Tranquility Base es su retiro sereno en casi medio acre en un vecindario tranquilo ubicado en el área de South Beaches de Melbourne Beach. 0. 2 millas del parque oceánico y 0. 2 millas del parque fluvial. Esta casa recientemente renovada, de aproximadamente 1700 pies cuadrados, está a solo unos pasos de la playa y del río Indian para divertirse desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer..

Perfect rental

Spent a wonderful month in Melbourne Shores at this great house. Fully stocked is an understatement. We had usage of everything you can possibly think of. Bikes, Beach chairs, towels, name it, it was there. Nicely furnished with a great screened in lani where we enjoyed many breakfasts in the mornings. Cant say enough about what a great place this was. Highly recommend it.

Quite, sereen, like living in the country with the beach and lagoon within blocks!

While it is an older home, it is very playfully appointed, clean and comfortable. We rented this home, which is in our home neighborhood to accommodate family who'd come into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with us. All who visited were ecstatic about their stay.

Colorado and New York families

The house is perfectly situated between the ocean and river, a quick walk to either. The home is well stocked and comfortable, and we used the screened porch often for dinners. The yard is lush, the garage and outdoor shower helped us keep the beach sand outside. Beds were comfortable, great tv, internet and long distance home phone. We were close to restaurants, grocery, gym, and attractions. Thanks, Jenny and family, for letting us enjoy your home. And we loved the beach bikes and fish poles!

Great beach house getaway

It's like a home away from home and great for long stays. There's lots of space to spread out and plenty of room for the kids. With the beach only a few blocks away and the Indian River only a few blocks in the other direction there's plenty to do without even leaving the neighborhood. As a bonus, the private dock area on the river side has a giant playground setup that it great for kids from 2 years old, but is big enough for big kids too.

We loved the house and had an amazing time!!!!

We loved our vacation!! The house was exactly as described, we were very pleased. The house is located a short walk from the beach and the river, it is pretty much centrally located between the 2. The beach is gorgeous and pretty private, everyone we spoke to in passing seemed to be locals and were very friendly and informative. We seen several sea turtles at night and even got lucky enough to see a leatherback on shore nesting and received a nice education from a professor and some marine biology students there that new the turtle was coming. Amazing!! Back to the house :-) the kitchen was perfectly stocked with any kind of cook and dishware we needed. We ate 1 -2 meals a day at the house. The publix store was a short drive away 3-4 miles. Was nice sitting on the back screened in porch. Wifi worked great! Went to disney 1 day about 1 hr and 20 min drive. Thanks you so much for sharing your home!!! The area is just so beautiful we hated to leave.

Nice house very easy transaction. A short walk to the beach. Its a bit far from the tourist type of thing but its definitely a slow area to relax. The house has everything you would need to a stay from beach stuff to a Weber. grill. WiFi worked well to.

Awesome House....

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful! The owners were so easy to work with, and so nice! We loved the house! Everything was super clean, NO bugs and so much was provided, literally all we needed was our clothing! We are looking forward to renting this again next year! Beach was about a block away (walking), river access with beautiful sunsets was also a block away (walking)... Also about 2 blocks was a Nature Preserve great for hiking and walking.... Great Place, so glad we spent a week there!

Tranquility Base - perfect vacation beach house!!

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Florida. The private neighborhood beach is only one block away, so you can walk, bike or drive there easily. The river side is also only one block away. The house is cute, immaculate and well stocked. Everything the listing states about the house is true! The pictures are also an accurate representation of the house; there are three nice sized bedrooms, kitchen utensils (even spices - yum!), towels, a washer and dryer, beach toys and bikes in the garage, a computer, books to read, 3 televisions, and movies and games for the younger set. We're a family of four and stayed in the house very comfortably. The owners are easy to reach and helpful. They have provided detailed instructions for the electronic devices and also left a page with driving instructions to local stores and restaurants! If you're looking for a vacation spot in the Melbourne Beach area, this is the perfect place to stay!!

Great Time at Tranquility Base

We really enjoyed our time at Tranquility Base and Melbourne Beach. The lovely house is great and has an eclectic beachy feel. The kitchen is very well stocked for all your needs. You really feel like you are borrowing someone's home and not just a rental unit. The owners could not be nicer. The beach and river really are just a block away. We would love to rent again in the future.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at your lovely home once again this summer and we absolutely loved each day we spent there. We loved the beach, we fished, and we went bike riding. Hello Jenny~~ Just wanted to thank you for your kind consideration during our stay at Tranquility Base...It truly was a beautiful time for me and my family. We enjoyed the beach and some fishing ate the Sebastian Inlet... My husband especially love the fact thet he didn;t have to drive home for 2 hours.. We really appreciate you taking the time to think of all the little details that your guests might need and in making us feel welcome. We enjoyed your home, it's clean and comfortable~~ everything I needed was already there~~ Thank you again..1 week was just too short..I would like to book for a month next year if possible...
