Includes kayaks, paddle Boards, Lawn games, private swimming area. Lifts for your boat. Two docks. Wonderful Hammock for naps. On Wine Trail, close to Watkins Glen and Geneva NY. Lots to do in the Finger Lakes, hiking, fishing, boating, wineries, breweries, Amish Markets.

This property was so beautiful and well maintained - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kevin was a very gracious host and allowed us use of paddle boards and homegrown tomatoes:) We will definitely be back!

Perfect lake house

Beautiful home with stunning views and very private! Fantastic location on the lake with proximity to hiking, restaurants and wineries. Home was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Kevin was a wonderful host! Highly recommend his home!

We had a great time on Seneca Lake! Property was clean, beds so comfortable, and all amenities of home. Lakefront porch was great for hanging out with family. Large lakefront with 2 lovely docks and plenty of seating including the prized hammock spot! No natural beach, but we used boat launch for our windsurfers and other water toys. Nice waterfall a short walk from the property. Convenient to Watkin’s Glen for dining / ice cream. Friendly, helpful hosts. We loved our stay!

Backyard Paradise

If you are looking for complete privacy with a stunning view, this is the place for you! Two decks, two docks and a great fire pit allowed us to spend ample time taking in gorgeous Seneca Lake! Our fur baby had the most fun! Easy in and out access enabled him to safely enjoy the water!Kevin was great to work with and was an excellent communicator. We highly recommend this gorgeous lake property.

Adult Family Fun - With our Pets Too

The home is located on the waters edge of Lake Seneca and has the toys to enjoy the water with kayaks and paddle boards. My wife and I, plus our 2 children, their spouses and of course each couple brought their dog too. The home is dog friendly, so please understand what that means. We capped every evening toasting marshmallows and making smores around the fire pit right at the waters edge. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Kevin, the owner of the property. He genuinely wanted to ensure that we had a great experience. He was so responsive to all inquiries we had prior to and during our stay. Basically we didn't leave the property as we fished and played in the water during the days, cooked great meals, had fire fun and naturally played cards into the evening. Thank you Kevin and Gina!

Privacy ("Just Us") means so much to us having worked in hustle and bustle jobs and raising 3 children over the last 35 years. Relax and enjoy sunrises and the sounds of rippling waters as you have your morning coffee on the front porch or afternoon wine on the docks.
You can experience solace or engage in endless adventures. Your choice.

This property is popular for multi-generational family trips as it is easy for both children and grandparents to access the docks and water and spend quality time together.
