We had a great vacation. Made memories we will never forget. We loved our room, the pool, and the short distance to the beach. The amenities and outdoor showers were very nice also. We saw dolphins and the life guard said they see them every morning there. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Perfect Size

4 friends stayed during the oceans calling festival. Perfect fit for us, with an ocean view. Close to the bus and wawa!

Clean, fresh with nice ammeneties

The condo was fresh and clean, a comfortable stay for a family of 4. We enjoyed the amenities in the codo, the indoor pool is great, as was the indoor basketball and arcade area with easy access to the beach. There is a $75 parking fee you must pay which I didn't realize until after booking, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving trip

The property was amazing. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. This was a big help in making some Thanksgiving dishes. The building was very nice and while it wasn’t beach weather it was great to wake up and see the ocean! The only bad part is the fee to park especially in the off season when there was plenty of space.

There is a side view of the ocean. in the summer you would see on the deck. Unit needs a deep clean. Which winter time of the year, I thought that would have been done. Dust under all furniture. King bed comfortable, singles ok for kids. Kids well stocked. Pool water was cold. Everyone that had signed into pool wrote a note it was cold. We have stayed at capri before. Just an 80's building that needs updated.

Ocean City 23 - Capri

Place was as expected. Nice layout for quick weekend and easy access to beach. However better information on required equipment for game room would have been appreciated. Also, while pet-free unit, neighboring unit were pet-friendly so had to deal with barking dogs at times.

Reviewer Comments: everything was pretty easy and straight forward- we received check-in instructions that were easy to follow, the condo was a great size for 3 adults and 3 children. view was nice of ocean and bay from the balcony. kitchen had lots of silverware/utensils/dishes/cups. washer and dryer were a great bonus! very nice unit. the lifeguard gentleman was great with the kids- made sure no one was running and being unsafe. Kenny I think was his name, awesome man.

Capri Stay July 2023

First, the check in time of 4, while checkout at 10 is no good. There were bath mats that were dirty and gross, with hair all over the tub and floor. The floor dips in a little by the windows and the wall looks uneven by sofa windows. That’s a bit concerning. The codes to the gym don’t work. The code to building in the email/pdf don’t correspond to the actual codes that work. The vacuum is broken. The pots/pans could use some upgrade. Have a descent ice machine. The pics are deceiving due to the mirror on the wall. For what we spent. We expected more.

We're disappointed to read about these call-outs and your 1-star review for this beautiful condo. To our future guests: We pride ourselves in our clear communication to our guests and are quite well known for going above and beyond in this category. The codes and check-in/ out times were provided well ahead of this guest's trip. This condo came on board with us mid-May and everything was brand new. There were only 8 guests between the condo opening and this person's trip, so it's hard to imagine everything was broken, filthy and/or in need of an upgrade. All this said, this guest did not reach out one time to us during their stay about any of these concerns. We ask that you disregard this review and give more thoughtful consideration to the other more accurate portrayals of this condo. Thanks so much, David & Rhonda

Not MGT company fault but $75 to park 1 car, and Elevators were not always working.
