This home was an absolute gem! Perfectly centrally located, it made getting around incredibly easy. The house was fully equipped with everything our family needed and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and truly like a home away from home. The Historic Gem on Williams Street is a great super clean home. It’s unexpectedly large and well laid out for bigger groups particularly when it comes to separated spaces. The bathrooms in the bedrooms are brand new and fantastic! The location is super quiet and very close to everything. The backyard is HUGE and a great space for throwing a football or playing cornhole. Every living space is comfortable and inviting. Rachel, the host was very responsive and friendly and informative which was great. Everything you need was included and the A/C was perfect. We’ll be traveling back to the area again and this will be my first choice!

Quaint and spacious

This house was perfect for staying in town to attend a friend’s wedding. We had people from Virginia and Florida meet and we fell in love with the house. The decor is tasteful and the location was close to shopping and restaurants.

This was a great stay for extended family toBe together for an event. Rachel was always in touch and responded so quickly when we needed help ( we are not techy and needed thermostat help. She was so patient!) the house has space to spread out and while it has a great history it also has lovely finishes. The house was so clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. It was convenient to all we needed and in a quiet area. We all loved gathering around the big dining room table ea night! We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at historic home

We loved our stay at the beautiful Steward home. Lots of great space to relax and visit with family. Very clean and lots of attention to detail with decor and charming details original to the 1940s home. It was the perfect location to stay for a few nights for a family wedding. Great communication with host and easy check in and out. Would stay there again !

Beautiful house with a great backyard

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It’s divided perfectly to give everyone plenty of space. It’s also decorated beautifully! The best part was the gigantic, fenced backyard for the kids to run. They were entertained for hours back there. The host was a pleasure as well, communicated everything clearly and accurately!

Softball Weekend

We were in town for a softball tournament and shared the house with another family. The property had plenty of room for us to all spread out. The home was clean and well appointed. Rachel was a great host and was very attentive. We will definitely try to stay here again if we happen to be in the Valdosta area.

This property is great for anyone wanting plenty of room while being close to Valdosta State University. We had several family members meet for the weekend and there was plenty of room to relax, sleep, or enjoy the outdoors. The house had plenty of parking as well. The house had vintage charm with all of the modern amenities. A lot of thought and care was put into the decor and style. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed. Rachel was very responsive to any questions and gave us information. Check in and check out were very easy as well. I will stay here again the next time we have family in Valdosta.
