This beautiful home on the golf course is fully furnished and well appointed. The living room is welcoming with a warm fireplace, vaulted ceilings & striking mountain views. The kitchen has clean granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and more. The back patio overlooks the 13th green and has stunning mountain views! The tennis courts, pickle ball, three sparkling pools, water features, mountain views and fantastic location make this a wonderful place to relax and unwind!

This home has been beautifully designed & lovingly maintained. Every room has been planned out and every closet is perfectly organized. You'll love the fantastic layout with 2 bedrooms down stairs & a beautiful master suite with balcony upstairs.

This is one of the best lots in all of Los Pueblos, it's quiet, positioned just perfectly to take advantage of the mountain views and you're just a hop skip and jump away from the always heated spa. Guests have access to four hot spas, three pools, and two tennis courts (one also painted for pickleball)! The community is also full of mature fruit trees.

Great place

The condo was exactly as described, it was the perfect size. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses and they all matched!! The location was good, closed to grocery stores and Trader Joe’s. We would love to stay there again

Comfort and joy in a great Palm Springs location

Nic's place was perfect for our small family Christmas. The condo had everything we needed for a month-long stay. The location on the thirteen green of the Tahquitz Legend's course gave us a fine place for walking our dog and ourselves. The bike paths right there made getting everywhere by bike a breeze. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The nearby spa was a treat. (We didn't try the heated pool.) Nic is a very responsive host, always available for any questions we might have had.

My husband and I stayed at Nic's place for the month of April. The condo has everything you need. The unit has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor and a master bedroom and bathroom upstairs as well as a sun deck. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with soap, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. The unit is very nicely decorated with good linens on the beds. The unit faces a golf course and does not get any direct sunlight which helps to keep the unit cool. However, that does mean that it is a bit dark without the lights on. The unit is on a bike path that you can walk along as well. We took early morning walks along the path and arroyo to Gene Autry Road then looped around and came back, it is a nice one hour walk. It's close enough to walk to Trader Joes and Target (about 20 minutes). The unit is directly under the flight path to the airport so that might be a nuisance to some people. We were there for the week of Coachella so air traffic might have been heavier than usual. We met a few of the neighbours and they were all very friendly.

13th green on Tahquitz

Really enjoyed our stay here. Sitting on the patio with my morning coffee was wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed although the coffee grinder did not work. We like to grind our own beans so we bought one and gave it to the neighbour when we left. The bedroom upstairs was very comfortable as was the bed itself. The water pressure in both bathrooms was great. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was not. It was difficult to rinse dishes. The main living areas were nicely staged and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio at night and watching the sun set over the mountains. This condo is very close to major thoroughfares and great restaurants. Overall we would stay here again. Really enjoyed the pool and the other people staying there were were very friendly. My only negative in this review would be the cleanliness when we checked in. I cleaned the kitchen and steamed the tile floors on the main level. This was disappointing as we paid a cleaning fee. Otherwise this was a great property
