The space

Affectionately known as ‘Wren’s Nest,’ this 4BR/3.5BA beach house is located in the idyllic Seacrest Beach community. Take a refreshing swim in the shared resort-style lagoon pool or walk to Rosemary or Alys Beach to explore shops and restaurants.

Inside, every room is tastefully decorated and bathed in natural light, with hardwood floors, cozy furnishings, and eye-catching light fixtures.

LIVING AREAS

Catch up with your travel companions in the living room, where a sofa, love seat, and four armchairs offer plenty of seating. After dinner, host movie night around the 55” TV.

A second living room provides a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Craft a beverage at the wet bar with a beverage fridge, and stream favorite shows on the 40” TV with Roku and cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up home-cooked favorites in the modern kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a beverage fridge. Keep the chef company perched at the kitchen island with seating for two, or sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

Savor family feasts at the eight-person table in the separate dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps 12 in four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living room. Three full baths and a half bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and a sitting area for two. French doors lead out to a private balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The newly remodeled en-suite master bathroom holds a walk-in shower and luxurious freestanding tub (new pictures coming soon).

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as access to a small balcony. You’ll find another queen bed and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player in the third bedroom. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower combination.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total) and has an en-suite half bath.

A third full bathroom on the first floor is also newly remodeled and includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Treat yourself to a refreshing beverage on the front porch, or keep the grill master company while dinner cooks on the gas grill on the back porch.

Breathe the fresh coastal air and enjoy the view from two balconies.

An outdoor shower on the side of the home provides a convenient spot to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Walk a few blocks to the shared resort-style lagoon pool, which at 12,000 square feet is the largest pool in 30A.

Guest amenities at this incredible home include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles in the driveway.
