Summer House 806A

Summer House recently completed a multi-million-dollar exterior project that included replacing every door, window, and slider in Summer House units. Our building has new stucco and paint, the grounds have been refreshed with new lighting, landscaping, and the pools have been refreshed. We're excited to show it off!

Our unit is a beautifully updated West corner unit with wrap around balcony. Plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy all that Summer House and Orange Beach have to offer. Most furniture, mattresses, lighting, etc. has been updated in the past couple years.

CABLE in every room & FREE WIRELESS INTERNET!

The living area contains all you need for relaxing after the sun goes down. Play some board games with the family or catch your favorite shows on tv. Plenty of seating for all to enjoy, and a pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. 3 sliders in the living/dining area make patio living a breeze. Make a happy hour cocktail at our mini bar complete with acrylic stemware, so that you can enjoy the afternoons on one of the largest balconies in Orange Beach! There are new slider style walk-outs in every room!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for delicious family meals with stainless appliances and a commercial ice maker! We have all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, pots & pans, tons of utensils and all the dinnerware you need so no need for paper!

The gulf front master bedroom is elegantly equipped with a King bed and plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack and stay awhile! En suite is equipped with a walk in shower.

The queen bedroom has queen furniture and mattress, and plenty of storage and closet space to contain all of your beachwear!

The "bunk room" can sleep 4 and would delight anyone with bunk beds, trundle, and a separate single bed as well. Large closet makes keeping your clothes within easy reach super stress free!

Parking is by permit only. Each guest is allowed up to 2 guest registration certificates for parking. These are purchased through the guard at the guard shack for $50 per vehicle.

Not that anyone wants to do laundry on their vacation, but a full sized washer and dryer in the unit makes throwing a load of laundry in super easy!

Summer House is known for its large balconies and fantastic amenities. Enjoy our gulf front pools, indoor pool & hot tub, fitness room, sauna, grill area, tennis court, basketball area, and gulf front grassy space.

We can't wait to have you enjoy our favorite place to be!

Nice Stay!

The property was great! Great patio and views of ocean! Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and beach was great too. It was a nice week!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing stay in Orange Beach. Summer House is one of our fav complexes because it’s a lower volume of people and a relaxed vibe. The condo was perfectly cleaned and well equipped to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for having us!!

Great Spot

This was a great location for our stay! The pool was great for the kids and is much bigger in person! Beach access made trips back and forth much easier. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a few miles! Highly recommend!

Summer House vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was beautiful inside. We like a corner unit and also like having an ice maker. They started a nice tradition of people leaving the little extras like coffee filters and dish soap and spices… We would definitely stay here again

Traditional Spring Break Trip!

I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach since I was a child and as an adult now bring my own family. It’s a yearly tradition! We typically stay in the same condo each year but this year we had to choose a new location and this condo was in the same building but just as wonderful! Check in process was simple, condo was clean and beds were comfortable! I loved that the third bedroom has a twin bed and twin bunk beds as well! Definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice

Would recommend this condo and would stay again. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owners very easy to communicate with and left good instructions for our stay. Location was close, even walkable, to restaurants and other stores. Beach was not crowded. Large porch was very nice. Didn’t make it to the indoor pool but saw several families coming and going. Outdoor pool was a favorite hang out after time on the beach.

Family Vacation

It is a very nicely decorated condo and when we had problems, the property manager quickly responded. Unfortunately we like to cook versus going out and the kitchen didn't live up to our expectations. Just needs a bit of organization and replacing things that are broken/missing/not working great. Otherwise a great property and great location!

Not bad overall.

It's a nice unit and overall it was reasonably clean. The exception was dirty floors throughout. it appeared that the cleaning crew forgot about the floors entirely. After we swept up all the sand (and there was a lot of it) the floors were still very grimy and there wasn't a decent mop provided. But overall it was clean and well equipped. The only other complaint was loud drunks in the pool typically between the hours of 1 AM and 3 AM. This happened multiple nights. The pool is supposed to be closed after 10PM and I don't understand how this can go on for hours at a time without a security person making their rounds and taking care of the issue.

Great corner unit!

Awesome corner unit, beautifully decorated, full washer and dryer, huge big deck that wrapped around the side. Had so much kitchen supplies and the best part was the separate ice maker machine which was so handy cause we never had to buy bags of ice the whole time for the coolers. Had a wonderful time! The owner Jennifer was so helpful and very quick to respond to us for anything. We will be back!! 🌴🌞🌴🌞

Great location for family extended weekend

The cleanliness and beds so comfortable, wonderful view and location, makes this a great rental for family with younger kids. The owner/service a text away if any issues. Everything you need is on site and all shopping literally across the street! We definitely would stay again when I need only 3 bedrooms 😁👍🏼

Great place, great stay!

Don’t want say too many good things - so this place will be available next summer too. ;) We had a small hiccup on arrival to no fault of the owner. They were super quick to make it right. Perfect place and spot. We loved it!

Family Memories

Our family had a fabulous time at SH 806A. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The owner, Jennifer, was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay again in the future.

This was the best place we have stayed at Orange Beach. The wrap around balcony is absolutely stunning! Wake up to the beach each day! This home is so beautiful. It was clean and great communication from the owner.

Loved the location and amenities!

Property owner was very responsive and accommodating! Loved how close the condo was to everything and the size of the pools and hot tub. Beach was never crowded. Will definitely stay again.

Loved it

The condo was clean and had so many extras. Bathrooms had hand soap, there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, commercial ice maker was awesome, bartending set was awesome and fun. Access to the beach was super easy, there was a ramp and then you only had to go down a couple steps. The pool was really nice too - plenty of seats, large pool, not crowded. My fiancé loved sitting under the gazebo at the pool. The elevators were fast and were never crowded. Parking was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo and owners again. Jennifer was amazing and always responded quickly.

We're the Tauziers! We enjoy traveling, the beach, and Mardi Gras. We're from New Orleans and live there now. We purchased our unit in Summer House in December of 2020 in the midst of repairs and clean-up from Hurricane Sally. We spent months doing repairs and getting it ready for our first Summer Season. Now that we have a few years under our belt, we are continuously making improvements to anticipate all of our guests needs.

When searching for a condo in Orange Beach, sunlight and a laid back atmosphere were super important to us. We get both of those things in abundance at Summer House.

Summer House has recently undergone a full exterior transformation. We’ve been around awhile, and we are prepared to be here for a lot longer.
