***Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The beautiful indoor pool allows for relaxing swims year-round, while the fitness center will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. Perhaps a challenging game of tennis at the outdoor court is more your style or a shooting some hoops at the indoor basketball court? The kids will love the game room that features video games, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. For those looking for peace and quiet, stop by the building library and find a good book for your stay!

Purchased in 2023, this amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit sleeps 6 and is ready for summer fun. This unit is nicely decorated and furnished throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, some newer appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TV's in all of the bedrooms including a new TV in the living and wireless internet for "working from home". When you are done from your fun filled day, be sure to relax on the balcony to enjoy that cool summer breeze and your view of the water!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75.00 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
