Luxe Prospector Studio is beautifully designed and remodeled. The comfortable queen bed sleeps 2 and a futon bed sleeps 1.
SundanceFestival Venue has a screen at our place every year. The full high end kitchen gives you the feel of home far from home. You can make your own breakfast/food and sit on the private patio and enjoy the great view of the trail and mountain. The melody of the flowing stream and the beauty of the view of the mature pine trees caress all your senses.
The unit has large screen TV with cable, free fast internet, Full high end kitchen, fridge, stove with oven, microwave, Toaster, full knife block set, kitchen scale, Dual Keurig and coffee maker, hand mixer, crockpot, pots, pans, silver ware, china dinner set, bar cart tray and champagne, wine whisky glasses and all you can think of the best of them.
Hottub whole year around and seadonal pool. ski rentals onsite and mainly Sundance Festival always held in this complex at the prospector conference center. Gym is just next to the prospector office paid daily.
All you need for the great stay and get away for a night, a month or a year.
Free Parking, Free WIFI, Free bus transportation.
Deer valley ski resort, Parkcity Mountain Resorts and all other resorts are just a miles away with Free bus stopping every 15 minutes right out of your unit.

Extremely Rude Management

I need a book to explain everything. The check in process was extremely rude, disrespectful, and belittling. The property was advertised as pet friendly and upon arrival after 1500 miles, we're told that our small dog wasn't welcome. We counted 8 dogs on the property and two in our building. Communication was difficult with the check-in desk, as the mexican language is not my forte. Never cared to listen or communicate. Just tried to speak over me continuously. Very disrespectful. Not accommodating organization. The accommodations were appalling. My wife spent her first day, disinfecting and cleaning cookware. Mold throughout the bathroom.

Decent place to stay

Was a cute place, very clean. Was quiet and neighbors weren’t loud. Plenty of parking available. Had everything we needed.

Great stay, perfect location for access to mountain

The bus route to Park City Mountain is literally 150 ft from the property. Check-in was easy. Parking was a bit tight but we found the last spot (we were offered overflow parking right at the front check-in area...less than 2 minute walk to the building). The place was very clean, great water pressure in the shower. We had one issue with a smoke alarm beeping, but the owner quickly responded and it was resolved immediately. Overall a great stay. Would definitely book again.

Room was fine

Room rented was not the same as advertised. It was similar but different decor and layout. I consider that a bit of false advertising. Interior was fine but is looking a bit shabby. The walls could use some fresh paint and the floors are bubbling up in spots. Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The first guy I dealt with looked like he just climbed out of bed and hadn't showered or done laundry in a few weeks. Check in was at 4 and I arrived at 3:30. Front desk had no record of my rental agreement because the owner hadn't provided them with any info. She was waiting till after the unit had been cleaned to send the front desk the information. I was only a half hour early but the room wasn't ready yet. The owner did correct the situation after I finally got a hold of her but imagine my frustration. I just drove 7 hours straight and on arrival getting told there is no record of my reservation, Front desk doesn't have the owner's phone number (lie) and when I do call the owner I get no answer. After finally speaking to the owner, she agreed to let me check in early at 3:45 but the cleaners were still cleaning the unit at that time. Location was great and room was adequate. Communication could be vastly improved.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The owner was very communicative and answered all of our questions prior to our booking and stay. The location was perfect as we could walk or bike to many areas. They added some nice decorative touches to the interior which gave it a higher end feel inside the condo. The building itself is a little older when walking in the hallways (carpet) but but overall it is a nice property/grounds. This is definitely a hidden gem for the value! We would love to stay again if we visit Park City in future.

Very clean

The unit was very clean. Plenty of towels,pots and pans. The only suggestion would be a little table on the patio. We enjoyed sitting outside and tried to fashion a table out of our cooler.

Owner cancelled last minute

We never made it to the property. We reserved weeks in advance. The owner cancelled our reservation the night (late) before our stay. No notice, no explanation , and refunded before we even saw the email. Then sent separate message stating can put in another unit in same building. When I replied asking if other unit comparable and why the cancellation there was no response. This owner ruined the first day of our trip wasting time finding a hotel to stay in. Very shady and bogus listing. Plus, now I have to wait 15 days for the refund from vrbo, which tied up my credit card paying for another place to stay. I wouldn't recommend any property from this owner to my worst enemy. No scruples whatsoever.

This little studio was a perfect 'home base' for our trip. Nicely decorated and in a great location! Communication was great and check-in/out was a breeze!

Park City

Clean unit, well decorated. Lots of towels and extra pillows was wonderful. Need some place to sit though. Maybe a couple side chairs instead of chaise. There were two opened bottles of wine in fridge that was strange for a rental and housecleaning should remove used soap bars between guests. Convenient location but too far to walk to Main St restaurants and shops.

Great Location

We stayed over night after dinner in PC. Super close to Main Street. Just enough room for the two of us and had a fully stocked kitchenette. Rudy the host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay and quick commute to town!

Would recommend this place for a weekend getaway for 2! Great location and proximity to town - free shuttle picks up right out front of condo. Hot tub was fantastic after the slopes and a few great spots in the neighborhood for breakfast and dinner. Thanks for having us!

So I was only staying in the area for one day of skiing And I’ve never been to the area. Location is awesome the house is impeccable and the owner answered countless questions helping me through the process. He was truly amazing and made the trip so much easier

Cozy and comfortable stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchenette was a great addition to the studio. It was really nice to have access to a fridge and a kitchen if we needed it. The check in process was super easy, and we were such a short drive from Main St. The complementary shower and hygiene products were very nice too. Even though we were only here for one night, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

Adequate for the purpose

Older. Originally rented the property but were moved due to a conflict. Property we stayed at not as nice. Helpful that they allow pets however.

Location, Location, Location….

Perfect location with bike access to restaurants, breweries and Park Ave. small studio, but very clean and functional for 2 adults and a 🐶. Would highly recommend.

Great getaway location for this married couple

This property thought of everything when it came to personal amenities. The cleanliness of the unit was on par. The kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The owner was responsive to our communication onsite via VRBO. I would recommend.
