Studio Villa on 30A - easy beach access!

Located on 30A, in Seagrove Beach, Hidden Beach Villas are conveniently located to everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Beach access is right across the street. A 2 MINUTE WALK! The pool is in the center of the courtyard, visible from the outdoor porch. Convenient parking, full kitchen with granite counter tops, queen size comfortable bed, free WI-FI, flatscreen smart tv, pullout couch if needed (new memory foam mattress), laundry onsite, bed linens and towels provided. Sea grove Beach is nestled between Seaside Beach (one mile west) and Alys Beach /Rosemary Beach to the east. Several restaurants and shopping venues are a short walk or bike ride in either direction, and all are accessible using the 30A trail, which is a lovely trail to bike, walk, or run.

Father Son Getaway

This place was perfect for my 17 year old son and I! We had a blast! The accommodations were very nice. We loved the kitchen. The water pressure was awesome. The bed is super comfortable. Super close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great location

This is a really great location with beach access directly across the street, plenty of parking, a pool, and many restaurants close by. The host was very easy to work with. Would recommend staying here.

Perfect for couples

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location was perfect, near everything and directly across from beach access. We hope to visit again soon. The property owner was awesome too!

Freshly renovated unit with great access.

We stayed for 3 nights for a little getaway and WOW. Great unit with easy access, fresh seafood and bbq nearby. Great price. Will definitely visit here again. Thanks Lauren!

My husband and I enjoyed the beach and the beautifully decorated villa. Comfy bed. Beautiful beach with easy access. Nice pool. Close to restaurants and shops. Host, Lauren, was easy to reach and helpful. Would stay again.

Perfect for the beach

A very clean and updated condo. A great location that was perfect for a quick getaway trip. Close to the beach access and a short bike ride to Seaside and other area restaurants. Lauren was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This Condo is fantastic for couples looking to get away. Great location, quick walk to the beach, and close to seaside. Historically, parking in seaside is a cluster; however, this complex provides ample parking space. Highly recommend!

Laura worked with us to have a better stay when there was some vagueness on a couple items. She provided solutions leading to a great stay in this convenient located and comfortable condo. We would definitely return to this location and unit.

Great Beach Stay!!

Overall this was such a great stay in 30A!! My husband and I stayed for Memorial Day and were so impressed with the location and beach access. It was the quickest 3 min walk right across the street and onto the sand! The beach area wasn’t too crowded (even during a holiday weekend) unlike some other areas in 30A… which we really loved. We walked to Surfing Deer (right under a mile) for dinner one night and it was sooo incredible. The coffee shop right next to the condo was awesome as well. A great spot with everything you need so close by! I also would like to applaud Lauren for her amazing communication during our stay. When we first arrived we noticed the water in the shower wasn’t getting very hot. I texted her and she responded immediately and within MINUTES had already arranged for a plumber to come by right away to get it looked at. So thankful for her quick action and helping us have the best weekend!

30A Best Vacay

We absolutely love the 30A. The condo was super clean and was perfect for my husband and I. Great location, easy beach access. The owner was very nice and got back quickly with me if I had any questions. We most definitely will come back!

The most perfect stay!

This was the most perfect condo for my husband and I for the weekend! Lauren’s unit is located right at the top of the staircase so easy to unload and load from your car. The check in process was super simple. We were even able to check in early! Lauren was just a text away if we needed anything at all, super appreciative of that! The unit itself was nice and clean and nicely renovated! The bed was super plush and comfortable! Kitchen stocked with about anything you needed, towels, extra linens, etc! It’s steps away from from beach access which made carrying our stuff to and from quick and easy! Shops & restaurants nearby! There were bikes so we were easily able to get to the 30-A hub if we didn’t feel like driving. I highly recommend this rental for your beach stay. We loved it so much we booked the same unit the day we left for our trip next year! Thanks Lauren for a wonderful stay and weekend!

Close to the beach
