Beautiful 3 BR, 2 Bath home in fantastic Minneapolis Fulton Neighborhood location! Convenient location to US Bank Stadium, Downtown Minneapolis, and 50th and France bars and restaurants. Spacious family room, living room, cozy bedrooms! Off street parking, wonderful backyard for grilling and hanging out.

The space
Fully updated home with two bedrooms on the main level and master bedroom upstairs. Kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom all on the main level as well. The basement has a wonderful family room and laundry room. Summer bookings: There are window AC units on the main level and a wall AC unit in the master bedroom.

Guest access
Guests are able to access all areas of our home. Two storage areas in the basement will be locked.

Other things to note
Please note there are Arlo cameras outside the property in place for security reasons. There are no cameras in the home.

In addition, we do have family pets. If pet allergies are an issue this may not be the property for you.

Spotless home, great neighborhood

The home was super clean when we arrived, and the owners communication was excellent. Love the older and unique homes in the very walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!

This is a great property to stay at. We made a long weekend of it and went to a Gopher football game and a Vikings football game. 15-20min drive for both. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location in Minneapolis-Saint Paul

We spent 3 days at this property while we attended a family function. The location was great for the various activities we had over the weekend. Our group included 5 adults and there was room for all of us. This is a family home that the owners rent out, it was very clean and fairly well appointed for guests.

Great home, location and host

We wanted to stay close to where we lived in the Fulton neighborhood and this adjacent tree lined block didn’t disappoint. Quiet, some walkers with dogs, kids. Great location near the food and stores of 50th and France. Shawn was terrific and house was very comfortable. Excellent beds and pillows, and excellent water pressure along with all needed household items. Overall, would highly recommend.

Great spot!

Just spent three nights at this charming home perfectly located for a family wedding. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out under the lit pergola in the back yard several nights. The owners were great to work with. We would book this again. Thanks again Marc and Lori

Great Neighborhood

This house was in a very nice part of town. We were able to walk to a shopping / restaurant area each day. Most attractions within the area were a short drive (20 minutes or less) away, including downtown. The house is as described. However, the master bedroom was upstairs with no bathroom. You had to walk the stairs to get there. Also, the listing did indicate that pets lived in the house. We do not have allergies but found the pet smell to be a bit overwhelming. Again, this is disclosed in the listing. The communication was excellent as well.

Incredible location, beautiful home!

This property and stay was a 12/10 - highly recommend. It was close to downtown edina (a few walking minutes to breakfast!) in a safe and ADORABLE neighborhood, cozy, quiet, comfortable beds, had great coffee (a must) and enough to sleep quite a few. We loved our stay - thanks Shawn!

Fantastic host and cozy home

Beautiful little home!

Our stay at this property was lovely. We have rented many vrbo homes all around the world, including others in Minneapolis and this was the nicest home in the MSP area! We were visiting the area for our grandsons first birthday. We were able to have them meet us at the home and we ordered Tai food from a great local restaurant and shared dinner together. The neighborhood is lovely… the house, although an older smaller home, is well maintained and has lots of charm! We were hoping to use the backyard for gathering and letting our grandkids play but the grass was a bit long and wet for little ones. (We realized later that there was a sprinkling system that ran during the night). Overall it was a wonderful home.

Amazing house!

Shawn has an amazing home in a great area of Minneapolis! Check in was simple and easy, the house was very clean, and it provided everything we needed for a great weekend. Also, beautiful backyard space as well. Would highly recommend!

Home is conviently located by multiple restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice. Shawn was amazing and very responsive! 6 stars out of 5! High recommend!
