Great location, very responsive and priced well. Only small issue was needed some detail cleaning but we worked around those items. Overall I would rent it again.

Mixed review. Some good…can see where the unit has been remodeled but other areas need improvement. Carpet & patio furniture needs replacing.

Nice, safe, clean property

Overall great, clean, quiet property which suited our needs perfectly. Owner was responsive. Bring your own pillows, we were glad we did.

Nice Place but

The location is great. We couldn't enjoy more the pool/jacuzzi Since it was cold and couldn't heat the water in advance. We didn't have enough toilet tissue neither paper towel, no soap except dish soap, & place was kept too cold. The weather wasn't hot.The house is very comfortable, the owner answer us in a timely matter once we were in, and the area is beautiful.

Misleading Advertising – Disappointed with Our StayWe booked this townhouse primarily for its advertised proximity to Disney, which claimed to be 13–17 minutes away. In reality, it took us 35 minutes each way, even after trying at different times of day. Unless you're driving at 2:00 AM, the advertised commute is completely unrealistic. We made several trips per day and were consistently delayed.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a strong odor when opening the front door. We also had issues accessing the unit via the keypad, which was especially frustrating as we arrived late at night. Once inside, we found no hand towels or soap in any of the bathrooms, and there wasn’t even enough toilet paper to get through a single day.The cleanliness was subpar, and the overall condition of the unit showed significant wear and tear. The carpets are worn and stained, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable—basic spring mattresses that left us all with terrible sleep across multiple rooms.This was not the standard we’ve come to expect from VRBO listings. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that did not match the listing description or photos.

Florida Christmas Get A Way

Nice place with good location. Easy access. However, the unit could use some TLC. Upon entry, the unit had a negative odor which lingered throughout our stay. Possible mold, there was apparent water leakage on the ceiling in the living area and on an unfinished boarded area on the ceiling of the patio, which looked as though it was from water. Everyone had a cough by the end of our stay. The garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher backwashed into the sink which was disgusting.

Easy check in, details were sent before arrival. Home was clean, as in the cleaner did a good job. The home is in poor state of repair & needs work. The carpets absolutely need to be replaced, to be barefoot on them would require a level of disregard to cleanliness we simply don't have. Obviously had a leak on the upstairs patio that has caused a ceiling repair in the lower floor patio ceiling, it happens, however I can see insulation in the master bed exterior wall from below as the plyboard covering the hole is poor fitting. A/C vents are filthy & the damp smell from the A/C is pretty rough. I live in Florida, I am a contractor here building luxury homes, this is not a 'normal' level of mildew in the system, it's pretty bad. At least 25% of the light bulbs were burnt out, none of the blinds worked & the curtains in the master were not able to cover the entire door. The Internet & TV were down for the whole duration. Contact from property manager was swift even late at night & they did attempt a fix, however we mentioned it didn't work and we were out a lot so it wasn't world ending. No other communication. The conversation we did have over the issue was short & abrupt, I wasn't looking to make a friend but being polite is free. All in all I can't say the home was awful, it had its strong points like location to Disney & price, but the adage of you get what you pay for may stand strong & I personally wouldn't stay here again.

There was a smell of pesticides or something as soon as you opened the front door. Was given the wrong code to get in. We had to text or email several times to get the check in details because they were never sent to us. All the showers were dirty, had hair in them. Alot of the light bulbs in bathrooms were out, not working. Upstairs patio door wouldn't lock. The small pool was not heated which listing says it is. Dryer would not dry cloths. Several areas in home had repairs not finished. Towel bars and toilet paper holders all loose. We had to clean and unclog shower heads for showers to work properly. Was not given any instructions on check out so we did what we do for other vrbo locations.

Poorly Maintained Unit.

This property smelled like cigarette smoke, had old, dirty carpets and upholstery, and bugs throughout. It needs all new carpet, fumigated (again) and deep cleaned. It is a beautiful unit however it hasn't been taken care of. We left three weeks earlier than planned because of the bugs. This was very disappointing!

Okay Stay

The location was good for getting to the parks. There were some things that could have been improved. In my opinion, having to pay extra to heat the pool should have been clear before booking the site. Additional charges for an amenity that we assumed to be included in the booking price was disappointing. Plus, the pool had a significant leak, so we kept having to fill it up each day. The kitchen island and dining room table were not clean upon our arrival, and the placemats were filthy and full of crumbs and food stains. The carpets could use a good cleaning, along with the bath mats. The washer had a terrible smell like mold and mildew, and the towels and washcloths could have been in better condition. On the plus side, we felt safe during our stay.

The home was in a great location, the only thing that I would say that needs to be more towels, for a family of 4, the washer/ dryer was a plus. I look forward to renting this property in the future. Great experience for my family

Great property away from the crowds

Enjoyed staying here…after a long hot day it was great getting in the pool to relax and unwind. The property is nice and clean. It has everything you need. Would stay again.

Beware of False Advertisement

We have been staying in vacation rentals for 13 years, this experience by far was the most disappointing. First the owner advertised the house as having a private heated pool included . Once we were there he informed us we had to pay $35 per day to heat the pool. No where on the listing did it mention that and I even contacted VRBO which they agreed with me and the owner still refused to turn on the pool heater. I decided that it was not worry fighting after 3 days. Basically just used the house to sleep. The property is in dire need of some TLC. Rugs have stains and smell. The lifted a corner of the living room area rug, it was full of stains. Walls everywhere are scuffed. Good thing we brought our own swifter, we gave it a heavy duty cleaning when we got there. We reached out to the owner a day before checking in because we had not heard from him. He responded he would tell us check in process an hour before checking in. Honestly which was ridiculous. We were on our 4 hour drive to the property and received the info when we were about 30 mins away. The check-in info was just the door code and wifi password. We received no other instructions on what to do with the garbage, what do to with the linens or anything during check out. Also no code or key fob to use the community pool and gym. Neighborhood were the house is located was nice however be aware is 30mins + to the parks .

The location was perfect. Quiet little neighborhood. Property was impeccable. Well stocked kitchen!

Phillip is very responsive. Accommodated my last minute request. Property was impeccable.....clean and nicely laid out. The splash pool was perfect for a quick refresh in the evenings. Mattress was super comfortable. Honestly.....it was hard to leave. I'm looking forward to staying again in the near future. Thank you Phillip for your kindness and attentiveness to my stay. I'm looking forward to staying again!
