You've earned some elbow room, some peace and quiet, and some understated luxury......

This is the ultimate in social distancing!

Located in the Osprey Estate, our modern cottage boasts features and quality you will have a hard time finding anywhere in this area.

The setting is incredibly landscaped with real stone pathways, blueberry bushes, a fairy tail reflection pond, a stone fire pit, stone patio, picnic table, rope swing, and the peaceful sounds of birds! The cabin exterior features a massive covered wrap around porch, with a swing, rocking chair, dinette table, and grill.

The inside of the cabin is just as extraordinary! Featuring 120 year old REAL wood floors, custom kitchen with a full on coffee bar and gas cooktop, full size high end washer and dryer, beautiful tile work in the large walk in shower (as well as in the kitchen), incredible views from the wrap around French doors, vaulted ceiling with custom lighting, very special furniture, and a king size bed that is super cozy!

Oh-- Its on the north side of Wolf Bay, in a protected area we call Hammock Bay! We have a boat available for you to rent if you like, we also have kayaks, canoes, and bicycles that are available for your use anytime. AND we have side by side UTVs available for rent to ride the trails of our 39 acre estate.

I had an amazing time. The location is beautiful. The home has everything you could desire. But the bestseller of the whole thing…the tree frogs at the pond right outside the door! I will be back!

Just Perfect

The property was just perfect, and the communication with our host was fantastic. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to Hurricane Ida but the host was gracious enough to credit us our remaining days and offer the use of gas cans for our trip back home. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a secluded get away! It’s a short drive to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores if you’re looking for a day at the beach. But with the bay, kayaks, and boat made available to you upon request, you may night even want the beach. 10/10! We will be back!

Nice Place

We were in town for a funeral. Stacey let us book for two days and bring our rescue dog on very short notice. We did enjoy the bay views, breeze and quite surrounding. We did not get a chance to use any boats or fish during our stay, but the cottage is perfect for a couple like us. It was cozy, clean and cool and was perfect to unwind and relax. Stacey our host was a pleasure to work with and we will try to come back in the future.

Relaxing cottage stay

This is a beautiful, tranquil property. The cottage is beautiful and accommodating, set on a pond with ducks, tree frogs, and porch swing. The cottage has all the modern amenities. The host is extremely helpful and available for questions and suggestions. It is close to Barber Marina. We loved our stay here.

Waterfront country compound

The property actually consists of a few different homes, and we stayed in the one bedroom cabin. New, clean and nice, with a very good use of available space. Wonderful deck around the property overlooking the pond, with blueberry bushes ripe for picking. A short walk to the water and the piers, with kayaks, canoe and a pontoon for rental. Multiple fire pits on property. Stacey did a great job communicating and making us feel at home. This is kind of out-of-the-way (probably 40 minutes to restaurants/beaches), but great access to Wolf Bay and a beautiful serene setting.

Adorable cottage close to the river

My husband, 14 yo daughter, standard poodle & I stayed here for 5 days over July 4th weekend. The cottage is delightful - nice and cool, very clean, few mosquitos, well-outfitted. It’s close to the river and has a pond right outside - both of which delighted my water-loving dog. Don was great to work with - very good communication, super helpful, eager to please. We kayaked in the river one day which was lovely. My husband fished off the dock and beach as well. It’s about 30 min to Pensacola, 20 minutes to Foley, and an hour to Mobile. We loved the quiet rural atmosphere.

Vacation Weekend

Hands down this was an awesome retreat. My husband and I needed a get away. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very elegant, and the hosts - Donald and Stacey were very hospitable. We arrived late, they left the front porch light on, left homemade honey and Fresh eggs for us along with gift cards to one of the local seafood restaurants. There is also a beautiful pond in front of the house which further adds to the scenic view. some of the items that really stood out: -the cottage was well maintained and very clean - nice large wrap around porch with rocking chairs - beautiful wood plank floors - nice seating room for TV viewing - comfortable bed - nice well equipped kitchen -nice large shower - really nice heavy duty washer/dryer There were plenty of outdoor activities around the property. However, my husband and I are not very big outdoor activity people. I would definitely stay here again. LOVE IT! Anitra!

Haven or heaven?

This place is gorgeous. It’s way prettier than the pictures let on. Everything was clean and efficient. I had plenty of room, but the cottage is cozy. The natural surroundings are really lovely. I felt really happy to be on the water and in the alabama pines. (Side note: there were three different kinds of coffee maker, so I felt spoiled beyond spoiled.) driving to the grocery or to restaurants took a little planning, but there are lots of culinary choices not too far away - not just great seafood, but good Indian and Thai and Jamaican. The Graham Creek Nature Center is close by, and hiking there was very nice. The beach isn’t far, and that’s always amazing. I hope to return some day; Daniel is a great host. I had everything I needed, and he made me feel like I could ask any question or for any help, and he would do what he could to make me feel at home. There are a few other buildings in progress, but the development is very small and secluded still. My hope is that it will nestle in to the wild in a peaceful way. So glad I got to visit.

Nothing Short of Amazing!

As if the cottage wasn't perfect enough, the owner of the property sent the experience over the top. The communication was great. This is definitely a stay for those looking to have a nice, relaxing getaway. No hustle and bustle, just peace and serenity. It was good for the soul! We cannot wait to go back. The property is absolutely beautiful.

Quiet, peaceful break away from the crowds at OBA

perfect cabin retreat

We LOVED Stacey’s cabin! The area was beautiful and perfect for vacationers not wanting the beach road/traffic. Stacey was super flexible with letting us bring/dock our boat & was always available for any questions/support. Very nice & cozy resort/retreat area, excited to come back and see the progress!

SO BEAUTIFUL SO RELAXING 😌

1st off this cottage is so cozy, warm, homey there’s pictures of his family which makes you feel even more comfortable to know a bit about him as well! I loved everything about this place the owner was a great help almost felt like I was visiting a distant friend’s home he responded to all of my messages quickly and kindly. We kayaked up and down for awhile which was beautiful and peaceful then rode the bikes sitting on the side of the cottage waiting for us. Later that night we lit the camp fire right in front there’s two btw the other by the water! It is worth it! Want a peace of mind, beautiful site, alone time, nature feel this is the place to be! We will definitely be back again! THANK YOU !

Amazing little cabin!!!

Easy to locate, great private/quiet area of the bay. We saw dolphins the entire time we stayed. The cabin is perfect. I especially loved the little gas stove and the wrap around porch!!! We will definitely be back.
