Ocean View from Every Room of this 7th Floor Condo

Open floor plan in 7th floor Island luxury Condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico from every window. See Dolphins playing in the private lagoon, swim in the heated salt-water pool, kayak, hike the nature trail, explore nearby Hudson Beach, feast at nearby excellent restaurants or create your own culinary masterpiece in our fully equipped kitchen. After watching the gorgeous sunsets (wine in hand) from the open-air balcony, sleep soundly on either the king or queen adjustable-base beds. Separate bathrooms for each couple, with laundry in 2nd bedroom. A quiet, laid-back, friendly place to rest and rejuvenate from the hustle of the everyday. This is our home for as much of the year as we can spend here, but for the rest of the time we welcome you to come enjoy it as much as we do. Please note, this is a NO PETS home. If you cannot travel without your fur baby, please choose another place in Gulf Island, as this condo is specially reserved as pet-free.

Retreat on the Gulf

So so comfortable! Beautiful condo! Everything supplied but food and you. The owner was easy to reach and extremely kind! The views were awesome! Highly recommend.

wonderful stay

The condo was very clean and had all the comforts needed during our stay. We appreciated that it was a pet free unit. The view of the gulf was amazing and we loved seeing the dolphins playing on more than a couple of occasions. The pool was clean and warm which was nice on those cooler days. We did go to Ollies twice the food was very good and it is a fun place. Thanks for sharing your home with us we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great relaxing vacation

Working with the owner, Karen was a open and friendly experience. She responded quickly to my questions, offered solid advice and recommendations and handled it all in a most professional way. The place had a terrific view. The area was quiet, clean, accessible and comfortable. It was the most well equipped condo we have ever stayed in and that is a bunch! We had everything we needed, and even things we didn't know we needed. Thanks for a great vacation time and we will definitely book this one again.

Beautiful Ocean Views

Our family stayed here for about 10 days. The unit is on the 7th floor and looks right out on the ocean and pool. Clean and up to date condo with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of bath towels and beach towels. Check in was easy as many instructions arrived before our arrival such as hairs shack paperwork key lock box code to obtain keys and also the wifi password. The king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable with tons of different types of pillows to choose from. Every room has an ocean view. Make sure to check out the clubhouse and game room as well as the workout room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. Beautifully decorated. Very clean! Love that there is a washer and dryer to use in the unit. The pool is wonderful as it is a saltwater pool and warm with a beautiful view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The elevator is very close to the unit. Just two doors down. The trash chute is on the same floor just a few doors down. The owner is super friendly and kind and very easy to reach and quick to respond and very friendly. It's a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it. I recommend Sam’s beach bar on the ocean just 5 minutes away for beautiful views of the sunset. I also recommend Get Hooked restaurant which is also nearby. There is an ice cream store three minutes away. As well as several restaurants I would highly recommend.

Wonderful

The unit was very well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were awesome. It was cleaned to perfection. The property owner was amazing to work with and very flexible above and beyond when I had some goofy schedule changes. The views were awe inspiring. The unit is perfect and I highly recommend/

Loved It!

We enjoyed our stay. Close to so many things. About one hour from Clearwater, close to Greektown which I highly recommend and a plethora of beautiful views. We also enjoyed nearby Crystal River Manatee Tour. The owner is easy to contact and responds promptly. Very clean and well-stocked. Everything you need is there.

AWESOME

We had a small problem checking in, but owner was wonderful and quickly resolved problem. The condo was FIRST CLASS, the view was BEAUTIFUL, other snowbirds were friendly, the heated pool great!!! The condo was well stocked with so much. Would very much like to come back!!!

Condo on the gulf coast

Cute place, with everything you need for a couple people. Couldn't swim in the pool, as it was to cold. Besides that, I would stay there again if in the Hudson area. Owner was nice!

They are not kidding about the view. Well stocked. Hostess was nice. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. No complaints. I would definitely return.

Fishing was excellent

We had a great time. The room was cozy. We had our 2 daughters with us 13 and 18 and they slept in the same bed. They said it was tight but comfy. We loved the nature trail. So much time was spent here fishing and enjoying the breeze. We caught 2 sharks and a bunch of mangrove snappers. Lots of pin fish. The pool was clean and warm except when it rained. Lol. The game room was something we found on our explorations throughout the condo complex. You should have a guest book with all the cool things to do around the area. It’s a great area. There is NO beach though. You have to go south to Tampa Indian shores area or clear water. Which was covered up in people. Lots of shops. A lot like Panama City. For us it was awesome and we enjoyed all 10 days. Thank you to the host ! She was very quick to het back to me anytime I needed something. Excellent customer service. Thank you for sharing your place.
