You'll spend hours lounging by the pristine pool (can be heated for an added $190 per day, four night minimum required) with fenced in yard, enjoying the gorgeous water view of one of Kiawah's famous lagoons. The bird watching here is amazing! After a long day on the golf course you'll spend evenings in the cozy hot tub to relax sore muscles.
3 Surfsong is perfect for a multigenerational family or two families to share. Two beautiful living spaces on the first floor with large smart TVs allow everyone to spread out. There are cozy nooks with cushions throughout the home for quiet spaces to relax and reflect.
The home has five spacious bedrooms and baths. Double master bedrooms with luxurious king beds, ensuite baths, and extra large closets ensure comfort for the adults. Two adorable twin bedrooms, also with private baths, and the third floor has 3 sets of bunks round out the guest rooms/ sweet as can be 3 sink kids sink . The bunk room has tons of storage, and is the perfect spot for a kids' hangout!
The homeowners have graciously added helpful touches to the home like an extra laundry and fridge in the garage, umbrellas and loungers by the pool, gas lit entryway light, Keurig coffee maker, and a bar area to enjoy your favorite cocktails.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

No smoking, no pets, and no events will be permitted, no exceptions.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
