FISHERMAN: Covered outdoor parking available along with numerous outlets for charging batteries and keeping your boat out of the weather. Message for more details!

Clean comfortable nice home!

Very clean, nice furnishings, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay! Will stay again!

Great spot

Great location on Lake Eufala on a very quiet street. The home was clean and everything on the inside was in great shape. Will definitely be back.

Quick Lake getaway

Very nice, clean home. The owner was great with communication and really sweet! We took the kids fishing and swimming in the area recommended by the owner and they had a blast. Definitely great little getaway with the family. The house was decorated nicely and was equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area!!

Perfect for fishermen

We went down for a youth bass tournament. 3 adults and 6 teenage boys. 3 trucks pulling boats and had plenty of room to park the boats under cover. There were deer in the backyard every evening which the boys loved. We would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Family weekend

My siblings (4 of us) met here to have a weekend together. Several other family members came on Saturday for the afternoon for a cookout and to watch the Final Four games. Great place for it! Big screen TV outside and same inside. The house is new construction. Very clean. Plenty of room for us. Kitchen well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family getaway

The property was the perfect space for some of our family members who were in the area for a memorial service. We would have given all 5-star ratings except for the inaccuracy about the amenities. The amenities listed "free wi-fi" which we found out once we had checked in that there was none. One of our family members needed internet in order to "work from home" while we were there, which is one of the reasons we had chosen this property over others. Overall, a good experience.

I normally do not give reviews for the properties I have rented, good or bad, but in this case I will. The property was as stated on VRBO, however the owner accused me of damage to the floor which I did not see while I was there and cannot see how I could have caused the damage. Now I am being charged for the damages.

Great Place!!

I came for a fishing tournament and the property was perfect. Covered parking for your boat and truck to keep out of the weather and had power outlets to charge everything for the next day. The owners are quick to respond to messages and are very nice. The house was perfect. I’m waiting for the dates of next years tournament so I can rent this place way in advance.

Our stay was easy, easy check in, nicely supplied kitchen comfortable living and sleeping area. Covered parking for boat and truck without unhooking.

Down Home

This was a a great experience all the way around. We had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. The open shed was great that we could use it to keep the boat and truck out of the weather for loading and unloading as well.

Fantastic

We rented for a week over Thanksgiving as a home base close to my husband’s hunting lease. Joy was wonderful in communicating! She even set up a Christmas tree right before we got there. It was perfectly cozy for our family. The house feels brand new, is super clean, decorated great, and very big for one bedroom. The lake across the street is beautiful! My favorite was having the deer come up to the backyard to eat in the morning and evenings. While my husband and sons were out hunting at their property, I made an abundance of deer friends from the back porch. We can’t wait until the upstairs is done!! We have our new hunting season rental!

State Park layover

We really enjoyed our visit to the Ft. Gains area. Our trip consisted of visiting the Indian mounds in Blakely GA and hiking Providence Canyon. The lake house was the perfect place to relax and lay our heads in between our hiking adventures. We would have gone fishing too if we had stayed longer.

Great getaway at an immaculate house and location

We were very impressed with the location and the house! The inside of the house looked brand new and everything we needed was readily available. We came down for a fishing tournament and the owners allowed us to park our boat and truck under the large awning on the side of the house. This allowed us to keep everything covered and easier to load and unload. The neighborhood was very quite and the owners did a very good job of communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again when we come back down!
