Everything about the cabin was great. There had been a leak and carpet was a bit musty smelling downstairs but maintenance came right out with a fan. After a day or two, the odor had lessened.

Family Get Away

We loved the pool and hot tub.Nice, roomy cabin with well supplied kitchen and large dining table. The living room area needs more seating and we did see a couple of roaches. We were not made aware of the gate code for entry after 10. However, we worked everything out and had a great stay.

McCory Family Christmas Vacation

The cabin was spacious and comfortable. The kids and some adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would stay at Emerald and Evergreen again.

Amenities not useable :-(

I booked for my family for part of my grandkids Christmas present. Things I promised were not possible. Wi-Fi did not work, theater was broken, dryer was broken, televisions in bedrooms and kids bunk room did not work. We brought home two bags of wet clothing. Had no cell phone service, cabin phones did not work - had to drive to call manager each time. Someone came out but could not fix any of the issues. Finally talked with manger but was told that they could not make it right at all. Very disappointed for my family trip.

Great Stay

Everything was nice great location not far from the main strip. My family enjoyed this home. The kids loved the indoor pool and game room. Very spacious! Only a few hiccups. Movie theater tv didn’t show good and we couldn’t find the remote. Living room needs more seating 4 recliners isn’t enough. Besides that it was an amazing stay! I would definitely book again!

Family get away

The cabin was wonderful for large groups, large open living spaces, en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, and wonderful balcony’s on all three levels. Some concerns I did notice however were some cleanliness issues such as cereal under recliners, bed comforter had unknown substance on it 🤢, dust on bedroom furniture, and a few TV’s didn’t work. The pool was also great for the kids with warm water for them to splash around in. Overall not terrible with a few details corrected.

Pigeon Forge, TN Vacation!

My family and I had a great time at this cabin, we stayed 4 nights in August 2022. Our group was 9 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to be comfortable. I was expecting more of a luxury feel in this cabin based on the price. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. There was a lot of dust around the edge of the floors and stairs. The laundry room had a lot of dust and the inside of the washer agitator was moldy. The bed linens were very basic, with some mattresses stained and comforters ripped. The kitchen was not very well stocked to cook for a large group. There were not enough large bowls or any type of storage containers. Many of the mini-blinds on the windows had broken pieces. The indoor pool was great for the kids but it was very cold and hard to swim in for very long. We also wished there had been hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels and some type of shelf in the showers so we didn't have to set all our shampoo and body wash on the floor. The shower curtains were very moldy and some of the toilets had mold in them upon arrival. There was also one shower that we noticed was leaking into the kitchen so we had to discontinue using it. It it also very hard to get cell service at the cabin and the wifi was not very good. We couldn't get the TVs to work in the bedrooms and the amount of channels on the living room cable TV was pitiful. This house really was great and I would suggest it to others but for what we paid we were very disappointed in the condition the house. I did call CabinsForYou upon checking out to let them know that we were disappointed and they said they would talk to house keeping and maintenance.

Somewhat disappointed

When we arrived to our cabin, the key code was incorrect and we couldn't get in. Thank goodness there was a maintenance guy close and came and got us in quickly. The teens wanted to get on wifi as soon as we got there but unfortunately it was out. So was the cable on the main floor. I called to inform them, which was hard because cell service was spotty and wifi was not working. Then they kept telling me I could email them but again no internet. One lady was very nice and tried to help. She was making sure work order was in place but didn't know when problem would be corrected due to cable company not knowing a time. Problems..both wifi and cable were fixed about halfway through our stay. We thought the pool was heated but it is not. Water was ice cold. The cabin was gorgeous and very spacious! Really enjoyed the theater room.

Perfect for groups of 20

Excellent stay. Very attentive in response. Although we don’t go by the backyard ( bec of black bears), it has pop cans, bottles and other trash that the previous renters probably did. The owner was responsive but was not able to provide staff to clean it. All in all that aside the stay was pleasant and will rent property again. Plenty of things to entertain kids ages 6-18. Close to groceries and attractions.

Perfect place for a retreat weekend

We had the best time in this cabin for our youth group mountain retreat! We wanted to find a large place where we could allow our teens to reconnect after this long covid year being apart and it was perfect! Definitely recommend!

I give this cabin all 5 stars even though we did find the cabin missing a few things that would have been helpful for our trip. 1. Ironing board 2. Not enough seating in common areas.
