we did not stay at this property....yet another reason why I will NEVER use vrbo to book a property...NO local support...800 number is Not US based...you charge 10% fee for nothing other than a search engine..

Everything was perfect! We had 3 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of room and privacy! We’ve stayed in this unit before and loved it so much we just had to return for another stay. And, definitely a view to die for from every window!

Beautiful condo. Amazing location.

My family loved our stay. The condo was amazing. The location was perfect. And the beach was never too packed, even during spring break. The property manager was so friendly and attentive as well. Can’t say enough great things. We will book another stay here!

Perfect!

The listing is just as described and the property management was very communicative. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this by far was the best! The beach was not crowded, the condo was quiet and a good mix of owners, and the location was perfect. We had four adults and two children so lots of space for everyone to gather, but also have their own areas to rest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were extremely satisfied with the condo and everything was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious for our entire family. If you have a truck, parking is difficult due concrete columns outlining half the spots. The showerhead in master bathroom could be replaced to make it easier but once we realize it didn’t adjust, we accepted and didn’t worry about it. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds(mattress)in both of the larger rooms need to be replaced. I expected a comfortable place to sleep and was disappointed. A few other updates in the bathrooms and this place would be perfect. The parking is also a little troublesome for larger vehicles, but can be managed. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend to others.

2024 Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time in Orange Beach. Broadmoor 1205 had the best views of both the Beach & Bay Area. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. It’s location was close to area attractions and grocery stores. The beach service fromIke’s was awesome. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the famous Flora-Bama. The property manager was so friendly, always answering questions promptly. The only negative about this unit was the shower in the Master Bath, the shower head really needs to be changed so you can adjust its direction. The shower can’t be turned on without the door being closed, otherwise water spews onto the bathroom floor. You want the water to be warm before getting in. The complex is the perfect size, an easy walk to beach. The parking garage is tight if you have a truck or large SUV but nice that you have covered parking. We will definitely book this unit again!! ☀️

Spring break!

There were a few noisy railing on the balcony, however, these would be a quick fix if choosen to do so. When windy these things were very loud and interrupted sleep. Unfortunately, the pool and hottub were poorly kept and the hottub actually was closed off for the majority of our stay. With cooler weather, it would have been nice to be able to sit in the hottub a bit. The management was great for the most but when it came to any of our complaints like the rails, pool, hottub...crickets. The condo itself was lovely though.

Beautiful, well equipped condo. Views were spectacular. Elevators had one side down two times during our stay. Pool was never cleaned and had sand on the bottom the entire stay.

Best Condo in Orange Beach!

We’ve been to OB six times as a family. This was by far our favorite place! The view, the layout, and the beach we amazing! Look forward to coming back in the future.

Amazing Views

We just got back from a family vacation and have already started planning our next stay in 1205 at The Broadmoor! The layout of the condo was perfect and we loved the balcony! The addition of the bar area and ice machine were bonus. The building itself was nice because it’s smaller than most around and beach access was super easy. Can’t wait to get back to the beach!
