Checks all the boxes for lakeside stay! Only minor issue is the free WiFi wasn’t working properly. Definitely booking again this summer!

Cozy little condo on the lake. It was a pretty close drive to anything you need such as restaurants, groceries, activities, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book this place again!

Beautiful scenery

Beautiful, very clean, cozy place. The view out the back door was so peaceful. Comfortable queen bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, clean laundromat at the entrance. We would stay here again.

Tucked in at the base of the mountains and feet from the river! It was perfect! Quiet, hearing all the wild life both day and night was so peaceful! Centrally located only 15 minutes to anything you want to do!

Cozy condo on the water

Condo was clean and cozy. It was nice watching the water from the couch. Water is about 20 steps from your back door. It was a convenient location to get to downtown(about 15 min to horse races). You could hear the upstairs neighbors, but if you had the tv on you probably wouldn’t notice much.

Easy access for fishing but lots of neighbors

It was a nice stay right off of the river/lake but the only thing that will make us not come back was the upstairs neighbors. They were loud and heavy footed up until after 11pm and back at it around 7.30am. The primary bedroom was pretty small so we had to change and keep our bags in the living space which was fine. Overall, it was nice! Husband enjoyed the easy access to fishing

Quiet getaway

My husband and I found the apartment very tastefully decorated and very clean. We liked a very functional living space, kitchen was well equipped. Being located right next to the water made it a very peaceful place. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing find

The lake view is beautiful and the property manager is the best! The bed is ridiculously comfortable and the room checks all the boxes I was looking for! An amazing stay and well worth the money. Bring creamer for your coffee because besides that she provides everything else a room should!

Nice area

Very cute place! The condo had everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner and extra soap. So close to Lake Hamilton the water was nice.

Lovely little condo

We appreciated all of the special little touches like snacks, a few bottles water, and a list of nearby restaurants. The space was beautifully decorated and very clean. The downside is that the hand soap and body wash were watered down instead of replenished, the location was a little far from anything to do, the people above were very loud at night, and the Lake Hamilton was filthy and murky. Some things are out of the owners control. I would stay at Lake Ouachita in the future.

Wonderful stay here!

We stayed here for a weekend. Place was perfect! Very clean! They allowed us to check in a little early since we got in town early. They left snacks, bed was very comfortable. Great view of the lake. We loved it! It is small but perfect for 2 people! Thanks for a great weekend!

Relaxing Riverfront

Great Place to Stay but Noisy Neighbors

The condo was clean and exactly as stated. The only issue was the neighbors above were very noisy both late night and early morning. I would stay here again.

Excellent Anniversary Getaway!

Me and my wife loved our little 3 night anniversary weekend to this property, which is surrounded by beautiful scenery and lakes. Our condo was on the waterfront and it was so relaxing just sitting there watching the ducks and geese. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Our host was amazing making sure we had easy directions to get there and answered all of our questions about our stay in a timely manner. We give this a 5 start rating!
