This spacious, modern beach house with a saltwater swimming pool on 1-acre of land is ideal for vacations with multi-general family, two families, or friends. It is light-filled, comfortable, and peaceful--while being close to beaches and dining.

- Two spacious main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, decks, and TVs; and two other comfortable bedrooms 
- Central air conditioning throughout
- Ping-pong, Galaga/Ms. Pac-Man arcade, foosball, pop-a-shot basketball arcade, magnetic darts, 4 smart TVs with access to Hulu and Netflix, board games, and kids' toys
- Well-appointed chef's kitchen
- A living room and family room offering different places to relax
- A 240v Tesla charger with adaptor for non-Tesla EVs

OUTDOORS (1 acre)
- Large deck with tree-top views, perfect for entertaining
- Heated saltwater swimming pool with splash basketball hoop, and other pool toys  (open May 20-Oct 15)
- Lounge chairs, swing chair, and hammock for relaxing
- Outdoor shower, gas grill, and large outdoor dining table
- Expansive lawn with outdoor games like corn-hole and horseshoes

LOCATION
- 7-minute walk to Woodneck Beach (.3 miles). This quieter beach has sand and rocks on one side, and a salt marsh for exploring on the other. It is ideal for swimming, beach walking, marine wildlife exploration, and sunset watching
- 2 miles to downtown Falmouth with top-rated restaurants and shopping 
- Blocks to the Shining Sea bike path for picturesque bike rides and walking
- 10-minute drive to 11 beaches (beach parking permit can be purchased in advance through the town)

DETAILS
- This is a peaceful, residential area -- no parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 8 pm to 8 am. The outside of the property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record conversations) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
- To keep this property clean, no pets are allowed.
- To reduce your costs and packing requirements, we are happy to share our 4 bicycles, 8 beach chairs & umbrella, beach toys, 4 tennis rackets, and pool toys.
- We provide sheets, bedding, and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).
- There is fast Wifi throughout the house that will support multiple devices.
- The stairs in this split-level house may not be an ideal fit for families with toddlers.
- Note that we have a Ring Doorbell at the front and side entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out with 2 living rooms, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The pool and grounds are lovely. The house was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is great - short walk to beach or town and near the bike path.

Beautiful and comfortable home that’s well equipped and within walking distance of a lovely, quiet beach. The backyard saltwater pool was very relaxing with lots of toys for the kids of all ages. The games in the basement and the board games provided our family with great options in the evening or on the occasional rainy day. The hosts are very responsive and go above and beyond!! Highly recommend & look forward to coming back again!!

This was the most perfect property and location for our needs that we could ask for. The spacious house is more than ample for all of us to relax together yet allowed us plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is lovely and close to many wonderful activities. The hosts are very responsive and provided much clear and useful info before we arrived. We even met the cleaning person on our way out who was very friendly. This is a 5 star vacation home!

Fantastic for race weekend!

This house was perfect to meet up with friends and family and relax on race weekend. Place was absolutely lovely to cook and enjoy with family - and we were glad we made it for the last weekend of the heated pool!

Nice family vacation spot

The property was perfect for our family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space, very clean and well furnished with well outfitted kitchen. The pool and deck area were very relaxing and short walk to very pretty, kid friendly beach made it an easy excursion. Short drive to downtown shopping too.

Great location!

The property is beautiful, set back and private enough with plenty of parking. The layout is conducive to families or gatherings of friends; and just overall was a great spot. The large deck and pool, and the large flat yard for games gave us plenty of places to hang out - and the basement with ping pong and ms Pac-Man was an added bonus. The location is very easy to get to, and Uber rides to downtown were convenient and quick. The hosts were very responsive, and even reached out to us proactively when we happened to lose power during our stay due to a windstorm. Overall, highly recommended!

End of summer in the Cape

Such a great stay! Kate was super communicative and helpful. The property was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the pool was a great addition. Just a short 10 minute bike ride into town too. We had so much fun!

Great spot with excellent hosts

The house is well kept and the heated pool was a treat for our children even when the weather wasn’t too hot. The house is a short walk to the beach and downtown. Excellent location. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent stay

We stayed with our three kids and my parents and the Sandpiper was perfect. We all loved it. Kids loved the pool. Communication was easy and the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet easy to get places. Would definitely recommend.

Great Experience!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the house as well as Kate and Frank and their communication. The house is everything you could want/need and more. The outside space is fantastic. Location is great - private but close to everything! Definitely a great vacation spot!

Try to remember to leave the premises from time to time. It won't always be easy. It's pleasant.

This is a beautiful house with just about every amenity that a pool loving, culinary enthusiast, grilling, air hockey playing, table tennis playing, Ms. Packman playing group of people could want. The hostess is responsive and welcoming.

Absolutely Wonderful Home, Owner & Location

We have been coming to the Cape over the years, however this is are first time at The Sandpiper. We will be making this our home away from home moving forward when we visit the Cape. Home is spacious, extremely well equipped and the owners are wonderful. The kitchen is very well appointed and has literally everything you will need for your stay. Great game rooms downstairs and two sitting areas on the first floor. I can’t say enough positive things about this place or the owners.

Another wonderful stay at Sandpiper!

This was our second time at Sandpiper and we had another wonderful week. The owners, Kate & Frank, made very nice upgrades to the pool area, and the rest of the house, location, etc. were just as nice as we remembered. Kate was quick to respond to a couple questions/requests we had and very accommodating once again. This is an amazing property with very nice owners, and we hope to be back again someday soon!

Awesome property, top-notch hosts and a great location

My family spent 5 nights at this home, and we wish we had stayed longer. It’s in a great location, a short walk to wood neck beach and a quick drive into town. The house itself was perfect with everything we needed - comfortable beds, several bathrooms, a functional kitchen, a great patio area with a grill, and a nice heated pool with all types of toys/games for kids. The hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful, leaving us a welcome basket and providing some great tips on restaurants, local activities, etc. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat, and hope to come back someday soon!

5-Star Vacation Home

We just spent a terrific week at the Sandpiper home in Falmouth. The host family, Kate and Frank, are very thoughtful and responsive. The house was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and private. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The house is located less than half mile from the beach and very close to the shining sea bike path. We will definitely return next time we travel to the Cape.

Resounding Yes

This was our second year at Sandpiper. Five adults, three children all say yes to Sandpiper. Communication with the owner is outstanding. House had everything we needed plus wonderful small touches. Can’t imagine renting any other place.

Five Star Cape Escape!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Kate & Frank have gone to great lengths to ensure a leisurely stress free vacation experience. The kitchen truly has everything you need to cook, They provide a few extra chairs and cooler for the beach, The super soft sheets feel great, as a matter of fact I took a picture of the tag to order myself a set for home! I could go on and on and review everything in the house because everything was above and beyond. I'll keep it simple and just say I wholeheartedly recommend this house for your next Falmouth vacation!

Fantastic Stay

We recently stayed, me and my husband along with our two girls, 2.5 and 4.5. We also had both sets of grandparents. The house was outstanding and worked perfectly for our family. I was impressed with all the supplies for children, high chairs, booster seats, pack and play, baby gate, etc. It was very convenient to not have to travel with all the extras. The inground heated pool was a massive hit for my kids (and the adults). While we enjoyed the beach, our kids are still a little young for a full beach day so having the pool to come back to was great and we used it multiple times a day. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and it was convenient to the things we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Our family lives in Western Massachusetts full time, and we have been coming to Cape Cod for a week each summer for so many years. In 2020, we were able to make our dream of owning a home in Falmouth a reality, and want to share it with others who are looking for a peaceful and safe place to relax.
