Our Ocean Princess home is renovated and completely updated! Ask for extended checkout during the off season!

Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is ocean block and a 1 minute walk to the beach!
Relax and enjoy family time and/or work remote while enjoying the large double balcony space with ocean view. Very close to stores and just a short walk to many restaurants!

Fully updated decor and amenities: Central air conditioning, two parking spaces, two elevators, three TVs, cable, free WiFi, full-sized washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove oven, dishwasher, ceiling fans, outdoor shower and downstairs storage locker for beach gear. Locker includes beach umbrella and chairs for your use and convenience.

Kitchen fully stocked liked home for your use with plates, cups, mugs, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans. 3 counter bar stool seating.

Dining area with large table seating 6.

Bathrooms both with full sized combination tub/shower

Towels, blankets, pillows and bed Linens are PROVIDED. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Basic products also provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent to make you feel like home.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. We rent to small families and responsible adults over the age of 25.

It was great...

The unit was clean and had everything you needed, making it feel like home away from home. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and short drive to the other areas of OC, Rehobeth and everything in between. Will definitely stay again.

Very convenient location

Very well set up unit, clean and close to everything we enjoy doing both in Ocean City and in Delaware. Would recommend to anyone that is traveling to Ocean City area.

Great condo!

This condo was very nice! Extremely clean, decorated nicely and very well appointed kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable and there was plenty of room. Easy walking distance to many things. Plus, it was very quiet while we were there! Would highly recommend staying here.

Great week after end of school year

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed it's location to beach and fun places on coastal highway. Owners communicated easily and provided a great rental.

Great property, very convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was kept neat. We did have an issue with the fridge, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Also, my family respects other people’s property and we removed our shoes everytime we went in.. But, noticed after walking around that our feet were extremely dirty. The floors need mopped between stays. It didn’t affect our fun though. The queen bed my spouse and I slept in was very hard. Had a difficult time getting comfortable. Overall, the condo suited our needs, but those few things need addressed for the future. Thank you.

Beautiful and clean property steps from the beach in a quiet location!

This property is absolutely beautiful and super clean. My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 12) stayed for a long weekend off season and it was perfect. The property is beautifully decorated and spacious. About a 10 minute drive from the convention center and just steps to the beach. When we return next year we hope to stay at the same property!

Perfect Beach Vacay Stay

We enjoyed every minute at Ocean Princess 102! Condo was tastefully finished and decorated, first floor location was very convenient, and the proximity to the beach and great places to eat was excellent. Had great views oceanside and bayside for morning/evening relaxation. Large living room was comfy and spacious. Condo was very clean and well-stocked with all the necessities for a week away with family!

Beautiful week in OC

This was our first family trip to OC. We couldn’t have picked a better place! The condo is newly renovated with beautiful furnishings. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and large balcony. Very close proximity to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great stay!!! ☀️😃

Cute condo in North OC

We had a great stay at this property! The place was well equipped and nicely updated. Neighbors were very sweet and welcoming. Only negative was being right on the noisy coastal highway. Overall, it was a nice place that we would consider staying at again.

Great family getaway

The property was as described and pictured. Enjoyed the large balcony, proximity to the beach and the storage closet in which to keep our beach stuff. The property is not near the boardwalk, which meant the fellow beach goers were families and/or locals. Great restaurants are close by. The assigned parking spot was convenient (although not shaded) and it is a very short walk to the beach. The outside shower helped us keep beach sand out of the property. Could not help but enjoy the property!

Awesome Condo! Awesome Trip

The condo is exactly as seen in online photos, very clean beautifully decorated, spacious and peaceful. The location is great for families with small kids or all adults. The condo was fully stocked with all of the comforts from home and nothing was forgotten. My family will definitely book this beautiful home from the very responsive owners again. 😊😊

Brian enjoys biking, renovations, any home project challenge and coaching.
Brian and Liza love going to the beach with friends. They have one daughter and two sons who have grown up going to Maryland and Delaware beaches when they aren't busy playing lacrosse. Along with their two labs, there is never a dull moment!
