Our water indeed comes from a well, and we take great care to ensure its safety and quality. We have a robust filtering system in place, which is checked weekly, along with a reverse osmosis machine. We apologize if this information was not as prominent as it should have been in our listing, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding the snow removal situation, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in response. The unexpected amount of snow caught us off guard, but please know that we did our utmost to have our plowing services there as soon as possible.
