Disfrutar de sus vacaciones en familia en este espacioso condominio frente al golfo. los servicios del hotel incluyen un gimnasio, una bañera de hidromasaje, piscina al aire libre, pistas de tenis, juego de tejo, y una playa de arena blanca. Everything was perfect! We had 3 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of room and privacy! We’ve stayed in this unit before and loved it so much we just had to return for another stay. And, definitely a view to die for from every window!

Beautiful condo. Amazing location.

My family loved our stay. The condo was amazing. The location was perfect. And the beach was never too packed, even during spring break. The property manager was so friendly and attentive as well. Can’t say enough great things. We will book another stay here!

Best Condo in Orange Beach!

We’ve been to OB six times as a family. This was by far our favorite place! The view, the layout, and the beach we amazing! Look forward to coming back in the future.

we did not stay at this property....yet another reason why I will NEVER use vrbo to book a property...NO local support...800 number is Not US based...you charge 10% fee for nothing other than a search engine..

Perfect!

The listing is just as described and the property management was very communicative. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this by far was the best! The beach was not crowded, the condo was quiet and a good mix of owners, and the location was perfect. We had four adults and two children so lots of space for everyone to gather, but also have their own areas to rest.

Best vacation ever!

My closest friends and I had the best time ever. The property was beautiful and was perfect for the 8 of us. The owner was as also super understanding of our situation and was extremely helpful and communicative through the process. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing Views

We just got back from a family vacation and have already started planning our next stay in 1205 at The Broadmoor! The layout of the condo was perfect and we loved the balcony! The addition of the bar area and ice machine were bonus. The building itself was nice because it’s smaller than most around and beach access was super easy. Can’t wait to get back to the beach!

Beautiful, well equipped condo. Views were spectacular. Elevators had one side down two times during our stay. Pool was never cleaned and had sand on the bottom the entire stay.

Julie came into the picture and was an angel! She was so easy to work with found us this great option and we enjoyed every second! Beach access is convenient being on the top floor with plenty of space to spread out for the family. Condo had comfortable beds and very clean with anything you could need during your stay! Absolutely recommend and look forward to a return trip!

Beautiful property

We loved the location and loved being on the beach! The balcony is amazing! It is weathered and needs painted to come up to code with the rest of the condo. Carpet could stand to be cleaned in the master. All furnishings were lovely and there was a beautiful new sectional couch we enjoyed! It does face the west and gets afternoon sun so the AC works pretty hard and the bedroom off the kitchen stays pretty toasty. The parking is rather confusing...there’s just not enough. The tennis courts should be turned into more parking as they look like no one uses them. We had 3 cars due to family traveling from different locations and had to park the 3rd car at the property management office. Overall, we loved this property and would love to come again!
