THE VILLA AND PROPERTY
'Chi Chi' roughly translates to 'big sister' in our local Papiamentu creole and is situated one row up from the sea on the exclusive hill of Cas Abou! A staircase on the side of the property takes you directly down to the sea road!

The Area: when you hear about Curaçao, you hear about blue-blue waters, sandy beaches, abundant nature, and a very chill and laid-back countryside. Cas Chi Chi is located in the center of the Banda Abou area in the exclusive, quiet and gated Cas Abou neighborhood - one of the finest on the island. Global top-ten rated, Cas Abou beach is right around the corner! 20-25 minutes from the airport, UNESCO sites are downtown, and the Westpunt village is at the end of the island. And, just look at those pictures! This area is alllll about Mother Nature. 365 sunsets a year over the sea, spectacular night skies, and moon reflections in the water... But don't just look at the water, it's a 60-second walk to your choice of private beaches. Head down the stairs and go left or right (I know it's tough to decide on these things when on holiday) and meet the folks that come here to dive, snorkel, and beach it in your backyard. Yep, you can do this!
Aside from the neighborhood beaches, there are 20+ bays, beaches to explore, and 10+ snack shacks (sneks) and restaurants to enjoy within a 20-minute drive!

The Villa: Cas Chi Chi is your home away from home. Our property manager, Sylvia , treats your comfort, holiday, and fun as its priority. The villa has three bedrooms (each bedroom has a sea view and A/C) with the following plan on the main floor: the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, king bed and sliding doors out to the full-length covered terrace, as well as a custom-built closet with enough space for everybody; off of the master bedroom is the indoor living space and kitchen and laundry rooms. The second bedroom is also on the main floor with separate doors out to the terrace and outdoor living and lounging areas. This bedroom connects to a private reading lounge/office space and a second full bathroom and has a queen bed. There is also a half-bathroom in the front foyer with a toilet and sink. The outdoor lounging areas have two separate dining spots, one by the pool and another one by the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans across the entire shaded deck. The terrace and pool offer fantastic views of the Caribbean, and sunsets into the water every single set of the year! The downstairs contains an additional large bedroom with an en suite bath/shower, ac and a king bed.

As the crow flies, Chi Chi is about 20 meters from the sea and one row up. The neighborhood steps are on one side of the property so just walk down the steps and take a left or a right and walk 60 seconds to your own beach for world-class fun!
