We are sorry you had this frustrating issue. You were calling Vrbo who know nothing about our check in instructions. This is why we provide our direct number in your rental confirmation, on the Vrbo website and in your reservation. Vrbo is a booking agent - nothing more - they know nothing about checking in or anything about the house. I will give this piece of advice to anyone booking this property. Please make sure you have your check in instructions before you leave your house which are emailed to you about a week prior to arrival. This would have avoided all these issues.

Noting that we have had nothing wonderful, positive reviews on this property, please take this one with a grain of salt. None of these items have ever been complained about before. We certainly could have done a better job in making sure it was cleaner after about a month of being unoccupied, but we did offer to get the cleaning crew back within 15 minutes of their arrival - which was two hours before the stated check in time. They refused anything we offered to make it right. All items noted have since been addressed. Sometimes you get renters who are just never going to be happy and are only looking for money back. If you have any questions about this review please contact us directly with an inquiry.
