If you are looking to rent, please book early. We have the unit professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental. Fantastic location to see Sea Turtles.

Luxury High-End Hi-rise condo right on the beach at Ocean Club in Melbourne Beach, Florida. At just under 1300 sq ft this unit was just renovated from top to bottom. Everything is brand new! Almost every room in the condo has a view of the ocean. Condo has a pool that is 3ft to 8ft deep water.

Our family will rent to families that have service and emotional support animals. We support this program and want families to be able to go on vacation.

Deck overlooking the water with direct access to the beach. Enjoy the ocean view in the living room, bedrooms, or kitchen.

The living room features a two-person leather love seat, Leather Recliner, and 3-person recliner couch. 85" Samsung HDTV Smart TV and a ceiling fan. Hardwire for steaming. Most of the electrical outlets in the condo are wired for cellphone chargers.

The dream kitchen with an island has a 49" Samsung Smart TV. Kitchen pantry with tons of storage. The kitchen table can expand to seat eight people. 4 Door Samsung Refrigerated connected to the internet, Samsung Dishwasher, Microwave, and Stove. The Samsung stove has an air fryer mode. In addition, a Keurig Machine, Nespresso maker, crockpot, bread maker, Ninja Airfryer, Ninja X Grill, full pots and pan set, and teapot. Well-stocked kitchen.

Hardwood flooring throughout the condo - barn door sliding doors

The Master Bedroom is highlighted by a king pillow top mattress, a view of the ocean from the casement windows and a patio door leading to the deck. A 75" Samsung HDTV Smart TV and a ceiling fan. Above the bed are lights for reading and above each night stand are cell phone outlets for charging.

Master Closet is 6ft x 12ft with tons of room for clothes and shoes.

Luxury master bathroom, two sinks, shower mirrors that don't fog, master shower with a waterfall shower panel, and a hairdryer. Heated towel rack!

Laundry Room - GE Washer and Dryer - Iron and Ironing board

2nd bedroom has a King bed with a luxury pillow-top mattress. The bedroom has a direct ocean view from casement windows and a patio door leading to the deck. Lay in the bed, look, and listen to the ocean. A 65" Samsung HDTV Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Lights above the bed and cell phone outlets above each nightstand on each side of the bed.

The guest bath has a shower panel - Plus a walk-in jacuzzi tub. Dual sinks and mirrors that don't fog.

3rd bedroom has a futon couch that folds into a full-size bed and a twin bed on top. 32" Samsung HDTV, desk and chair. If you need to work from home, this is a great office. The monitor and printer are in the office.

The condo is just over an hour to the Orlando Airport, around 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center or Coco Beach, and 1 1/2 hours to Disney or Universal. Ideally located to see the space coast but very quiet at the condo.

Private Pool - great for swimming or just entertaining.

The unit comes with multiple parking spots. You never need to drive to the beach - 26 steps out the condo and you are on the beach. We provide all the linens, beach towels, beach chairs, pillows, blankets, ect. All you need to bring is clothes.

Melbourne Beach is a beautiful sandy beach great for walking or sunbathing. We supply beach chairs, towels, and toys. There are many public golf course's in the area. One is right down the block. Great location for day trips. Deep-sea fishing and dolphin and whale watching.

Sea Turtles
The immense leatherback sea turtles typically are the first to arrive and begin nesting in late January. The loggerhead sea turtles join the nesting activity a few weeks later. The green sea turtles are the last to the party and tend to arrive to nest in April to early June.

Sea turtle nests incubate for roughly 50-60 days before hatchlings emerge from the sand and head toward the ocean. A summer rental gives you the chance to see the baby turtles walk to the ocean!

The beach view from the condo balcony and bedroom windows are amazing! The beach is quiet and never crowded in Melbourne. The room is extremely clean and furnished with everything that you need for the week. This is our second time staying at Chris’s condo and we would definitely stay again.

My family and I spent two weeks here. The place was very clean and had everything you would need as advertised. The location is beautiful and low-key. Close enough to things and at the same time far enough from commotion to have a private feeling. Everyone in the building was friendly. The host was very communicative and accommodating even before booking. We have stayed in a lot of places and this was by far our favorite location. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking to vacation in this area. We ourselves would love to come back. The area has great restaurants, and if you're a fishing enthusiast, the beach fishing was great!

Another EXCELLENT stay. We love Melbourne Beach and this condo is away from the hustle and bustle of Indialantic up the road. It's quiet and the people are friendly. Sun rise over the ocean and gorgeous evening sunsets from the front balcony. Ice cream just across the street with numerous options including Dole Whip. Love that the condo feels like home from the moment you walk in: handsoap, laundry soap/etc, beach towels, first aid items, SPF, and other items in teh hall closet already. We saw sea turtles laying nests at night and finally saw baby turtles make their way to the ocean. Swam 2feet from Manatees at the Sebastian Inlet. My only complaint has nothing to do with Chris or the property: the people staying before us checked out hours late, impacting now only when we were able to enter the property (and we drove 17 hours straight from Ohio), but we had loads of laundry to complete because they used and/or stole literally every towel in the unit. Multiple items were broken (coasters, blinds, dish scrubber wand) or stolen. No beach towels. Chris had replacement delivered first thing in the morning and was super easy to contact. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this condo and it's so sad when guests abuse the unit and ruin it for others.

Absolutely Incredible

We had the most amazing stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect! The balcony and 2 rooms had amazing views of the beach, and we could hear the waves at night in the bedroom. Its such a close walk from the condo to the beach, which made life easy - and the beach was not busy or crowded. The pool was a wonderful feature, and was also clean and relaxing. The living room furniture and beds were awesome - they were comfortable and in great condition, a huge perk for me since I have a back injury. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach stay. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Melbourne Beach

Melbourne Beach is quiet and beautiful. Condo is generally very nice- great kitchen, 2 lovely bedrooms with great bathrooms, huge TVs (if that is your thing), lots of supplies, bath towels, good linens. The third "bedroom" needs work. Beds terrible in there - futon with a spring base and a thin little pad for a mattress. Highly uncomfortable and squeaky. We found everything possible for extra padding so child could use it. The bunk above it is unusable as so close to the low ceiling; other child used an inflatable bed in living room which worked out. There is a desk, printer and office chair in that room which I think needs to be taken out and better twin beds put it there so is a workable bedroom. Advertisement says you " only have to bring your clothes", and it was generally well supplied, yet only had 3 beach towels and 2 beach chairs for a 6 person condo. Good thing we brought a few things of our own, just in case. We had a bad check in; owner had mixed up our arrival date and condo not clean when we arrived at 5pm. He and his cleaner came right away and cleaned but we had to sit and wait until 8pm to get in. I am sure this is unusual and he apologized; I would not have mentioned this situation if the owner had done more than a verbal apology. He didn't offer anything at all for our inconvenience (a late check out, 50 to go buy pizza for our dinner that night, a small credit on rental, bringing out a few beach chairs when we pointed out there were only 2 there.)

Fantastic location if you like to be on the beach. Owner helped us out when we were in a jam. (Let us stay longer until we could get a car problem taken care of) 5 stars all the way around. nightly visits from Sea turtles, multiple shore birds, beach has no crowds. You can see rocket launches from the balcony.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Chris was responsive to any questions we had. Loved our time on the beach and even saw the launcing of a rocket from our balcony one night. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

The unit was clean,spacious and well stocked. However the condo amenities were lacking. The elevator and elevator lobby were dingy and had a foul smell. The pool was not clean, had scum on the walls. There was no garage parking as the space was full of junk.was not clean

Right on the beach

The photos are accurate and the location was wonderful. The condo is an older building, and when we arrived the elevator was out for the first 4 days of our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal as the apartment itself is only up one flight of stairs. We have rented many other condos previously but I’ve never encountered one with such a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen! We also really appreciated having some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods well-stocked. The 85 in tv in the living area was a treat, but we never even used the other 4. We did enjoy the Alexa’s all over the place as well as the master shower, though! Overall, a wonderful stay and we would stay here again.

Beautiful place

The location an amenities were outstanding! Great for the price & you can't beat the location. Quiet and the views are amazing. The beds are super comfortable. Chris is an excellent host. Can't wait to visit again next summer!!

Second stay, just as good as the first

We LOVE this property. Myself, husband, mom, and 3 year old daughter. Beachfront with gorgeous views from both bedrooms and living room. Spacious as well and we love the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for our daughter. Everything we needed was pretty much provided: hand soap, shampoo, laundry supplies, towels, first aid kit, and a kitchen stocked with plates and bowls and cooking supplies as well as many additions like honey, salt, pepper, spices, and items in the fridge (several unopened) that I assume were left by prior guests. So from the moment we entered, we felt comfortable and at home. Love the pool. We saw a turtle the morning we left, heading back into the ocean, and a group of manatees at Turkey Creek Sanctuary from the boardwalk (please visit this nature gem in Palm Bay! It's about 15-20 min drive). GORGEOUS sunrises in the morning over the ocean and beautiful sunsets in the evening from the front balcony. And these are possibly the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. We will definitely recommend to friends -- or maybe we'll keep it our little secret :) -- and we would definitely stay here again. Oh - and we also loved the large selection of pool/ocean toys and floats, especially since we had our daughter with us. Chris was quick to communicate with us and everything about arrival and leaving was very clear. Thank you!!

Well stocked

We just enjoyed our annual Sisters week at this condo. Our group of 5 sisters ranged in age from 67-76. It was very convenient, well-stocked (with essentials plus many extras). It was amazing to have 5 reclining seats in living room (and TVs in every room). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Thank you for being an excellent host!

I fell in love with Melbourne Beach. In season there are only 1000 residents, and offseason 300. It is the safest community in Florida. You have all the benefits of the space coast, restaurants, activities, seeing the rockets take off from the deck, sea turtles and the beach but none of the noise or traffic. The beach is so great it feels like a private beach.

Rockets take off from Kennedy Space Center, Sea Turtles in Season (January to June). A private Beach Feel that is a wonderful place to walk. The Condo has all the upgrades you would expect - All upgraded appliances, huge smart Samsung TVs, a beautiful master shower, jacuzzi tube.
