Great Location everything you need for the beach. With no hidden fees

Our fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony off the living room great outside entertaining area all fenced in giving our home a fun laidback beach vibe.
Walking distance to the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to the popular Barefoot landing that has lots of shopping , restaurants, park, arcade, music, brewery and theater. Lots of golf courses. Recent upgrades include new carpet, new furniture, new paint upstairs and new kitchen pots and pans, utensils and dishes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and overlooks the living room with balcony. Living room which features a flat screen TV, board games and free wireless internet for your enjoyment.
We have beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and a beach wagon to help make your beach trip stress free and as fun as possible
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flatscreen tv and with a door that goes to the bathroom that has a shower. This is bathroom 1 that is used for downstairs
Upstairs bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen tv
Upstairs bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, celling fan and a flatscreen tv
Bathroom 2 has full shower and tub together
All bedroom and bathroom have a window that allows natural lighting to come in
Roku on tv in living room and all bedroom
Daily housekeeping available for additional charge.

We came for the beach which was 5min drive the location itself was good near bearfoot landing cool shops and exploration went to a shark adventures. worth the price quiet place amd felt safe at night great neighbors and help full

House was very clean. It was very nice that it was walking distance to beach. What was not nice was the construction going on in front of house. I realize homeowner had nothing to do with this but, want to make others aware a bowling alley is being built in front of house and construction was rather loud.

Wonderful Location and Property

Initially, we were not sure the home would be large enough for our family of 6 an infant, but it turned out to be the perfect property for our vacation in Myrtle Beach. Great location, check-in was super easy, and the property itself was very clean and had everything that we needed. Additionally, it was an easy walk to the beach (10 to 12 min walk). Overall, we were very pleased with everything and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this property for families.

Last minute stay

Our original destination was Florida but hurricanes derailed us and we found this booking very last minute. We had the most amazing time! Our kids enjoyed the house, we loved the fencing around the patio :) the home is clean and spacious but homey. One of our kids left behind their prized blanket upon checkout and the owner personally mailed it back to us. As a mother, I appreciated the extra effort! We will definitely book again!

Cal Ripkin Experience stay

Tara was extremely easy to contact and work with. The home is very clean and cute, very close to the ocean and Barefoot Landing. I really enjoyed being on a side street with the locals instead of the fast pace lifestyles of the tourists. Also a bonus are the friendly neighbors!!

The house was exactly what we needed, the place was beautifully decorated and cozy, loved sitting on the deck and drinking my coffee and reading my book, miss it already will definitely book again. Easy access to anything!!!

Awesome place

Rick and his wife that lives next door was very friendly and helpful with the knowledge of the neighborhood. They are great people. Really enjoyed their company. The beach chairs and wagon was a great use to take to the beach as we were on motorcycles and could not bring that with us on our stay. Really appreciate that they were available .

Been staying at Myrtle Beach for over 24 years and Tara is by far one of the best we've ever rented from! She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable as possible. She also gets back to you ASAP , you cant ask for a better person and will definitely be renting more in the future with her as we've already stayed here twice.

Family stay May 2024

I chose this location since I was getting married on the beach and needed space for kids. This space was very clean and the neighbor was very nice and helpful. It was so close to north Myrtle beach traffic was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.

Well let me just start off saying that if you are looking for a good, clean, quiet place to stay and a great landlord this is the place to stay. I had great communication with Mrs/Ms Tara. Anytime I called which it was nothing wrong but just to tell her this was the best place I have ever stayed on my vacation. Everything that you need like restaurants, things for the kids to do and adults is right there and the beach. I hope that every time I come back I can get to stay here. I didn’t give it a 10/10 I gave the stay 100/100. Thanks again Mrs/Ms Tara for everything. See you soon

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location. Home owner suggested the Rockefellas restaurant and it was GREAT!! Right across the street. And great price for this house. A hotel would’ve cost so much more.
