Beautiful condo, beachside gorgeous view, wonderful amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and perfectly located condo. Amazing shelling available each day just steps away. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding around on all the biking paths. Fun local shopping, restaurants and events on the island. Host David was very welcoming, provided excellent directions, and readily available. We appreciated his proactive communication, and loved our stay in his beautiful condo.

Very clean and stocked with good amenities. Location was a little difficult to find due to the resort having multiple entrances. Loved walking right out to the beach. Great location!

Anniversary vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful condo at The Sundial. The location is fantastic and the condo is so clean and nicely decorated. Can't wait to stay here again! Bring your bikes ...lots of places to eat and neighborhoods to experience.

The property was exactly as described. We had one little issue with check-in and the owner was quick to respond and resolve the matter. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Lanai was nicely furnished with plenty of seating to watch both sunrise and sunset. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Sundial Stay

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We did have a couple of surprises at the beginning. First of all, the only key in the lock box was the emergency key. Once in the condo we found one key on the hook in the entryway and the second one we found in a kitchen drawer. The other surprise was that the two umbrellas in the closet had been destroyed and there was only rusted chairs. Fortunately, the owner allowed us to restock the items and also offered to compensate us for our trouble. We couldn't have asked him to be any more accommodating. We would certainly like to stay here on another trip to Sanibel. My husband and I definitely appreciated the owner's response to our concerns.

Amazing vacation spot

Stayed here with my husband and young adult son. The view was amazing, better than the pictures!! We spent more time on the lanai than we did inside the condo! The beach access was excellent—an easy walk to the beach. The location and proximity to the main road and bike trails was also a plus as we rented bikes and rode them everywhere. David was helpful and responsive to any questions we had before, during, and after our trip. We had a great stay here and would love to do it again!

One shell of a place!

The entire experience could not have been better. The owner was very friendly, professional, and informative. Upon arrival, the condo was sparkling clean and the view from the condo was breathtaking; just incredible! The king sized bed was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed throughout the condo to make this experience as a whole perfect. You are literally steps from the beach which was especially nice for my husband who has mobility issues. Overall, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish and plan to continue to book at this condo in the near future. Thank you!!

Anniversary

My husband and I have never stayed on Sanibel Island. Wow, we’re we surprised of how beautiful it was. We enjoyed biking pretty much everyday and the beach was so quiet. . The condo was beautiful as well. The only negative thing is the washer is very load in spin mode so if you do laundry do it when you are at the beach. It’s very hard to hear anyone talk when it’s in the spin mode. I would give cleanliness a 5 but I found a clump of hair in the shower when I went to take my first shower. Over all the place was just like the pictures showed. Beautiful!

Amazing stay

I have stayed in three condos in this building over the years, and this is by far the best. It is the cleanest and has amazing updates. The decor and furniture are top-notch. Everything you could need is there. The storage closet downstairs has all the beach gear you need, too. Highly recommended, just stay away from my week in April. LOL.

Sanibel Beauty

We were not disappointed. This place was wonderful, with great features and location. We were able to relax, listen to the ocean, walk the beach, lay by the pool, play shuffleboard, eat on the lanai, etc. All things we needed to recharge from our hectic lives. We did wish there was a hot tub, but we survived :):) We also thought the mattress was great! We appreciated how David made us aware of a service call needed to update the wifi in the unit. There was a 15 or 20 minute window when a representative had to come into the condo. It caused no problems at all. The only thing that would have improved the booking process was if there was as an intense effort to remind us of the paperwork as there was to make our payment. If I had not made the effort to double check on the paperwork I'm not sure what would have happened. But it all worked out and we had a great time. Would highly recommend.

Sanibel Amazing

This property was ideal for us. The condo had a huge screened in lanai with amazing views of the beach! We shut the air off and left our patio doors open at night so we could hear the waves of the sea. The king bed was very comfortable with very good pillows! The condo was pleasantly decorated. I would highly recommend this place to a couple looking on Sanibel.

Sundial A203 One Bedroom Condo - 2 week stay in Jan/22

As the VBRO website indicates, the condo had been completely remodeled in 2017 with new everything - furniture, flooring, appliances, bathroom, kitchen countertops & cabinets. The king bed was actually very comfortable to at night. Very nicely done and very comfortable. The owner had thought of everything one would need - pots/pans, coffee maker w/filters, flatware, dishes, dishwasher and washing machine soaps, salt/pepper, wine opener, etc. The patio furniture was also new and very comfortable. The view from the screened patio of the beach 20yrds away was great for watching people on the beach, dolphins, boats, etc. Patio furniture was all new and very comfortable. When all of the curtains are pulled back, there is a panaromic view of the Gulf. We have been staying at Sundial since 1980 and this the best one condo we've ever rented.

A little slice of paradise...

This condo was just perfect for the two of us! Fully-functioning kitchen, comfortable space for eating and relaxing, and plenty of room for the two of us and our belongings. The screened-in porch was our favorite with views of the beach, the pool and the beautiful sunrise!

My husband and I spent a week in November and had a great stay. The condo was clean and decorated really nicely. Wide open views of the gulf. As close as you can get to the beach. The owner was always professional and a pleasure to work with. Wish we never had to leave. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful beachfront condo with an unbelievable view!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at this beautiful condo! It is right on the beach in a perfect spot- uncrowded and a great place to see both the sunrise and sunset. The condo is spotless and updated. Terrific getaway place for a couple! Thank you, David, for such a great stay!!

Breath taking view

The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. The decor is a perfect mix of a beach theme that is not over the top and is cozy. We enjoyed the full ocean view, with a spectacular sunrise every morning. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The swimming pool is salt water and quite enjoyable. We look forward to returning.
