Beautiful modern house located in the natural reserve of Laguna Shores. The house has an amazing terrace with a private pool and jacuzzi tub to enjoy the sunrise and the sunsets of the ocean and the estuary. Laguna Shores is situated in a natural reserve where the tides of the ocean vary throughout the day, so you can enjoy a nice swim in the ocean or a long walk in the estuary. Sometimes the water level will be high and sometimes low. You can check tide calendar on google maps to have a better idea.
The house is very bright and spacious to enjoy a nice vacation. It features 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The house is fully equipped and it has amazing views from every corner. You will also have access to all the resort amenities at no extra cost. The amenities the resort offers are an amazing pool by the ocean, palapas with beach chairs and canopy beds by the beach. You will have access to bycicles, kayaks and paddle boards at no cost to enjoy your time at the resort. You can also use the tennis and basketball courts and have delicious meals at the resorts restaurant Infusion del Golfo. It is the perfect place for families or friends to come together and enjoy. Come and have an amazing time at our beautiful home and enjoy all the great amenities the resort has to offer!!

Me and my family had an amazing time here! The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will recommend this place to all our friends and plan on coming back! The house is was clean and beautiful plus the location was great!

Great place to unwind

We had a nice relaxing time with family and friends. Beautiful property, with all the accomdations we needed. The pool was perfect and such a life saver as it was low tide most of our stay so we couldnt play in the ocean. We had a great stay overall

Beautiful home

This is a very large well furnished home in a beautiful setting, the water here is not like the ocean you may be used to, tide goes WAY out and returns the next day, no waves, but beautiful nun the less. Pool is heated and very large, hot tub also is wonderful. This is not a well developed area, so very quiet and relaxing. Take your family and friends, you wont regret it!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice.

We had plenty of space and privacy but the house was very comfortable for ten of us. It was nice to have our own bedrooms/bathroom. It was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up the fish we caught. The pool and spa were great since the ocean was still too cold to swim in. The sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed our time at this amazing property. The host was quick to respond to questions and very nice.

Home was amazing and above and beyond our expectations. Fully stocked with everything needed. Great for all bedrooms to have their own ensuite and home felt massive. Ice maker was an added bonus and pool and hot tub put the home over the top. Tide does go out quite a bit, but enjoyed exploring and searching for sea animals. Would definitley stay again.

Best beachfront house!

This is the finest beachfront house in the whole Laguna Shores and possibly RP! We were in awe at the view from the large windows in the house and then stepping out to the patio with an amazing heated pool & spa was an added bonus! Not to mention, the amenities of Laguna Shores is available, we used the outdoor grill & fire pit at nice, and the garage was large enough to fit our full size truck. The house is spacious for a large family or groups of families, the kitchen was well stocked, and the water fountain added a wonderful sound to compliment the ocean and bring it inside. The host was helpful and was gracious enough to accommodate some check-in/out requests. We wil be booking the house again soon!

House is AMAZING

Wow. Can not say enough about how amazing the house was!!! They had EVERYTHING you need to cook which is great bc we cook all of our meals there. Kitchen layout awesome, fridge is huge! They also provide great beach towels. Not little dinky ones. Heated pool was a huge bonus. Very thankful they had someone there when we pulled up to go over everything. That was nice. Beach was so secluded and beautiful. Not a lot of ocean this time of year, tide over a half a mile most of the time but the kids loved the hot tub and the pool so it didn’t matter. GREAT HOUSE!

Great stay at Casa Abuelos.

The house was better than the listing description and photos. Great place and very roomy. The check-in process was seamless and we were able to gain access to the house earlier than we expected which made it even better. Only small "issue" is the lack of outlets in the kitchen and living room areas (great room) to charge phones, tablets, speakers, etc. Not really an issue since we found outlets to use. We didn't expect it to be that muddy and "slippery" after the tide was out. We just assumed that it woulbe be similar to the beaches facing the south (sandy, Las Conchas, Playa Dorado). Probably due to the bay but oh well. Still a great house and beautiful views.

Beautiful home with flaws

I have to start by saying the property was beautiful. It’s extremely spacious and we felt like we were vacationing in an expensive part of Mexico. Having access to the resort was a huge plus for the kids. The just was gracious enough to have us check in early so our baby girl can take her daily nap. That said, quite a few things that need to be noted for the amount we paid for the property. 1. There were flies everywhere! The entire house was filled with flies and no matter how many we killed, more showed up. We kept the doors closed at all times and that never helped. A pesticide can be bought to spray the property in order to remove before clients come. 2. We brought so much food with us and the fridge was left at 55 degrees. Took 6 hours to cool it down and some food went bad. 3. A few of us took showers after a lengthy car drive and the water smelled like sewage. The water filtration systems needs to be evaluated. 4. The pool was surely not cleaned because it was extremely muggy when we got there and there was a ton of sentiment left at the bottom (trash, sand, and other particles). The longer we stayed, the muggier the pool water got. The filtration system was surely not working. There was algae buildup so I slipped on the first step and nearly ended up in the hospital. A lot of the small tiles are cut and sharp - both my dad and my hands were completely cut from two different slips and falls. 5. My mom injured her foot on the power outlet on the floor.

es la mejor casa que hemos rentado en Puerto Peñasco, la alberca tiene el agua templada, una vista al mar, la casa esta muy bien equipada, todos la disfrutaron mucho, niños, adoslecentes y los papas. La persona que nos recibió al llegar a la casa nos mostro el uso del jacuzzi, alberca, muy completa. Los acabados de todas la habitaciones y de toda la casa con excelentes

The house is beautiful - great views and very relaxing pool and patio area! Great outdoor/indoor space. Kitchen is lacking baking sheets, bowls, and other basic cooking items. House is not ideal if you are looking for beach time.

Everything about this house is amazing! From driving through the front gate, to checkin, to every amenity, to cleanliness, to super comfortable beds, to the views, and everything in between!! The only thing that was horrible was having to leave!! We will be back!!

Relaxation

The home was what my family and I were looking for in means of privacy and minimal tourism. The only drawback was the distance to the ocean but the pool and amenities compensated for that.

Amazing property

The house is breath taking. This is everything and more! Very quite beach, the spa was amazing. The spa was offering special and they were able to accommodate 13 people. The gym was perfect! The staff at the resort is amazing, the customer service is very thing. The owners were very responsive with any needs we had. They had everything ready for you, with all the necessities that you would need there. I will definitely be coming back to this home.

Great stay for large family

We've stayed and visited Rockypoint several times and this was a new area for us. This property worked out great for my family and close friends to stay, celebrate our bdays, and have some quality time catching up. Perfect patio for drinking morning coffee and have cocktails in the evening for sunsets. We did lots of cooking, so utilized the outdoor grill area, large kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer, and pantry storage. The kids and adults all enjoyed the pool. It was a walk to the water, as the tide never came close, but gave us an adventure to walk out to and new experience of clam digging. Overall we enjoyed the house and our stay.

Peaceful place

This place was bigger than expected. It is nicely kept and had a wonderful water feature inside as well. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool and spa were very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. I want to mention that this was our first time staying in Laguna Shores. We had heard about the estuary and how far out the tide goes, and I was initially a little turned off by that, however… it didn’t affect our stay at all. I did miss seeing the ocean in the morning, but having the pool helped. The tide came in each day around 2-3pm. It was nice and peaceful.
