We just had the absolute BEST stay at one of Tom’s cabins, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The cabin had it all a beautiful pool, a soothing hot tub, and plenty of room for our family to spread out and truly enjoy ourselves.Tom, the owner, is simply fantastic. He’s so attentive and clearly takes great pride in his family-owned business. You can tell he pours his heart into every detail, and it makes such a difference. Whether it was making sure everything was ready for our arrival or checking in to see if we needed anything, his care and hospitality went above and beyond.We had the most wonderful week here swimming, relaxing, laughing, and making memories we’ll cherish forever. It’s rare to find a place that feels this special, and it’s all thanks to Tom’s dedication.If you’re looking for a getaway that’s clean, comfortable, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares, THIS is the place. We absolutely loved our stay and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

My family with two teen daughters had a wonderful visit. The cabin was spacious and the hot tub and pool were perfect. We weren't looking for a big pool to splash and rough-house in. We wanted quiet soaks and a cool place to hang out and chat. The Lazy Bee was a perfect fit. We attempted the "Impossible Puzzle" and played Mrs. PacMan. Tim, the owner, answered my inquiry with great suggestions for things to see and do in the area.

Great Overall

Was a wonderful stay and not too far but not too close either. To get in is one way and it’s a long loop to the property. Only negative was we were here in July and the A/C could not keep up. It was well over 75 degrees at some points, the owner was good about getting the problem looked at but even after fixed it was pretty warm during the daytime. A/C unit just couldn’t keep up with the heat it seemed. Otherwise wonderful property and the indoor pool was wonderful after walking in the heat downtown.

Great Mountain House

A very nice house in a beautiful area. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. One thing to note is that one of the king bedrooms is on the bottom floor and to reach the bathroom, you have to go through the pool room, which is locked. Not a big deal but just something to be aware of. Fun area with lots to do.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was beautiful and spacious and well maintained. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We had children from 4-6 yrs old and they loved the pool and the upstairs area with the video games and bunk beds. I would definitely recommend a stay here and my family would definitely stay again.

A short and sweet stay at The Lazy Bee

Upon entering the cabin I noticed how clean and beautifully decorated it was. Our group loved how the bee theme was tastefully carried throughout the cabin. It was spacious with high ceilings, newer kitchen appliances, and enough cookware and dishes to cook anything we wanted. The outdoor hot tub was a nice way for the adults to relax after a busy day of shopping and touring close by Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, while our teens enjoyed the indoor pool. Host also provided plenty of clean towels and bed linens for our group. We would definitely stay here again or rent from this same host again. Everything from reservation, check in and checkout was simple. All we had to do was show up! Truly relaxing, as a vacation should be.

Family Getaway

We spent 4 nights at the Lazy Bee. Cabin was exactly as pictured and was immaculate. We had an issue with a tv and called Tom, the host , on Saturday morning. He had someone over quickly and we couldn’t ask for more. We were a family of 8 and never felt cramped. I was amazed at how many towels were stocked for us. The pool was warm enough for even the 3 year old granddaughter to swim in and the hot tub was ideal. We hope to return.

Tom was amazing and the lazy bee was a perfect place to stay! The pool and hot tub were awesome having there. Our baby could enjoy the pool everyday and my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and views! The lazy bee was exceptionally clean and very spacious! Beautiful cabin

Cabin was very clean and nice, plenty of room for everyone, however the pool was not warm at all and that was 1 of the main reasons we got the cabin was for the pool, but overall it is a very well kept cabin, and if we get the chance to stay again we will definitely try this place 1st before booking anywhere else!! The host also messaged a few times just to make sure things was ok!!

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was beautiful but a bit remote. Even though things were only miles away, it took quite a bit of time to get anywhere going so slow on roads with sharp turns. We loved hanging out in the spacious kitchen/dining/living room area but couldn’t use the pool because even though it said it was 82 degrees, it was cold! The property manager was very accommodating and quick to respond. We had a great family vacation!

The Lazy Bee let's you be the lazy one.

This house is just about perfect! We were surprised by the cleanliness of the property and felt right at home immediately. Absolutely loved the bee theme and really enjoyed exploring the cabin looking at all of the great decorations. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and find a quiet spot. Only things worth noting would be that I wish the pool was a bit warmer and some light blocking drapes would be nice in the bedrooms. But that's it! Don't hesitate in booking this property, we'll certainly be renting this one again.

We stayed here for a spring break. The house was as described, we had to contact the owner for a minor thing that was addressed immediately. Overall a nice house.

Quiet Property in the Mountains

Lovely property in the mountains. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and all the amenities. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and the plunge pool is perfect for the kids to play in to cap off a full day of activities

The Perfect Stay

Our family enjoyed this property from the moment we walked in the door. It is lovely, clean, and had ever amenity we could wish for. The property owners were extremely responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. Our only complaint is that we didn’t have an extra week to stay because stress melted away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

We named this cabin after a hobby of mine. Besides being a husband, a father, working full time, coaching the kids' baseball teams, being an adult leader in Scouts, I also keep bees in my back yard. I enjoy watching the yearly cycle of the bees and how they interact with the ecosystem around us.
