The accommodation
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a condominium in the center of Royan. For people with walking difficulties, a Stanah is available. The latter is under the responsibility of the condominium.
The entrance to the apartment opens onto an airlock separating the living space from the two bedrooms.
On the left, the large and very bright living room with a magnificent sea view. A living room area with a large TV (smart tv), internet and large comfortable sofas.
A dining room with a large dining table facing the sea and finally the fully equipped open kitchen (filter coffee makers, Nespresso, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle...).
A bathroom (shower) with heated towel rail, hairdryer and plenty of storage space.
Finally, 2 bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
- A bedroom with 2 beds in 90 which join together to make a 180. This room has an independent entrance.
Free parking in the streets in front of and around the accommodation.
Available: board games, washing machine.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
