The house is perfection. My husband and I rented it for our children, their spouses and our two grandchildren. Everyone had a beautiful and comfortable bedroom with their own bathroom and magnificent views of the lake everywhere! We do a family competition every year - so much fun - and there was plenty to do and plenty of space to do it. Amazing staff that was so accommodating. Five star rating is not enough!

The property was in a beautiful location and was perfect for our trip. Amenities were wonderful, and the host was very clear and communicative ahead of time. We would love to return again but did encounter a few issues:- We encountered a leak in the basement that needed urgent attention. I had to text a few different folks on their team and message through VRBO, but they came promptly once the right people were engaged- The floors were extremely dirty. We took our shoes off upon entering the house and within 10 minutes, the bottoms of our socks were brown. We also found a significant amount of dust and dirt around and under the beds- Part of why we selected the property was because an EV charger was listed as an amenity in the original listing. Upon arrival, we found out there was not actually a charger - only a port for a chargerOverall, would return for a future visit and will recommend, but there were a few issues that we hope the host will resolve for the future. They thanked us for the feedback, so I'm confident they will make improvements.

Wonderful Private Lake Access

Our group had a wonderful time at Private Pointe! The views of the Lake from the house are unobstructed and really nice. We enjoyed using the kayaks and canoes available to us and swimming in the lake at night. The water was warm, being on the private pointe which allowed us to comfortably be out in the water, even with the temps dropping at night. It was awesome. The house had the accessories we needed in the kitchen, and elsewhere. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom, which we loved. I highly recommend Private Pointe. Daniel, Joe, and Zack were responsive with any questions we had too.

Gorgeous Spot On The Lake

The house and property was just what we had hoped for to gather together with family. Plenty of space for all. The dock was the best! We spent all day there. A true gem of a house!

Great property!

Spacious, new, great amenities, everything you need for a great stay. Plus, the owners are very responsive, whenever we had any questions or something came up, they responded immediately and took care of it. Boat rental was great also.

Fantastic property! Highly recommend!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Private Pointe. Our kids spent hours fishing and swimming off the dock area. House is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Hosts are extremely responsive. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boating for activities on the water. We plan to be back in the future!

We had a great time, loved the supplies, water toys and toiletries.

We had a good stay at Private Pointe. The entire booking process was easy and the owners were very responsive. Lots of thoughtful touches from amenities to cooking and eating supplies.

We had a wonderful time.

The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals for a large group. An issue with an alarm was handled by the owners as soon as possible. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!!

This was our first time staying here ant Lake Anna and it was fantastic!! There were a total of 16 adults and kids, with plenty of room to spare. The house was spacious, well decorated and had everything we needed to stay for a week (aside from groceries of course). There were plenty of activities for the kids to do inside although we spent most of our time there floating in the lake at the private beach!! We had a few fires throughout the week and I have to say, that was relaxing. The house was clean upon arrival, and the checking was smooth. I highly recommend this place if visiting lake Anna, the sunrise and sunset is wonderful!!

Quiet Family Bonding

5 stars! I recently booked this amazing place for a bachelorette weekend getaway. There were 6 ladies in total, looking for a place that was comfortable, spacious, and on the water. Our expectations were blown away! We were each able to have our own room and bathroom, plenty of space to lounge & socialize, and there were loads of activities to keep us occupied. The beds, linens, and towels were clean and comfy, and the property was immaculate! We cooked all meals while here, and the 2 refrigerators were more than enough to hold all of our food/beverages. All cookware, dish ware, glasses, and serving ware was available. We even found an air fryer and crockpot available for our use. We ate our meals on the screened in porch where we could see both sunrise and sunset. In the basement, there are games, putt-putt, mini Arcade player, giant Connect Four, and video games. I used the Roku to cast my Mac to play a game. While there were no kids, the bunk room, loft, and property space would be so perfect for a family trip! The outdoor space was our favorite! The dock has a closet with noodles, life vests, rafts. The beach was a nice spot to pick up shells and launch a kayak or paddleboard. Bride enjoyed fishing on the dock (catching several bluegills). We sat out by the firepit and enjoyed each others company along with s’mores. The bride was happy about her bachelorette trip, and the inlet was the perfect relaxation spot. We were all sad it ended, but we all hope to be back soon!

Great location and layout

We were the first to stay in the property, and while we hit some bumps along the way (fire pit and dock unfinished, a few things missing), we had a great time and it accommodated three families with plenty of room. The hosts were prompt to resolve our challenges, and I think with landscaping and small details finished this will be a 5 star stay for anyone. The house was well stocked and designed, and the beach is great for little kids. Definitely recommend!

Best views

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It had views of the lake as soon as you walk in and from multiple bedrooms. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The games downstairs was such a nice added bonus. We played Connect Four and Pac Man several times. Everyone had such a great time. We would definitely rent again.

Ladies Retreat

The property is absolutely gorgeous. You will not want to leave. It has all of the amenities you will need for a lake vacation. We loved the kayaks and paddleboards on the private beach area. The house is new, so very clean. Ton of space to be together or have you own space if wanted. Kids will love the basement area. Communication with the managers was great. They were very responsive. They will call you the day before check-in. I only wish we had more time to stay. The extra refrigerator was very helpful. This was my first time staying on the private side and I would definitely do it again. Very little boat traffic in this cove. The water was hotter than I had expected, knowing it was going to be hotter than the main lake. Enjoy!
