"Deja Blue Too" is a spectacular little gem located in the middle of it all; the best beaches, shops and eateries are all within a mile radius and you will still enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded location. Just a 3 minute walk to the private beach in Tops'l!

*Private balcony with stunning views
*Private Beach Access
*Coastal chic charm with a spacious yet cozy feel
*Features a king-size bed and large Smart TV
*Includes a kitchenette and a comfortable sitting nook
*Large bathroom with single sink vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub
*Guests have access to basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf at the Tides (Equipment for games can be picked up at the Tides office)

Can be reserved as a standalone studio
Or combined with the adjoining 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo to create a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout
Heavy-duty adjoining door remains locked when rented separately

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Family vacations

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband has a back problem, and the walk to the beach was too long for him to manage. The bed only had one thin blanket, so we were cold at night. Our biggest problem was no ice: the refrigerator did not have a freezer to keep ice cold.

1st time vacation rental customer

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were on the 9th floor with a beautiful ocean view. Nice design to apt rental bathroom. Points for improvement. Provide detailed maps and keys to orient a customer to where amenities are, including the beach access. Also, disclosure should be included regarding addtl costs for beach access per day, food bars adjacent to the beach and the phone number for the Vascasa tram service. The 3D map should show a key there the parking lot is for renters. Elevators close too quickly and the timers need to be extended for closure. My disabled spouse had the doors close in on him several times. Even when I stood in the doorway, it will not close and that could create possible liability to someone who gets injured. The bed was too high for a disabled person and the charger for the blinds was missing leading to the left blind not working for the first 2 days.The luggage rack request was put in when I called about it but the replacement never arrived, despite us being told that maintenance would provide a replacement when a renter in a nearby unit checked out.

Beautiful view on 9th floor overlooking ocean. Loved the wood flooring and bathroom. Staff members were pleasant. Fridge needs to be wiped down to get sticky stuff off the inner left wall of it. Door to the balcony needs WD 40 to open easier. Luggage rack was broken. Charger was missing for blinds. Spent first 2 days of visit with the left blind button not working. Blue Resorts Property mgt needs to visit the property they oversee to know how to orient guests during their stay. The lady that assisted me, although kind and prompt in response, admitted that she didn't know about that particular property. Blue Resorts need to include in welcome email the number to call the tram pickup service. It is NOT inside the phone boxes. Also, they failed to include the addtl cost of beach access, and directions to the beach. There was map of the grounds provided to aquaint guest with the property amenities. Elevators do not have motion sensors. Therefore, the elevator would close on you even if you were walking inside of it. My spouse is disabled and moves slow and it almost injured him several times. The timer for closure on those elevators needs to be extended.

The studio was exactly as represented. It was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The view from the room and balcony is even better in person! This unit looks to have had a very recent and tasteful remodel. My wife loved it!

Our flight got in early and upon arriving at our room at The Summit building we were unable to get into the room since we were early. I called beyond blue and since our room was ready Jodi gave us a new code and we got into our room within minutes. Great communication and fast service. The room was above and beyond clean and updated to our liking. This building isn’t oceanfront but we still had ocean views. Love sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. We had a minor miscommunication with housekeeping. I didn’t realize they was a different number to call if you needed something. This was cleared up right away and we reviewed extra towels a few hours later. This unit does not have laundry so if staying more than 2 night I would definitely ask for more towels. The walk to the beach takes about 5 mins. We truly enjoyed our stay at 908A

A slice of paradise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic studio! Gorgeous upscale coastal chic décor with attention to detail made this a luxury vacation. Tons of storage. We loved having a double sink vanity. But the best thing was the view. A serene nature preserve with green trees that go all the way to the beach where the gentle waves and that turquoise water laps the white sand. It was a slice of paradise. The unit is exactly as the photos and description says. But there were a few things I wish I had thought through before our stay: A “kitchenette” means a small microwave, and a small half fridge with no freezer or icemaker. We bought a cooler at Publix and every morning bought a bag of ice to keep our drinks cold at the beach. The other thing we didn’t realize mattered was no washer and dryer (Too bad they can’t put a small stackable one in the large closet, probably due to venting issues?). It was really humid, so the towels never dried before it was time to shower again. We had to call and ask for new towels twice. Bottom line, this studio is like a luxury hotel room without turndown service, daily towels or an ice maker. The walk down the hill to the beach wasn’t bad if you weren’t carrying chairs and a cooler. It was a little challenging going uphill. To avoid this, we ended up renting chairs and umbrella from Dolphin Beach Service on the boardwalk leading to the beach. TIP: If you want to have chair service on the front row, call and reserve in advance. We didn’t, and only rows 3 and 4 in the back were open. We will definitely go back. But maybe next time we’ll grab another couple and upgrade to rent 908 instead of 908A. It’s a 2-bedroom that has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a couch.

Nice place!

Although we ran into a little oops with the air conditioner, the place was very nice and clean. The bed isn’t as uncomfortable as described in the past. I would recommend possible new patio chairs, but other than that, we enjoyed the room and liked that the condo was private!

We got there and everything was beautiful and clean. After the second night where where ready to go home. The bed way hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. We tried to get a credit for the remainder of our trip so we could leave but they didn’t give us anything so we went home on day 3 and lost the rest of the money but they bed was so uncomfortable we did not care

Beautiful View

We were very pleased with our stay. We were greeted with the beautiful view of the ocean that the picture shows. The room was bright and well decorated. Bathroom roomy. We had a situation with no water in our building and had a dinner reservation. The rental group and property manager did all they could to give us an option in case water was not restored. Thankfully the water was back on in time. We enjoyed the being in the area when it was not as busy as the summer and easily got around to some of the area attractions, shopping and restaurants. Great stay overall and plan to return to this area.

Great Location

The room was clean and well managed! Great place to stay with 2 adults. Love staying in Tops’l as the location is near the end of strip. Close to baytowne and other area’s of interest.

Our Wedding Weekend

Amazing views, comfy bed, awesome bathroom. Only thing to keep in mind, no ice machine in building. Super easy to unload and reload your vehicle and this unit is right by the stairs.

Perfect Location

The location could not be better. With a close walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops at Sandestin, we were able to do a lot over our long weekend vacation. The only thing I would do is upgrade the patio furniture. The chairs were broking and you weren’t able to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Other than that, we had a great stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was disappointed in the overall communication. No idea where to check in at, called the given phone number three or four times with no response. Finally stopped into a real-estate (Vacasa) office on the site to ask someone there and they said they had nothing to do with the rental,but tried her best to help us out. She finally told us just to go to the room and try the code we were given for access to the room and if it worked we were in. We did as the lady suggested and gained access to the room. For the cost of the three nights and two days we were not impressed. The bed covering had several holes in it, the rug under the bed was wore out and had several old stains on it. above the sink in the bathroom on the wall was covered in dust, and also the wall above the microwave. Both chairs on the deck were broken. Not easy to sit in broken chairs and enjoy the view, but all we could see was construction.

Summer trip

Overall the stay was very nice, the grounds were great as well. The only reason I didn't give 5* for cleanliness is that one of the hand towels was dirty once it was unfolded. The room has remote control curtains which didn't work when we got in. We arrived late at night and didn't really care till the next morning when the sun was glaring in so early. We called property mgmt and they had some one come replace a battery in the switch on the wall. No big deal, made me feel better that I wasn't just to stupid to work the remote :) Other than that it was great. Really enjoyed they view of the gulf and the wilderness preserve from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and bathroom I would like to have at my house. Very open plan and was just as pictured in the description.
