The Space:

Living space

The main level opens to a spacious living area with views of the courtyard - a natural gathering spot for movie nights, board games, or simply unwinding after a full day. A bonus powder room on the main level adds everyday convenience, and the patio just off the living space gives you a private outdoor retreat where you can soak up the island air. When the mood strikes, fire up the gas grill on the patio and cook a proper meal al fresco.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for everything from quick beach snacks to full sit-down dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you need. Pull everyone together around the dining table to plan the next day's adventures before heading back out.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms are arranged for a mix of couples and families. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds - ideal for groups traveling together. On the main level, a queen sleeper sofa in the common space accommodates additional guests, bringing the villa's total capacity to six. A Pack-n-Play is also on hand for families with little ones.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms upstairs keep the morning routine moving smoothly, while the powder room on the main level means no one is ever waiting long. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials including hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products.

 

In-unit laundry & workspaces

A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to stay connected. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are all provided.

 

Outdoor & community amenities

The community pool is steps away and is heated in October, November, March, and April when outdoor temperatures exceed 55 degrees. Beyond the pool, the lush grounds are made for walking and biking - Hilton Head's top-rated trails are right at your doorstep. In the evenings, make your way to the beach for stargazing and the quiet rhythm of the tide. Come morning, bring your coffee to the shore and watch the sun rise over the ocean.

Please note: No pets allowed under any circumstances. The community pool is heated in October and November and in March and April when outdoor temperatures are above 55 degrees. Shampoo is not provided - please bring your own.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
