and dining table. The main floor also features a bedroom off the kitchen that is perfect for parents like mine with mobility issues. It has an ensuite bathroom that can be locked off or kept open to the pool area. The kitchen looks out into the courtyard with the swimming pool, covered porch, and extra dining space with tv.

Going upstairs is a bedroom with a full bed and a bunk bed. Walking down the hall is a room with two queen beds. There is a full bathroom also attached to the hallway. At the end of the hall is the master suite with an ensuite bathroom. From the hall, you may walk out onto the balcony which has beautiful ocean views and generally catches a great breeze. You may also access from the hall the top most level where only the most brave travel...the pirate room. Going upstairs makes you feel as if you are crawling up to the ship's quarters. You will see sharks, several beds, and treasure chests for the buccaneers' clothing. There are fire lights above every bed so the little ones can turn on their own light just in case they want to keep a wary eye out. (Night Light)

Exiting the home to the private courtyard you will immediately be amazed at the sizable space and delighted that the entirety is for your party to enjoy. At the shallow end of the pool is a door. This door is the entry to the game room. It's perfectly situated so that gamers or movie watchers can enjoy the area all night long.

The outdoor kitchen has a dining room, an 86-inch tv that can be watched at the bar or in the pool, a built-in grill, a wet bar, and a refrigerator.

A hot tub is also located just outside this area with seating for those who just want to hang out. There is a tv in this area as well.

Next to the hot tub room is the second home for this listing. This comprises of the lower half of a duplex. The upper portion of the duplex does not have access, and that unit entry is completely separate from this space. You may use the wheelchair ramp to enter the area by the hot tub. The home itself has several accessibility features.

There isn't enough space to share all the information regarding the game room but look for yourself. Your group will love the three computers in this room. Though we aim for those to be working all the time it is not uncommon for one unit to experience an issue and need serviced.
