This was a beautiful apartment close to anything you want in town. The host was responsive. We enjoyed our entire stay there. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was as described. It was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the bathroom as well.Our host was very accomodating with our request. It is located very well.If we are ever in Fairbanks again I wouldn't hesitate to stay their again and would recomend it to anyone.Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

Excellent property! Warm, cozy, and clean. Kitchen and garage are FULLY equipped. The water pressure in the bathroom is pretty good. The host is very responsive. We lost internet midway through our stay and Brian drove up an hour and fixed it in 10 mins! He also responded to all my emails/texts. Very nice, humble, and friendly person in general.

Brian was pretty invisible, which is what I generally like. Plus he informed us ahead of time that he would be out of town during our stay. But he reached out when it mattered, texting to let us know that the northern lights were visible. Going above and beyond in my opinion. After check out, my husband realized that he didn’t know where his passport was. Brian allowed us to go into the apartment to search for it. He continued to text every few days to see if we found it and seemed almost as happy as we were when it finally showed up hidden in my husband’s luggage.

Brian has created a very nice space here. It is well stocked. The apartment has everything anyone could need.Unfortunately, I developed health problems and was only able to stay 2 of the 4 nights I had reserved. I would be happy staying here again in the future if the opportunity arises.

A great central location via car access. Our host Brian was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The place was cozy with all the basic amenities. Was nice to have garage access during the winter.

The unit was quite comfortable and spacious. Everything you could expect was there (dishes, cooking utensils, etc,) were there and in great working order. Bed was very comfortable. This unit exactly met what I was looking for. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Fairbanks.

Super good stay. So much better than a motel. Pretty much had all the comforts of home . Even had laundry room and a garage! Great place to stay!

Comfortable and Accomodating

This property was a joy for my daughter to stay at. The accommodations were neat, clean and well equipped. The Host went out of their way to keep us informed of things to do and see. Would recommend highly to future guests.

Comfortable and convenient.

The property was very comfortable I stayed in the summer and was a very grateful for air conditioning and the kitchen is set up for those who want to do cooking while they're here. Would definitely stay here again

Great rental

Owner is wonderful and made me feel welcome before I even got there. Great location for the midnight sun run with the end at Pioneer Park. Had all the amenities needed.

Great location, comfortable, clean, and a covered garage.

This property is clean and equipped with every thing that you need. Host was very helpful and he has great communication. I would stay here again on a return to Fairbanks.

Hi Dave, Glad that you had a great stay! Also, you booked a week which is perfect for upping your odds at catching the Aurora. We are just about at the end of this winters aurora season.....April 21st is considered the last good day, so you slid in at a great time. This falls viewing will begin mid August and will be the peak of the 11 year auroral cycle. Brian
